Staff is good dr. Patel was my doctor till he left. Then I seen dr L don’t care for him apparently I’m just too fat that’s my issue is what he says. Don’t think that’s OK. There’s other ways to say things but that’s how he feels.

I had an appointment with the Dr. Signed in (on time) and waited. One hour 10 min passed. Went to font desk and was told six patients ahead of me. What? another hr or so? CANCELLED. It is unexceptable, disrespectful and rude. No communication from staff. My time is just as valuable as the Drs. Because my elderly mother's visit with Dr. Lichtenwalter was so brief, I gave him a low rating. He was not, however, rude or demeaning, as was his Nurse Practitioner. I will never take my mom back to that doctor's office again because of this evil-spirited woman. She was abusive and accusatory in her tone. Nobody who pays for treatment should be subjected to such uncaring attitudes or abuse, as in the case of the NP.

This was my first time seeing a cardiologist. (Was referred to him by my primary doctor) The appointment took maybe two minutes with Dr. Lichtenwalter. He rushed my appointment and told me to take some aspirin and to go get my Covid-19 vaccine and MAYBE I will feel better. Three and a half months after having Covid-19, still having persistent chest pains, one would think a doctor would want to figure out why exactly chest pain is still occurring rather than just saying “you’ll be fine it’s just a lingering symptom...” especially when a primary doctor refers their patient. (My doctor has helped with every other lingering symptom so he wouldn’t just refer me to see a cardiologist for no reason). Dr. Lichtenwalter has been really good to me so far, even went as far, as correcting his diagnosis when the results came back from Tests. Very Good Doctor. But in his defense, all he had to work with was the results from my Heart attack, before he was my Doctor.

No his bedside manner Is horrible.he likes to hear himself talk .and the staff is horrible .

A caring doctor who looks into his patients eyes and listens to what they have to say.

Because of a bad past experience with another doctor and some bad side effects from medication prescribed by that doctor, I was overly paranoid and full of anxiety when visiting Dr L. I was an absolute pain in the butt patient who was terrified of the potential heart issues I may have, the side effects of medication that I was on, and really pushed my limits with questions, concerns and downright paranoia. However, Dr L and his staff remained courteous and kind although I’m sure I didn’t deserve it, and I learned that I was acting very unreasonable. I now have faith and trust in this office and wouldn’t want anyone other than Dr L to care for me and my heart. I sincerely apologize to Dr L and his staff for my behavior. I just wanted to share my story and say that no matter your circumstances, be patient, have faith, relax, realize that he does see a lot of patients each day and put your trust in his hands and you will receive the best care and treatment that a cardiologist can offer.

This MD has you in and out of his office in 5 minutes, giving a patient a sense of receiving no concern. Too rushed for attention to your problems or health??!!

I was scheduled for a 7:30 am follow up appointment with the office for a limited Test. The office called me to give me the reminder and told me it was at 7:15. I then asked if I had to check in with the adjacent office when I came in. She said, “No, you can just come into our side.” So I showed up at 7:05 and sat in the waiting room until 7:30. I finally asked about my appointment from a staff member. She said I had to check in at the other adjacent office. I told her about about my phone con, and she pointed to the sign that said to check in at the other desk. They almost wrote me off as a no show. I just received my reminder for my follow up with the Doctor and I see I’m seeing a PA instead. As I have had limited dealings with this office, and these things have happened already, I will choose a different Doctor and office if I need to have further testing done. Finally, if a PA is being used, are they still charging my insurance at the Doctor’s rate?

Met Doctor for routine exam and he ordered subsequent test. I got a call to verify my procedure however I was unsure as to what facility the test would occur. I spent 3 hours on the phone leaving messages, waiting on phone for 15 minutes only to be told to leave another message. Obviously this doctor is overwhelmed and cannot handle his case load and his staff is a joke when it comes to customer service. They had better not bill me for their their incompetence as, again, I did not know where to go. I am 71 year old retired executive and it is incomprehensible that Doctor Lichtenwalter is unaware of this mismanagement occurring within his practice.

Excellent. Dr. Lichtenwalter is always professional, kind, and remembers who I am! We always chat about AP English Lit and Comp. He cares about my health and is keeping my heart in good order!

This Dr doesn’t take his time with you and rushes patients through. He didn’t listen to anything I said and just wanted to hear himself talk. I don’t recommend this dr. His office is a meat packing plant. Don’t go

My husband was a pt of Dr. L. up until today and thinks very highly of him. Unfortunately due to his staff we will no longer be his pt. When making an appt with his staff a few months back they scheduled us for a 7am appt @ one of his locations only to find out that location didn't open til 8am not cool. After a stent was put in by Dr L we had a follow up with another member of his team because he wasn't available at the location closest to us. So the lady we saw was really quite "out of the loop" he had just had his procedure the week prior and she had his chart with his info yet still seemed upset because we didn't remember 2 of the new meds Dr L had prescribed for him. I asked if it was noted in the chart since he wrote the Rx. Her response was "its your job to know." Rude. But okay we get it, we should know, but he did Rx it so it should also be written down right? I mean I'm pretty sure he just doesnt prescribe meds and not document it. The lady then said Dr L would like to put a Holter on him but then after taking the "survey" Qs&As about how he felt told us we were in the clear to leave. (Even when my hubby told her the chest pain was still there we were told to go the hospital if it gets worse) I asked again "that's all" and she followed us out to the front desk and told the girl we were ok to leave. Now present time. Hubby needed his Rx refilled. Pharmacy said its denied. So I called cardio office and was told it was because he failed to get the holter done so his meds were not gonna be renewed. Ok. But we asked the girl at the desk at the time of that last appt if we needed to make any more appts and the PA and the girl said "No we are ok to leave." But it is what it is. So We made the appt and the lady refilled for 1month the Rx we needed. My husband is in construction so he has to give notice for time off.We made the appointments for Tue for the holter and Thurs for the follow-up. Monday at noon the day before his appointment we got a call and was told the time "just wasn't gonna work for them". Really 1 day before his appt? But we rescheduled the holter Thursday and follow up on Monday.Monday morning now. Got a call from a very rude lady from their office. Was told since the holter monitor wasnt returned we can't have his appt today. I asked her why? Since we were told we could bring back the holter today. She then got really sarcastic and replied "that I wasnt told that" uhm first of all this person was not in the room when we had the appt.(so unless you the nurse you shouldn't be assuming or implying one is a liar.) I then told her this was not the first time they have called to reschedule and cancel his appt at the last minute and we have been accommodating and it was unacceptable. I asked to speak to an office manager and was put on hold. After being on hold for a few mins a lady picked back up and said "he can keep his appointment but he won't get his results. It depends on how late the IT guy is here and if he can fix it?" Fix what? I am confused!! What's the real story? I asked her if she was the office manager. Was told no. I then asked her why was I still speaking with her if I asked to speak with someone in charge. I was then transferred to the sound of a dial tone. Called back again. Spoke with someone and again was transferred to a dial tone. Tried 1 more time and the same. Called the 4th and last time told the person who I was, why I was calling and told them how I keep getting "disconnected" when asked to speak with a supervisor and that my hubby will return the holter and we will be finding a new cardiologist. Their response "ok". So we will not be doing business with them anymore.If thats how they choose to allow their staff to treat patients then that's their right. But by all means I will find somewhere else to take my business. I thought I was dealing with a professional practice not one being runned by unprofessional elementary children. When staff hangs up on patients that want to complain it just shows that the girls in the office are pretty petty and unprofessional. Dr L is the best, I've been going to him for over 3 years. And recently my wife started seeing him, and now my sister will start seeing him. This Dr is more than 5 stars. To all the nay sayers, yes he does listen to you. You need to remember, he's there to do a job. And has other patients he needs to see, he doesn't have time to hear about your vacation in the bahamas. If you have questions, write them down, and when you see him. He'll answer them, and address those concerns. I know he's busy when i see him, that's why i have my questions written down beforehand. I want him to get to his next patient ASAP, because your condition may be worse, and i don't want to keep you waiting. I've referred my wife, and now my sister to Dr L, and I'll keep the referrals coming. Yes, he has operated on me numerous times for numerous blockages. This review is long overdue for Mr. Chris Lictenwalter. I had some blocked veins in my leg (thigh) that Dr. Lictenwalter fixed for me over a year ago now and nearly two years at the time of this writing. To date I've had no reoccurring issues with the area he operated on. His professional demeanor, work ethic, and outstanding results make him a professional others can count on when needing relief form their circulartory aliments. I highly recommend Chris and will use his services again if I need

Dr. Lichtenwalter is a kind, gentle doctor. He listens to your concerns, & explains the why & how procedures are done. His staff are an amazing bunch of ladies. All missed appointments are followed up on, & they strive to get you back in ASAP. I will be referring any of my family members, & friends to him.

I really like Dr. Lichtenwalter's bedside manner. He listen's to all your concerns and seeks your input in your plan of care. I've been a patient of his for about 5 years and I have always had excellent care. I will admit at times the wait can be long. I understand in Cardiology emergencies happen and accept this.

Office staff is really nice. Dr Lichtenwalter on the other hand, is in a hurry and doesn't take the time to ask questions or to find what is really going on. He is talking to you on the way out while you sit waiting for answer. Would not recommend find sometime who really cares for his Patient's. I am very happy to be a patient with this group and am pleased with al the staff that have taken care of me with my problems. The only issue I have is with the billing department having continued problems taking care of payments with my insurance. Today I’m dealing with an old billing I thought was corrected. Again!

My Mother is a patient of Dr. Lichtenwalter. If I had a heart issue, he would be my doctor! It is a joy to take my Mother to see Dr. Lichtenwalter, he has a refreshing & delightful attitude. Her condition has improved, decreasing her meds.

Dr. Lichtenwalter is outstanding! My husband and I both see him for different problems and we are both very pleased. He is caring, concerned and very intelligent. He takes the time to talk to you and neither of us have ever felt rushed. He explains things in a manner that is easy to understand. His staff is extremely pleasant and caring. We highly recommend Dr. Lichtenwalter.

Dr. Lichtenwalter was and is incredibly skillful at explaining and performing all of my procedures. I am convinced he saved my life. I would recommend him to anyone with heart disease. You could not be in better hands.

He is so kind. After heart cath and his diagnosis, I have been so good. No ER or hospital visits! Thanks so much Dr Lichtenwalter!

Came in to get test results. Hardly any mention of 5 hours of testing done at your facilities. Appointment ended with I should see his partner who does ablation. I asked was my problem what he had assumed it was on my first visit, he had no idea what he had told me then, he had no chart, no laptop, I think he was winging it. I was the last patient on Friday morning. I still have no idea what my tests said.
