Was referred by a friend. Call to make an appointment. They will call to educate me on the office. Still waiting on call. Wanted her to check the knot under my arm. It been three weeks .

Let me say I never trusted a doctor before I met Nancy Neighbors. She will listen to you closely and accept your ideas. Trying things you are asking about but her judgement is sound and true. She goes way beyond any expectation I have ever seen for a doctor. She will see you on the weekend if need be, she will be at the hospital and work with the surgeons and doctors if need be. She is very well respected in the community. Other doctors could learn a lot from her and how she listens and truly cares for her patients. Excellent staff and service. They are kind and friendly to the patients. Dr. Neighbors is very good to her patients, always puts their interests first. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Great doctor.

Dr. Neighbors has been my physician for 14 years and I've been very, very pleased with her care. She's empathetic, understanding, and encouraging and offers many suggestions for naturally improving my health. I'd highly recommend Dr. Neighbors.

She’s a great doctor, however she has let money define her practice. She has decided to kick out long time patients who cannot afford to pay a retainer payment to continue seeing her.

I love Dr. Neighbors. And yes, I pay to have her as my doctor. In return I get a doctor that does a very, very thorough yearly exam. More thorough than I’ve ever had. I get her cell number and can call her outside of office hours if I have a problem. Like when I was out of town on a family emergency and needed a refill at the local pharmacy and when I had a similar emergency to fly out of town and needed Tamiflu. Her business model means that she has the time to truly care about her patients and take time with them. She espouses a great mix of modern medicine and wellness. And there is always a smile, a hug and a tomato plant or apple or other nice caring surprise. I especially recommend her if you have several or chronic conditions. I love Dr. Neighbors. I love Dr. Neighbors. She is the only doctor that I recommend. My 1 year old daughter has been seeing her since she was born and Dr. Neighbors even came to the hospital after she was born to see how we BOTH were doing. OUTSTANDING DR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff TRULY cares for you!!!!!!!!! She found out that I had a thyroid disease that I did not know I even had. I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND DR!!!!!

Need to get a check up for my daughter was told they arnt taking new patient's.

Dr. Neighbors is very attentive and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to build a long term relationship with a healthcare practitioner.

She has been my Doctor since 2006. She is excellent. I am 65 and Dr. Neighbors is the best Doctor my wife and I have ever had. Dr. Neighbors has great expertise as a physician and is also caring and compassionate with her patients. Her staff has always been very kind and helpful to both my wife and I.

Dr. Neighbors is the best family physician I have ever been to. She takes her time and explains everything. She even called to see if I was feeling better the day after I was in with the flu. Her staff has always been so very nice and helpful.

Dr. Neighbors herself is great. Her staff and scheduling are awful. I am only sick 1-2 times per year, yet every time I am sick, I cannot seem to get an appointment and end up at doc in the box. Even when very sick 7 days before giving birth, couldn't get an appt. Was misdiagnosed at a doc in the box and ended up in the ICU with the flu right before my c section. Why even have a PCP if you can't ever go when sick? on another occasion, her nurse was so rude she refused to take my vitals

I like Dr. Neighbors but her receptionist (Laura) is the worst person I've ever had to deal with. I was the sickest I've ever been & Laura told me to go to an urgent care bc it would be a 10 day wait for an appt. I tested + for mycoplasma (pneumonia) & so did my 2 kids (5 months and 5 years). We are all patients. I called back 3 days in a row and never got a call back. I went to the office to talk to the doc. Laura WENT HOME without telling the doc I was there. I have NEVER gotten a call back.

Rude office staff.

A wonderful person who takes the time to a dress all your needs and suggests natural healing if needed. Also a grest friend.

PATIENT REVIEW FOR DR. NANCY NEIGHBORS, HUNTSVILLE, AL October 28, 2015 I have been seeing Dr. Neighbors for 11 years as my family physician. I have been very satisfied with her outstanding healthcare needs of my medical care. She demonstrates quality care through patient interaction with attention to empathy, patience, and listening to the patient and their needs and medical problems and treatment. Dr. Neighbors methods of treatment and dispensing of medicines and prescriptions is exceptional for the well being of the patient in an effort to cure their illness and long term illness. Additionally, she orders tests to get to the root of the patient’s illness or disease processes rather than delaying the patient in a battery of tests that are not necessary and cause the patient a long term wait, duress, and added expense. I have seen a multitude of Dr.’s during my lifetime due to much relocation. None of them compare to Dr. Neighbors. Her personality, physician-patient interaction, and quality medical care with positive results go above and beyond the call of duty. All family physicians should take a lesson from her as none of them compare. Further, she does not rush through her patients’ appointments and is a great listener. She is very thorough with explaining lab work to the patient and exceptionally knowledgeable in diagnosing ailments and treatments for positive results. I rate Dr. Nancy Neighbors a 5 STAR and the most successful and exceptional family physician I have ever used for my healthcare needs. I cannot fathom ever leaving her and don’t intend to. I?ve been a patient of Dr. Neighbors for 10 yrs. She has always been accessible and compassionate to my daughter and me. She saved my daughter?s life. I am convinced that if we had the kind of assembly line, cookie cutter care that is so prevalent today, that my daughter would not be around and my health would be on the decline. As it stands we are healthy and engaged in our maintenance and long-term well being thanks to Dr. Neighbors and her compassionate staff.

My girlfriend has been seeing Dr Neighbors for ten years and she really liked her. She recently lost her medical insurance and is in process of finding new coverage. She has been paying her bills in payments for the past few months and is paid in full. Today She received a certified letter from Dr Neighbors that simply said "This letter is to inform you that we will no longer be available to provide medical services to you. Dr Neighbors will be available to you in case of an EMERGENCY only for the next 30 days while you choose a new primary physician." She called them and they were very short and just said that she is moving her practice to a concierge practice and could not keep her as a patient any longer. Who the Dr treats as a patient is her right but after ten years that, to me, is a dispicable way to treat someone. If she still had insurance im sure this would not be an issue and tells me that this Dr is all about the money and cares nothing about the patients. I would not go to this Dr now for anything! This really hurt her feelings to be tossed aside like that and in a letter from someone who is supposed to be in the business of making people feel better! Disgusting is all I can think right now!
