Dr. Pearson and Kathy are great, but the front office staff not so much. The two staff at the front desk are incredibly rude, unprofessional and very condescending. I would have given the practice a higher rating but being in customer service, if you don't feel good the minute you walk through the door, it's a deal breaker for me. Dr. Pearson needs to re-evaluate who is representing his practice.

Today was my very 1st visit and i will say , the staff , from the receptionist to the doctor himself ( David E. Pearson ) and his assistant were very respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable about my procedure and about any questions i had . I will definitely recommend this dentistry here to anyone and i look forward to a wonderful dentistry relationship with everyone here that will last for some years to come. Dr. Pearson is my new favorite doctor, by far! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Pearson since the early 90's. Needless to say, we would not have continued seeing him if we were not totally satisfied with all the services provided. As others have said, Dr. Pearson is patient and takes his time with explaining procedures and makes you feel comfortable with what is to come. I always feel that Heather does an excellent job and gives good advice on things to do at home to improve my problem areas. Melissa is always helpful and accomodating in arranging our appointments, even when we have had to reschedule. If these comments haven't helped you to appreciate our confidence in Dr. Pearson and his staff, please know that my husband and I sold our house in Georgia 5 years ago and moved to Central Florida and we are still returning to see Dr. Pearson.

I have been coming here for 20+ years. Excellent appointment - teeth cleaned really well. all pockets checked, Heather does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth - very thorough and careful. sensitive to my vertigo! Dr Pearson checked out all teeth and gums to be sure all is well - and it is! He is thorough, explains things very well and has a great personality - love the sense of humor!! Everyone there is professional, friendly, and good at what they do. I felt covid-19 safe - one of the safest places to be!!

I have been a patient of Dr Pearson's for almost 24yrs, he is very professional and has a very calm demeanor, which is often needed, yet hard to come by, especially in this line of work! I really appreciate his bedside manner! I will absolutely with all due respect, not see any other periodontist. Dr. Pearson and his staff are fantastic. Had crown lengthening yesterday and virtually no pain today. No painkillers needed. They explain everything they are doing and I never leave with unanswered questions. Really great folks.

She is a professional, and friendly hygienist for Dr. Pearson. She does a great job every time I have been to the office. (as well as Kathy) Dr. Pearson does great too, but I spend more time with them. He is lucky to have such capable women on his staff.

Let's be honest if your going to see Dr. Pearson 9 times out if 10 your mouth needs work and it's not fun and usually not without pain. Dr. Pearson and his staff make you feel like comfortable like family. You know your in good hands. Kathy, Heather, Contance & Ashley are the kindest and most caring ladies you could ever ask for. I have and will continue reccomend this practice.

I have not seen a dentist in a very long time, which has resulted in a lot of problems with my teeth and gums. I was very nervous to go in, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They recognized my anxiety, were calm and patient, and explained in detail everything they were doing. I felt comfortable and reassured by the end of my visit. I do not have dental insurance, but the prices are reasonable and I could schedule future work.

Very apprehensive about starting this process and more than just a little fearful, to say the least. When Dr Roman Cibirka, (a wonderful dentist by the way!), advised me it was to time to add periodontal care to my regimen, I was not too happy. Dr Pearson and his staff did a fabulous job allaying my fears, explaining my condition and my options, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Like many things in life, dental problems do NOT get better if you ignore them, and also, like many other situations, the sooner you begin the corrective process, the simpler it is, far less work and cost are involved and the feeling of taking charge of one area of your life is empowering. I highly advise seeking out Dr Pearson and his staff, and beginning the course of treatment that is best for you. There is no time like the present. Remember, you don't have to take care of all your teeth, just the ones you would like to keep! Kudos to Ashley and Kathy for making me feel like part of the family right from my very first visit... All joking aside, find these folks in Lawrenceville or Snellville, and begin the work we should have all been doing already! I'm very glad I did, won't you join me?

I was referred to Dr. Pearson by my mother. I had a dental emergency, and he was able to get me in without too long to wait. He gave me a full examination and took his time and explained everything that he saw. Being a doctor myself, it was nice to see another doctor actually taking the history himself. Few doctors still do that. I think it adds a nice personal touch, and gives him, the doctor, a better and more clear picture of what’s going on. Constance was a HUGE help and comfort on the phone.

After many years with the same dentist, I am now with a new dentist who sent me to Dr Pearson to check a gum situation. I had no idea I had gum disease. Dr. Pearson explained what is going on, drew pictures, and spent time with me to make sure I understood the situation. I am so grateful. I feel I am in good hands.

Initially I met Doctor Pearson as a referral from my dentist mostly because I’ve had severe trauma to my jaw, mouth and teeth as a teenager and dealing with some deterioration as I’ve aged needed an experienced periodontist and one dealing with multiple implants. The overall health of my mouth has greatly improved, my implants I’ve had zero problems and he and his staff Kathy,Heather,Constance, Jess have treated me like extended family Over the last 2 years! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had to have tissue grafting which involved being in the chair about 2 hours. Both Dr. Pearson and Cathy, his assistant, made sure I was comfortable for that long appointment. Their expertise and personal caring have instilled a sense of trust and I have and will get excellent results from the treatment(s) needed.

After reviewing my x-rays sent by my dentist, Dr. Pearson checked my teeth throughly and gently and advised me of the extent of my periodontic disease. He explained terms carefully, then went over options for saving my teeth, but was honest about the possibility of losing some. I was able to get the most difficult teeth worked on before leaving town, which was a great relief.
