Recently saw Dr. Goggins for an issue with my daughter's foot. He was very dismissive, acted like we were wasting his time, basically told us that she was fine and goodbye. The pediatrician referred us here because she felt that something weird was definitely going on with her foot, but didn't know what. Dr. Goggins only took about 10 seconds to look at her foot and when I brought up why we were concerned or asked questions, he got flippant and rude with me. Told me if I was concerned to give her some ibuprofen, for an issue she's been dealing with for over a year. At this point, ibuprofen is not going to solve the problem. I was honestly in shock with how rude he was. I'm a pretty timid mom who doesn't like to ruffle feathers and he was treating me like I was a Karen and he was going to show me who is boss. How dare I ask a question! How dare I voice a concern! I will never return here.

We saw Dr. Goggins for a broken finger. Unfortunately, we did not realize my daughter's finger was broken until a few weeks after the injury. Dr. Goggins was clearly irritated and annoyed with us as a result. He was short and abrupt. He offered no follow-up information for us without me asking for details, such as how to splint the finger. My daughter walked out and said she felt as though she wasted his time. I understand we were late in treating this injury. We thought it was just a jammed finger. We feel terrible, and now we had a doctor make us feel worse... and a doctor that made our daughter feel like she in an inconvenience. This is shameful and unprofessional behavior. We will never go back to this office again.

My kid injured his wrist while playing and had to take him to Banner Urgent care. After Initial evaluation of examining x-ray it turned out to be minor crack and gave him wrist support and recommended a follow up with Ortho after couple of weeks. I called Banner health and got appointment with Dr Colin Goggins. Front office gave paper work and told my insurance should cover for visit. Wait time was not that bad. It took Dr Colin may be 2-3 mins to go through the file and asked 4-5 general questions on level of pain and wrapped up asking to take follow up appointment with nurse for x-ray. SERIOUSLY I was shocked he did not even check my kids hand or removed wrist support to check if there was any swelling. Best part I get bill for 45 -50 consultation. ( I believe they also considered patience wait time :). Had to spend whole noon driving to appointment. The office staff at this facility are rude, and extremely unprofessional! The staff casting my daughters leg took little care for her pain or the lack of stability that they provided her leg as they held it for the casting. When we asked for a payment plan option we were belittled and treated rudely by the front desk. We were released with absolutely no paperwork, and when we called to have this sent to us we were told that we had to return in person to obtain the information. Having a child break a limb is not something we had planned for any I wish that the staff was more empathetic towards the patients and parents that they are there to treat. Great front office staff. Efficient. Short wait time. Doctor was very nice, personable, and made sure to explain everything in layman's terms. Ensured I understood exactly what was going on. I would definitely recommend his office to anyone needing a pediatric orthopedic specialist.

The office staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. goggins performed surgery on my daughter to lengthen her Achilles tendon and was out 30 minutes later. He was very professional and helpful as well. highly recommend him to anyone and will continue with him if needed.

Dr Goggins worked with my daughter on her right humerus fracture,from the time i met him i felt safe in his care . he answered all questions and concerns we were very satisfied with him.

Dr Goggins could have cared less about seeing my son. My son has some autoimmune diseases and has severe neck pain. We have had two neurologists and his primary care dr tell us he has Scoliosis of his spine. Dr Goggins didn't even look at my son's back. My son has been to see a lot of drs and I would have to say dr Goggins was probably the worst. Go somewhere else. Dr Goggins could have cared less about seeing my son. Dr Goggins was a good provider, however his billing staff is unprofessional. My son was charge for the same services that the Urgent Care provided the day prior to seeing Dr Goggins. No I'm expected to pay $600 for the same services. After many attempts to talk to someone in billing I'm told there is no one that does the billing there, or that someone will call me back and I never hear from anyone. I have reached out to their office multiple times without success. Yet they took the time to write me a hand written note thanking us for coming to their office?? I just want a phone call not a thank you card. Dr Goggins was a good provider, however his billing staff is unprofessional. Amazing doctor, he did my son surgery last year and we have had an amazing experience with him and all the office staff.

We initially found Dr Goggins looking for treatment of my son's text-neck. Dr Goggins and his PA have been really great. They took x-rays and found that my son had slight scoliosis, which they have been monitoring over the last couple years. We never would have known if they hadn't taken X-rays. They also have Spanish-speakers if needed, which we did need. FYI depending on your time of your appointment, you might have to wait a while in the huge waiting room. That's the only downside. They do have a movie playing for the kids. Or the adults who want to watch kid movies. The front desk staff is always helpful with school notes and the last gal I talked with was very pleasant, asking me about my job and what did I do. The doctor was great at the Banner Cardons Hospital. However, the quality of care was very poor in the follow-up appointment at his practice. Dr did not provide instructions or answer questions. When asked for more information, sent front desk person to explain. That is too bad because we had a great first impression at the hospital. :( Shows no consideration/respect.

My daughter has been having back pains for six weeks since a car accident. Dr Gobbins showed no concern at all and was completely dismissive of my daughters pain, he was very condescending and borderline belittling. Very disappointed in the zero standard of care we received

Took my daughter here after she had been in consistent pain for six weeks. Dr Goggins showed zero care or concern. He was rude, dismissive, condescending and belittling. He cared nothing about my daughters health her well being or her pain. He Didn't want us there at all. The entire office was a horrible experience they care nothing about patients which is not uncommon with most banner healthcare hospitals and providers I have dealt with . Patient care and well being is simply not their priority

I thought Dr Goggins was awesome. He didn't rush through the appointment, answered all the questions and was very caring and professional. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Goggins treated my son's unilateral clubfoot. We have been SO happy with him. I felt like he never rushed our appointments and always made sure he didn't leave until all my questions/concerns were addressed. Now that my son is only going in for checkups 1-2 times a year we see a PA at his office instead, and some of them a great, while some seem a little distracted and rushed. Overall though, we've been really happy with Dr. Goggins and his office and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Goggins rocks... I just wish they were on time.

My son broke his arm and we went to the Banner Desert ER. He was treated extremely well and when Dr. Goggins came in he did an exemplary job explaining what he was doing and setting his arm. At our follow up appointment he was great as well. I highly recommend Dr. Goggins.

Dr Goggins, an amazing surgeon treated my son wonderfully my son was very pleased with Dr Goggins who was able to make him feel at ease on his procedure and follow up visits. The office staff has also been great, waiting periods are expected this is not only Dr. Goggins office but there are other providers within the group and not all patients come with only one other person. I have been there where all siblings and even grandparents are there. I have also witnessed accommodating a walk in patient. Keep up the good work. I was bringing my daughter as a new patient to see Dr. Goggin. When I stepped off the elevator the room outside the office door was packed with patients waiting for Dr Goggin then when I actually walked into the office it was packed no seats and patients were waiting. Everybody was complaining the wait for over 2 -3 hours. I checked in and asked why is the waiting room like this she said I am the only person checking in patients bu the Doctors are on time. I waited for one hour and 1//2 and still we were standing in the hallway waiting to see Dr. Goggin. I asked to speak to the office manager about the wait and she was dishonest like the staff at the front office. As a new patient coming from Scottsdale we were treated like cattle and lied to. I recommend never to go to this practice due to the unprofessional staff and Doctors allowing this to happen . After 2 weeks waiting to be seen my daughter had to walk away without being seen. Actually we are glad this happened because it was a bad sign and the Dr. would of been dishonest and treated us poorly like his staff!! Stay away from this practice! Professional and friendly greeting at the front desk and by the nurses. Dr Goggin was excellent and diagnosed my daughter who has been in pain for some years. Other doctors that we've seen have been saying that she would grow out of it. She would not have. Now she is in PT and getting much better.
