Always quick professional and efficient I highly recommend Dr Beck and his staff to all my friends and family

Wonderful pain doctor. Has helped me with all my problems.

Dr. Eric Beck has been my pain management doctor for the past 13 years. I have very little wait time. Dr. Beck has been very conscientious to work out a pain control regimen. I have a lot of issues with different meds and he has worked very diligently to get me the correct dosage and brand of medication. He is also very open to any educational information that I have found for myself to help my condition. I live in Centre Alabama. The Fort Payne office has been closed. I trust Dr. Beck so I will continue to be his patient and take the drive to Huntsville

Dr Beck, is a great doctor, But the staff sucks, I have been suffering with nerve pain for months, I tried to get appointment with doctor Beck and they could never get the paper work, if though Dr Seymours office sent it, and finally got the nerve study done, and was suppose to send it to the ortho doctor and said it would be there on my appointment to see what my nerve study showed and, I went all the way to Huntsville and the study results had not been sent, trip for nothing, The women in Dr Beck's office do not know what they are doing, the are so unprofessional, I will never go back to this office again, even though Dr Beck is a great doctor, but his staff is ruining his business.

My little sister was suffering from cerebral palsy but Dr. Eric Beck reassured us that she will be doing well with medicines.

He's extremely knowledgeable and amazing physician .He is very punctual with appointments so there's never a wait. I would recommend him to anyone needs muscle and nerve disorders therapy.

Went to the office for my consultation in May. Still waiting on them to complete the prior approval for the insurance company. Every time I am in contact with the office they act like it is an inconvenience for me to call. The lady that answers the phone is rude and none of them seem helpful. Not going back to this office. Total waste of my time and money.

The woman who takes your money(which increases often) acts like shes mad at the world. You only see the doctor standing in a dark room for one second as the nurse takes you into the room where the discussion is you asking for 100 mg and she lies when she says they don't make it in 100 mg.

Dr Beck was a very straightforward doctor that explained his procedures as he went and why or why not he was prescribing me the dosage of pain medications.

I've been going to Dr Beck for several months and there is never any wait time and they get you straight back and always ask how I'm doing. And if I can't make my appointment due to work. They kindly reset my date !! So I can make it. Back problems are no fun and thanks to Dr. Becks office for helping me !!!!!! Gary B.

dr. beck is the most caring and attentive doctor I have had since my first family doctor (who retired about 25years ago) i had almost given up on any doctor actually listening, understanding, and not being in a hurry, they really take the time to understand everything that is a concern or issue, and are very thorough, he and his staff are truly a blessing. when you are in misery day in and day out, having a doctor really care about you as a patient is everything.

Was turned away as a patient because they do not offer the current medicine I am on. I told them that it was fine. That medicine was prescribed as interim relief. I told the nurse that was performing the phone consultation that I was not concerned with their methods (not prescribing that specific pain medication) that I only wanted pain relief and would accept any method they provide as long as I get the relief I was seeking. She was rude and their reasoning made abosulutley no sense.

Dr. Beck is the first doctor who took a real concern in my back and neck problems. He always monitors the medication I take. And it's not just my back and neck, when other problems arise he takes the time to check my problems out. He will take time to discuss my health issues, and explain to me in terms I can understand, making it easier for me to maintain my problems. I would refer any of my family or friends, to Dr. Eric Beck . And the staff is friendly and caring, it's just a great. Bryant .S

Dr Beck was to order a brain MRI. A week later after 3 phone calls I was told he had not dictated his notes yet so nothing could be done. Most unprofessional office and doctor I have ever met and I am 62, Just a sham.

He failed to treat me as promised. He told me not to get discouraged from the low dosed he was giving me, that he starts everyone out on low doses. After trying 2 medicines that did not help me, he said he could not help me anymore. I asked him to give me a medicine I had tried, but,, in a higher dose to get me by until I could get in somewhere else. They gave me some relief, so, I called and told him if he could just continue that medicine I would just stay with him. But, he said No.
