Dr Grosser is excellent!!!!

I was very pleased with the treatment I received. Everyone was kind and caring, barely any waiting time. Dr Grosser was very professional and patient. Definitely recommend this place.

They were very pleasant and helpful I appreciate the staff and the doctor I think you would appreciate it too if you ever went

Dr. Grosser explained the diagnosis in detail and with clarity. Very pleased with the quality of time she spent with me. I would recommend her to anyone. Her PA were excellent too. Awesome experience with her and her staff.

Dr. Grosser is amazing. She told me everything she had to do and was very thorough. Extremely kind and respectful. Her staff is also absolutely wonderful. I'm very greatful for her and her staff for making me feel comfortable and at ease about my surgery.

Dr. Grosser is outstanding. As good a doctor as it gets.

I personally feel as if she has been my Doctor for many years. My first appointment with her was wonderful. My second was just as wonderful. As long as she has her practice she will be my Doc for years to come. Happy I chose her.

Plano Orthopedics has a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. After the diagnosis we discussed the treatment option and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I feel confident knowing what to expect over the next few months during recovery.

I came to Dr. Grosser after having a few unsuccessful procedures on my foot. I never had the expectation that my foot would be completely repaired. But, I did believe there was a way to alleviate some of the pain and discomfort which would enable me to walk and do so without a limp or favoring my foot. I feel better under Dr. Grosser's care and I am confident that the procedures she has proposed will increase the chances that my foot will heal properly.

This was my first time to see Dr. Grossers. She was very easy to talk to. I told her what my problem was and she took the time to explain to me what she could do to help with alleviating the pain. I would highly recommend her to anybody.

I had my first visit with Dr. Grosser this week. I chose her based on her wonderful reviews and her bio and I’m glad I did! I got an appointment fairly quickly which was a plus since I was hurting. I was happy that Dr. Grosser took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I’m anxious to have and receive results of my MRI for both feet and ankles to see where we go from here. Dr. Grosser is not only knowledgeable, but she is also very personable and easy to talk with which was important to me. I feel comfortable with whatever decisions she makes in regard to my feet. She came recommended by a friend she operated on a few years ago. He under-sold her, great bedside manner, wonderful staff, and by all early accounts a very successful surgery for me! She was patient and took her time answering all my type A personality questions. Kept my wife in the loop from start to finish and genuinely cares about her patients and their outcomes.

Dr. Grosser was VERY helpful. She is a great listener, did a detailed exam, then offered a non surgical recommendation. I felt very comfortable with her and her knowledge.

I was able to make an appointment the day I called. Office was clean and well designed. I filled out all my paperwork on my phone and was seen shortly after. Dr. Grosser was very professional and took the time to explain my injury, and showed me other concerns on my x-ray. Overall the experience good and I would highly recommend Dr. Grosser.

Dr. Grosser was great! I had a corn on the top of my toe which her PA, Lauren shaved down. I feel like I have a new foot. No more pain. Dr. Grosser is excellent at diagnosing and explaining the problem. She gives excellent advice and takes a lot of time to make sure everything is understood. I highly recommend her!

During the follow up appointment, met with Dr Grosser's PA. Both Dr. Grosser and her PA are exceptional. Problem was crushed / broken toes. Appreciate the PA's recommendation of a double toe splint. Felt they both listened and provided good support. Highly recommend this team.

My meeting with Dr Grosner was wonderful. We discovered I only had a slight problem which can be corrected without any procedures or surgeries. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and up front. Quite refreshing.

We received great attention, time spent with us, complete examination with fantastic explanations. We would rate this doctor as a 7 star if possible.

Thank you for your great care and for spending so much time with me. Problem solved and in two days I’m as good as new! Dr. Grosser is the best!

Dr. Grosser is earnestly helping patients achieve a proper quality of life. She genuinely understands the anatomy she cares for and practically applies treatments that are both financially sound and physically the most beneficial. She is not the type of doctor to upsell products or prescriptions, she isn't the doctor that will roll you over for an unnecessary surgery for profit or an easy fix. She absolutely has my families confidence 100% that she loves what she does and wants the best care for us. She is efficient and takes her time making sure she listens and understands exactly what is going on. She is personable, making you feel super comfortable and at home. It feels like you've know her forever and are having a good after Thanksgiving dinner chat when you speak with her. She speaks with you, explaining in easy terms never talking down to you or over your head. She is a wonderful doctor. Fractured ankle in a biking accident. Made on line appointment for the next day. Seen quickly with ready diagnosis and treatment plan. A few days later due to issues not under any one’s control, surgery done with excellent results. Dr Grosser is easy to deal with and has a great staff.

I had a talar head fracture ankle surgery 6 months back and over the past several weeks I had tenderness all around my feet, pain all over, tingling/palpitations around and under toes, etc. which I never had. I visited Dr. Dawn Grosser to get a second opinion. I did not have to wait, she spent ample time to go over the X-Rays which showed that talar head looked good and good progress. She articulated the reasons for my new symptoms and what I needed to do. I have disuse osteopenia which can be normal after surgery (common in astronauts) and she suggested exercises and that I need stress all the bones in my feet and need to hold for at least 15 seconds to be effective. All this makes sense and accordingly I have arranged my physiotherapy exercises. I am hoping that in several months I will see the positive effect in my recovery.

It is a shame when a dotor puts a small amount of money ahead of patient courtesy and monitary greedy poilicy. They want 100% of what they think is the patient cost up front or they refuse to do surgery. They wait until 14 hourse before surgery to demand money that you may not even owe after it is processed by insurance. That is a poor way to treat patients. I will gladly see someone else with better patient treatment.

Dr. Groser, Lauren, and Ryan did an excellent job at every point to provide excellent surgical intervention and a perfect rehab/treatment plan for maximum healing without complications; also in setting appropriate boundaries for activity and correct expectations.

Took time with me to answer all my issues and give me a plan to address them.

Dr. Grosser is truly amazing. She has operated on both of my feet. She definitely takes time with you to allow you to have as much information as possible. She has helped me walk correctly again after mid-foot fusions. You can count on her to truly care for you.

Dr. Grosser was easy to talk to and listened well to my problem. The practice is very efficient and well run.

Dr. Grosser is just awesome! She has the best “ bed side manner” of any physician I’ve ever known. She spent more than adequate time with me from the first visit, surgery, and post opt appointments. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely the best I have ever worked with. Had a difficult problem others wouldn’t touch, and she gave me options and took the time to answer all my questions. Her staff is extremely efficient as well. I came from out of state for treatment and had no issue with appointments or insurance.

Dr. Grosser is an outstanding doctor. She is very well trained, she has an excellent bedside manner, she listens carefully, clearly explains her diagnosis and gives thorough instructions, and she is highly rated by patiients.
