Dr. Ficco is a very experienced and kind and caring person. Grateful to have found his practice! Patty is great as well. I have no issues getting appointments that work with my schedule. I can walk without pain now.

He is an amazing chiropractor and has actually been able to help with my back pain thank you so much!!!!

Dr Ficco is very personable and always made me feel comfortable; it is very clear that he loves his job. He takes the time to get to know you and come up with a comprehensive plan of treatment. I love that he stays open late to accommodate his "working" patients. I'll miss being greeted by his smile.

Amazing doctor very friendly and both him and receptionist makes you feel you are visiting family or friends. After treatment with him my back and shoulder pain is almost gone, over all he is a down to earth kind of doctor.

Although I’ve only just started seeing Dr. Ficco not only did he make me feel comfortable but he also made me feel as if I could trust my path back to recovery in his hands would be done by someone very informative on what they do because they planned this career since the age of 19. Dr. Ficco is very thorough! He can locate the pain with pinpoint accuracy and alleviate it! I would recommend his treatment to anyone!!!

Dr. Ficco is an excellent doctor. He thoroughly explained the problems with my back and answered all of my questions. His assistant is also excellent. I highly recommend his care to anyone who has spinal issues. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

Dr. Ficco was very good about listening to my concerns about specific areas that needed attention. Always cordial and pleasant as well as being thorough with treatment, I am a new regular customer. His admin assistant is very nice as well. Small office, great location, nice people.

Doctor Ficco was amazing and made my experience at my first visit at the chiropractor great! The receptionist, on the other hand, was the worst experience ever. Not only was she rude but did not have the patience to explain my charges. I was told, by her, that i would only be charged $150 plus copay prior to my visit. Instead, i get a $410 charge plus copay after my visit. Called many times and left voicemails. I finally went in during my lunchbreak. "Hey, I've been trying to call you and your brother. He must not have paid his phone bill because it says this person is not accepting calls". That is a lie and rude to say in a public setting. She continued to explain in a rude tone and also tried to make me feel like I lack intelligence. If you have any questions regarding charges/insurance, she will confuse/lie to you. The Dr is very experienced. A caring personality with the upmost concern to help with your pain, discomfort and overall health. The therapy is well worth it and the waiting time is no more than 5 min. and the therapy is no more than 30 min. It fits in your daily schedule with ease.

My family has been using Dr. Ficco for our chiropractic needs since 2004. We even followed him after he switched locations. We tried a couple of others that were "closer to home" initially, but they didn't measure up. Dr. Ficco is truly a gifted chiropractor and all around great guy. We highly recommend him. If he isn't close to you, he is worth the drive! Staff is great too!

I must say I was not crazy about seeing a chiropractor, but a friend recommended that I go. I saw Dr.Ficco for approximately 12 weeks for hamstring issues. I was trying to get prepared for a race in March and July. Dr. Ficco was upfront with me and told me he did not think I would be ready for the March 1/2 marathon, but I should be ready for the Peachtree. He was right. It took a while for me to rehab, but I was ready for the Peachtree and ran it with no hamstring pain. Thanks Dr. Ficco!

I use to get steroid shots for my back pain, but found over the years that was not a healthy alternative to taking medicine. Have know Dr Ficco for years, and decided to go a different route to relieve the back pain, somewhat skeptical, but after treatments, and finding a long term relief program, I believe that the right chiropractor is a healthier alternative. Dr Ficco offers high quality, knowledgeable treatments, and listens to his patients. We have even sent our sports active sons!

Dr. Ficco was a very effective chiropractor before his careless billing practices soured the relationship. He did provide treatment specific to me as a patient, and that was good while it lasted, but a practice is a lot more than just the treatment. Dr. Ficco overcharged me personally even though my insurance covered treatment. I brought this up with the clerk and the doctor on multiple occasions, and I verified with my insurance company that there was a mistake. Dr. Ficco still sent me a past due notice threatening collections, so I paid. After having my insurance company explain the error to Dr. Ficco's clerk, she promised to send the overpaid balance back to me. Several months have passed without them sending the money to me, and I have had to stop getting treatments there for that reason. Be careful about their careless billing. I have been treated by Dr. Ficco in order to relieve pain triggered by a motor vehicle accident. This is my first experience visiting a chiropractor. I have lived with constant back and neck pain for that past 10 years. I figured that this was just my burden to bare because I have scoliosis and a fused spine. A colleague recommended that I see Dr. Ficco. I have to admit that I was skeptical in the beginning, but after three months of therapy, I my neck & back feel 10 times better. Had back issues due to "compensating" for a painful knee (arthritis). Dr Ficco did chiro adjustments to my spine and hip, and gave me stretches to do to gain strength. Definitely helped!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Ficco for over 20 years. He has done more to improve my and especially my wife's health than any other doctors we have seen. My wife was told she needed back surgery. We agreed to try other options before having surgery. And, of course. we were told not to go to a chiropractor as they would make things worse. Under Dr. Ficco's care my wife weaned herself off of the prescribed medications she was taking and surgery was never done. Today, we go as needed
