Everyone is very helpful Dr.. Parks in my opinion a very caring Dr. You feel very comfortable seeing him and asking any question.

I had a very good experience with Chris Parks today. I was not in pain for this visit and, we did have a good short discussion about long term prognosis and long-term decision points. Chris was great about encouraging me to contact him and get in to see him if significant changes occur before our next appointment.

Dr. Parks did full knee replacement on both of my knees (one at a time), and I am extremely happy with the results. He's kind, and encouraging, and he listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism.

Dr. Parks always explains everything so carefully to me and is extremely patient when I ask so many questions. After my first knee replacement, and I know there will be another one in the future, I am not nervous at all when more issues arise. He keeps a careful watch and manages my pain if I have any at all. Along with Tom, I am fully and blessedly cared for.

I can not express how thankful I am that Dr.Parks kindly pulled lots of fluid off my knee reducing the painful pressure and then gave it a happy shot to make it feel so much better! My knee was in crazy pain and it’s amazing how much relief I felt right afterwards! Thank you to all the doctors & nurses that commit to this field and help others with patience, grace and love. It is such a gift to have excellent medical attention available in our community! Thank you SO VERY MUCH to TOC, Dr.Parks and all the staff from the walk in clinic in HSV, the MRI in Albertville and everyone in the office in Madison. My family especially thanks you since momma isn’t so grumpy anymore! Cheers to y’all!

Was referred by my physical therapist. She did not steer me wrong. He is very personable, answers your questions and concerns. Very thorough in his explanation of concerns and prognosis.

Dr. Parks is the best orthopedic surgeon in the Tennessee Valley. His smile lights up a room and that is what a patient needs to see sometimes when they hear they need surgery. Now I am not a fan of his assistant Tom, but I guess he will do. Dr. Parks did both my knee replacements and my right hip replacement. I am in the process of getting ready for my left hip to be done. Dr. Parks' nurses and other staff are so friendly. The wait in the TOC waiting room is getting a little better. Thanks for all you do Dr. Parks. Keep marching forward. Marcella P.

Very helpful and concerned about my little/minor complaint.

Dr Parks explained how I was coming along with Physical Therapy and said I was doing well in recovery - keep up the good work and he would see me in a year!!! All was good!!!

Dr Parks is extremely caring and kind. Never have I been rushed through an appointment. He explained well and answered my questions. I’m a return patient of Dr Parks and trust him with my Orthopedic Medicine needs. His staff and the ladies at the front desk need mention as well. They are welcoming, friendly and helpful!

Dr. Parks is charming, caring AND smart. He is a superb orthopedic surgeon. He performed replacement surgery on my left hip 3 years ago and I have had no problems since the surgery. I appreciate and love Dr. Parks!

Dr. Parks is the best! I had a total knee replacement revision. My first visit with him and I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to do this. He takes time with you and explains everything you need to know. He was very confident that he could fix my knee. He gave me my sanity back after living with excruciating pain for 7 years! Dr. Parks was patient and answered all my questions and did not rush me. He explained the procedure in detail! He also has a very good staff!

Very good experience with both Chris Parks and his PA Tom. I was able to get pain relief and , describe why the immediate course of treatment, but Chris didn't address changes in my long term prognosis after viewing a series of diagnostic x-rays so I am not sure how to proceed long term.

Dr. Parks was great. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Staff was very nice also. Would have given 5 stars, but waiting room was so full some people were having to stand.

I don't like having to sign in on the computer putting my information in with the same number of employees at the desk to do nothing. The care an time spent was very satisfactory.

Dr Parks and his PA, Tom, are friendly, caring, knowledgeable physicians that take time to answer your questions and make you comfortable with any decisions that have to be made. Doctor Parks is the best.

Worth the wait to see Dr. Parks. Explains well & has a caring attitude.

I felt very confident with my choice in choosing Dr. Parks. I felt comfortable talking with him, never rushed. He answered all my questions with great knowledge.

Dr. Parks is a great listener and doesn't push surgery on you. His statement to me was "you will know when it's time for knee replacement". After I made the decision to have surgery, he told me he'd have me playing tennis in 6 weeks post-op if I followed his instructions and did my PT. I was on the court 6 weeks and 3 days after surgery! I highly recommend Dr. Parks and personally would never go anywhere else for orthopedic surgery!

I have not experienced any problems with T O C while under Dr. Park's care. Well pleased With my care.

He listened to my concerns and addressed them. I am confident my issues will be resolved. He is very welcoming and so is his staff.

My visit took longer than usual but I still received the care I needed. Dr. Parks is truly a great doctor, you can feel his concern for the issue you have. I trust him and his team to care for me.

I really liked Dr. Parks. I was told he is all business, but he was very personable. Talked to me about all options and helped me decide the best route to take for my knee. Highly recommend him.
