The doctor, nurse and entire staff is horrible. I wish I read the reviews first because I would be in much better health. This office caused me to lose my ventilator because they were to lazy to provide Medicare with the required paperwork and when I pleaded for help no one would listen. Even the rep at the ventilator company said she had never experienced an unpleasant, uncooperative office like this one. Long story short, I have to find a way to get another machine to stay alive.

Dr. Anthony is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job of helping patients like my sister who need to understand what they can do for themselves to better their lung function. She evaluates and treats acute and chronic illnesses with accuracy and has kept my sister out of the hospital.

Dr. Anthony is concern about the entire patient along with test results. She takes the time to answer questions, concerns & explains things. I called her office regarding CT results ordered by my PCP. Her nurse, Clarissa was able to obtain those results, answered my call quickly & relaid my questions to Dr Anthony, who quickly responded & Clarissa called me back. Dr. Anthony is conscientious regarding her patients & Clarissa is top notch! Thankfully they have a great front office staff, nurses as well as Dr Anthony, And for that I am grateful.

My first reaction was negative, feeling like she wasn't someone I could talk to. Decided I should give her a second chance, but that was even worse. Still felt like she was not someone I could talk to, but also that she was extremely condescending. She may have studied medicine, but I also have a degree ( just not medicine), a Master's in fact, and I expect to be talked to like an intelligent human being. If it was possible to give a zero star, I would! As a person who has suffered from multiple conditions, mental and physical, I have never received worse care than what I have from this office. I needed an appointment to have a sleep study done and receive a prescription for a new Sleep Apnea machine. Two months from referral for first appointment. The exam took 5 minutes. She ordered a breathing analysis (her office) and I had to remind her that I needed a sleep study. Checking out my breathing analysis was scheduled with a follow-up six weeks out. I was told the sleep study wasn't ordered but she would check. Went to analysis. Told them I had not recieved a call re sleep study. Friday before appt for follow-up recieved call they didn't have results of sleep study. Told no referral. They canceled and rescheduled another six weeks. Still don't have study Was called and told Dr would be out of town for appt. No appt until end of year. Still no study or machine or appt.

Worst experience in 50 years! Waited two months for first appt. Spent 5 minutes with dr. Office/doctor got referrals wrong and didn't submit the primary required one. Office staff were unhelpful and had bad attitudes. Referral not sent. Follow up appt had to be rescheduled because they didn't get results from referral they did not send. Another six-week wait. Referral scheduled. Was told Dr. would be out of town for scheduled appt, needed to change further out. Referral was changed without contacting me. Still waiting for needed Apnea equipment.

Does not believe i have chronic bronchitis or breathing problems 30 yrs of other dr say i do

I was extremely impressed the the entire staff! From the entrance to the front desk. They took extra protect against COVID & Very polite! Dr. Lina Anthony was awesome & VERY thorough. Took time to explain things, answer questions & showed great concern about my issues with pneumonia & valley fever.

Dr. Anthony over prescribed my 87 year old mother with anti-fungals causing her to be hospitalized and lose weight that should count not afford to lose. I didn't care for her demeanor and I would not recommend her at all. She also did extremely poor follow-up in the hospital having her affiliate doctors show up instead as she knew she was in the dog house.

My son Brandon was her patient and she always treated him in office and at the hospital. He received excellent care from her office.Thank you and your staff for giving him the best care.

She walked into the room and looked at me with judgment in her eyes, not sure why, she doesn’t know me at all. She is very condescending and appears to have a very high opinion of herself while she sees others as “less than her” or idiots. I prefer doctors who are humble, warm and compassionate. Will never go back there again . It’s a shame, I waited two months to be treated like that! Dr. Anthony, being a doctor doesn’t make you better, it makes you a servant leader. Hope you get over yourself.

Dr Lina Anthony she is wonderful person with soft heart who understands patients problems and treat accordingly God bless her to keep that good heart.

Treated me like I was an idiot. Like I did not know my own body. I did not know my own symptoms. That I was a liar. I was making things up. I went back to my primary care provider and asked to be directed to another Pulmonologist.

I wish Dr Anthony could be my doctor for everything. She treated my husband and me for years and we found caring and very compassionate besides helping us both through a nasty health problem. We would recommend her absolutely.

I needed to schedule a titration test to see if my levels were still where they needed to be since gaining some weight. Dr. Anthony asked a few questions, and knew I was diagnosed before with sleep apnea. I was scheduled for an overnight test. The technician started out with no mask and said usually after a couple hours they come in and fit you with one. We talked about options while I was being set up. The technician never came in that night! So a few days later the office calls and reports I have sleep apnea! Really... I suffered for 5 days with a migraine because of the lack of sleep and lack of air I got that night. Anyway, when they called back with the results and I told the nurse how they messed up, the nurse wouldn't go and talk to the Dr. to get it fixed. She wanted me to schedule an appointment to talk with the Dr. myself. I said no, You guys messed up and you need to fix it. I'm not paying for a sleep study I didn't need, and I'm not going to come in to be charged for an appointment to fix your mess up. And now you want me to schedule another overnight visit and take more money from me because it wasn't done right the first time. I don't think. So. YOU need to fix this. 10 days went by and when I heard no response I called back. I was told my appointment is in two days and that I needed to talk to the Dr. myself. So, the nurse ignored my request to fix the issue. I canceled my appointment and told them I will not be back. I have never been to a more greedy Dr. The Nurse made an excuse about the test and said they had to get base results first because they didn't have any. If the Dr. would have asked me, I would have provided the test results from another study for them. Dr. Anthony didn't ask me for them. However, they were ready, willing, and able to set me up to all kinds of different machines to test me for different stuff like asthma and C.O.P.D etc. Too many unnecessary tests, too much money! Now I have to come in and sign a release for them to fax the results of the most recent sleep study to my new doctor because I changed doctors. I hope I never have to deal with these guys again. She took the time to explain my medical condition and the medications I need to use when no one else would. The office is very friendly and gives prompt service.
