It's been three years since my surgery, Dr Stein was amazing his bedside manner, his professionalism, my scarring from what he had to do is minimal. Thank you Thank you. He also has a great sense of humor considering the seriousness of his procedures. I have referred him several times. Dr Stein could be the greatest surgeon in the world but scheduling the surgery seems to a problem. The doc said my husband needs a double or triple bypass and we now have been waiting a week and a half for a date because the scheduler is "out sick". Cheap cheap cheap. If you don't have enough staff, cross train and hire a temp. Further, there is no need for attitude from the office staff when a follow up call is made.
