Mr. Randle Thomas Middleton

Dr. Middleton does not really listen to the patient and he never talks to the patient. He never answers any questions and just goes about doing his thing as quickly as possible and leaves the room telling the patient that a nurse will come and take care of the rest. He is a very arrogant person and always makes patients wait a long time in the lobby an average of 60 minutes and then in the exam room for another at least 30 minutes. If complain about the wait, his response is usually "You are not the only one here." His staff is not friendly and personable and makes the whole experience unpleasant and come out with more questions than before. Only reason I go to him is that my insurance does not give me many choices. I am getting a new job in two and a half weeks and hopefully I can go to another doctor.

My Daughter a student was required by her school to get her tetanus shot up to date, she scheduled an appointment with Dr Middleton (Our Family Dr.) . After the usual 1 hour wait in the lobby, she got the shot. I reviewed the changes to BCBS to find they double charged (well visit and a sick visit) although she was there just the one time, when I called to question them on this , I was told this is how they do things, if I only wanted a tetanus shot we should of went to the Health Department. 1. I chose Middleton because his office is close to my home and my Father in law was a pateint of his. I went to see him for seasonal allergies which had turned into a sinus infection. The best thing I can say about the office was that it runs on time, no unreasonable wait time at all. Middleton was decent enough of a doctor, I mean it was only a sinus infection, but his "bed side manner" does not inspire a patient. Very abrupt and matter of fact, which is fine but I like a doctor to show a touch of concern. If I'm not mistaken, Middleton was a military doctor. If that is the case, it would explain his in and out attitude. I could deal with him but never bond as my primary physician. However the reason I ask writing this review is because his office staff & nurse type person set a new bar for worst service and attitude possible in a medical environment. They are rude when making my follow up appointment, talking to one another instead of focusing on me, the patient. When I had to pick up a prescription I had to wait, literally, 15 minutes as the "receptionist" stayed on a phone call which she waited at least, by her own account, 12 minutes for the other party to pick up. Couldn't she call back? She certainly had enough time to talk with her son who came into her workplace to visit. Finally, she turned to another person and asked her to help me. Dr. Randy is a good dude. Takes time with his patients. I would recommend him as a good doctor.

Absolutely fantastic primary care physician. Very concerned about patient health and well being.

Dr. Middleton was my doctor for 9 years. But when I was 7 months' pregnant with my son, I went to him because I was sick and couldn't breathe. He told me he couldn't do an x-ray on a pregnant woman, and basically dismissed me. I left the office in tears. Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment with another doctor, and she immediately referred me to the ER. It turns out that I had pneumonia, and I ended up spending a week in the hospital. I don't like to think of what could have happened.

Dr Middleton provides excellent care and spends a lot of time with his patients. Wonderful staff as well!

Never got the chance to even see the doctor. After waiting over 30 minutes without being spoken too and other patients being called before me I went to the front desk only to be asked did you sign in? Which I had and then said ok sorry. The office manager went on to tell me that this is a doctors office and they make mistakes all the time. Not what someone wants to hear when it comes to your health care provider. I prefer to find someone who does not make mistakes all the time
