Dr Wright is a good Dr. But in my experience u are lucky to get in to see him woth in an hour of your apartment. Just today I haded to for over and hour pas my apartment witch is vary disappointing and it is hard to understand how this can happen every time I come here. Also the phone system frequently does not work it gets stuck in a loop makes u hang up and call back. I have had this happen up to 5 times in a row.

The office manager spoke to me like a was a 3rd rate ghetto moron. The second I matched her tone is when she said that they don’t tolerate that type of behavior. I hung up on her because she had no clue that’s how she was speaking to me. I don’t like being lied to and spoken to like an idiot and that’s all she was doing. She kept telling me, no you don’t understand. I understand just fine! You’re either contracted with a plan or you’re not. No stipulations. I guess this place is no different that the others. You wonder how in the world this person is the boss. She was impolite and used slang which bothered me. I’m not your friend hanging out im a patient! Find someone who isn’t rude and can’t speak English like a professional!

As a doctor, he was attentive and caring while I was there. When an issue arose over another medication I was prescribed by a clinic in town that I had disclosed to him and his nurses when it was initiated, he sent me a letter stating I violated his policies and then refused to take my calls in order to correct the situation. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor and took me almost 2 years to get everything back to normal as he also wouldn't fill any of my prescriptions stating I needed to find a new doctor. It was the most unprofessional and childish act I've ever dealt with, period. His assistants in the back that handle prescriptions and scheduling were some of the rudest people you could have the displeasure of dealing with. I'd avoid at all costs unless you enjoy waiting an hour for your appointment to start and also like getting rude phone calls from his assistants.. Not to mention dropped as a client on a whim without hearing a single word from Dr Wright about it.

An excellent doctor. I have been going to him for years. He always allows me whatever time I need and almost always solves my problems the first time. He very rarely prescribes pills and always suggests alternatives that work better. I would recommend Dr. Wright to any of my family and friends.

Dr.Wright takes his time with you and listens to what you have to say. Dr. Wright doesn’t try and rush you along he’s there to help anyway he can. Dr. Wright is a great doctor.

Dr. Wright has been our Primary Care Physician for approximately 30 years and has seen us through thick and thin. He deserves more than five stars! Jim Feldmayer

After being a patient of Dr. Wright's for 3 yrs he said Im not his patient and refused to call in a prescription rapid covid test. We needed this test for a foster baby waiting to be picked up from the hospital, I guess they don't find that important. Yea I was a loyal patient, but sure I will be oh so happy to go elsewhere. After putting up with the horrible front office lady all these years he should be bending over backwards to help his "patients" Had he told me this morning I would have been able to find a different dr, but after 3 messages and no call backs I am so extremely disappointed! So beware if you are looking for a doctor you can count on, he is NOT it! For the short time that I was under the care of Dr. Dean Wright, when he still accepted my insurance, he was an excellent provider. He listened and he was extremely thorough. By far the most attentive physician I’ve ever visited.

Excellent!! Very caring competent and personable

Dr Wright is the best. Has been our PC since 1981. He never rushes and makes us feel secure in his recommendations. The best!

Dr. Wright's the best. Its hard to find a physician who will still spend time with you. Hard to get an appointment quick tho

Very caring.trys his best.does all the things a primary doctor should.

On my second visit I asked him for a diet plan as I was finding it difficult to lose weight. He replied, and I quote: "You're 81 years old. Go home and eat." Not what I wanted or expected to hear from a medic. That let me know how unimportant I am to him. I much rather deal with his Nurse Practitioners. All true. He may as well have told me to go home and die. Perhaps he is too old to continue practicing medicine.

I appreciate Dr. Wright and feel very lucky to have him as my PCP. While the wait time is sometimes outlandish, when he is caring for me, I have 100% of his attention.

Dr. Wright has been my doctor for over 20 years and has been EXCELLENT from the get-go. He has a very pleasant demeanor and communicates extremely well. For medical issues requiring a specialist, he will make arrangements and schedule right away. Dr. Wright is a great doctor, and highly recommended!

Worst doctor I've ever had. Wouldn't help me with my health issues, suggested a DNR ????

Dr Dean Wright is awesome as a Dr. The wait time to see him is absolutely ridiculous. There is no point in making an appt when you don’t get seen till an hour after your appt. also the front desk staff is super rude. I watch elderly people get treated like they don’t matter at all. Maybe you should find another job if you don’t have any patience with your elders! The staff that brings you to the back rooms and helps you out once you head back to see Dr dean Wright are priceless. They’re genuinely sweet people! I am the son of an M.D. who was an advisor to the California Medical Advisory Board and I have met and been treated by very many doctors in my life. Dr. Wright is an outstanding doctor, period, and has no idea that my Dad held this position nor that he was a delegate to the House of Delegates of the American Medical Association from the state of California for many years. We have been patients of Dr. Wright for many years, however - this comment is about the office as a whole. "THE ABSOLUTE WORST OFFICE FOR BEING ON SCHEDULE. Every single time we go, we're quoted an appointment time when making the appointment and then the day before they call to let you know to be there 15-20 minutes early. So, we take off work early because "3:15 is their last appointment of the day" (except make that 2:45-2:50 to allow time to read a sheet and initial). 2 hrs before seen!
