Dr Gronski is wonderful. As she talks you can appreciate how knowledgeable she is. She listens intently and explains everything in detail that is easy to follow. I took an instant liking of my new doctor. Get there early because parking sucks.

January 2022:. Don't look at those old reviews. I just met the doctor for the first time and she was AMAZING!!! She let me talk and actually listened. She spent time with me. Her PA Delores was also amazing. And whoever cancelled which made my appt possible, thank you. And to the staff who got me in. I was right in the middle of testing etc. when insurance changed and the thought of having to start over was disheartening. You need a new, nice, or just better endocrinologist, look no further. I haven't met the doctor yet, but I've dealt with her staff member Angela over three calls and have been very pleased each time. I'll update after my appt. January 2022:. I have been going to Dr. Gronski for 17 years and have always received excellent care. I am a nurse and have referred many family and friends to her. Yes, it can take awhile to get in as a new patient but doesn't that tell you something? She has a lot of patients since she has been practicing for over 20 years! I know as an established patient if I don't make an appt right away it will be a wait. It is understandable that we as a society want everything right now and maybe you need to see a doctor right away and that is different but to put 1 star because you can't get an appt when YOU want is ridiculous. Dr. Gronski is nothing but professional and kind to all of her patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gronski is excellent. I have the best blood sugar control in 48 years of this!

Dr. Gronski, with respect to the excellent care you've give to many patients. I, however had immediate difficulty using dulaglutide. Had you run a fasting insulin-s test =6, first you would have never prescribed it Oct 9, 2014.

Dr. Gronski is absoulty amazing. I just cant believe the detailed explanations she gave me. She helped me after another endo didnt.! Definitely recommend

Ever since my husband has been a patient (about three-four years) he has tried on many occasions to send verification to his insurance that is required, which is then sent to pharmacy to fill a prescription..... a phone call to the office has been made several times and it’s never done promptly .... we should not have to beg to have forms filled out that are required. We find this to be unprofessional and unacceptable !!! The bottom line is try to locate another practice that makes their patients care a top priority ???????????? I don't usually have issues with the Dr herself but I can't tell you how many times I've had issues with the staff and this location. Message after message after message because my script was running out and it would not grey filled or not called back. I had to wait about a month before I got it... I know gronski is leaving this office and today was going to be my last visit three. So on my way there is a TON of construction backing up traffic and I even left early.. Fearing I'd be late I tried to call... No answer and wait time was longer than it was gonna take me to get there. I show up to my apt after being stuck in traffic. I walk in and both receptionists were on the phone... Which is fine I get it, but there is no sign in paper, they won't even look at me So I'm standing there like an idiot. Finally after a few minutes I just sit down. I even tried staring at one of them directly and she didn't dare look up from her computer. They straight up ignored me, didn't even look at me.. she gets off the phone and is like, welp.. Your ten minutes late I don't think she can see you. Barely walks around the corner and is like nope she can't see you... Are you freaking kidding me!!! Then she starts to ask if I'm going to be seeing a different position or follow her when she leaves? So I asked what are you sharing where she's going and she goes into the nonsense about how she can't tell me. So why bother even asking me. I told her I can't believe that she's saying that I'm late wasn't even barely 10 minutes and the only reason it seemed like 10 minutes is because they had me waiting. I'm so pissed, left work early, drive across town and this is the service I get... Outrageous. I am so glad she moved offices. She has always been a great doctor, but now I can actually get refills and messages sent to her. The new office is great because the support staff is now as efficient as Dr. Gronski herself.

very helpful with getting my sugar level under control. and making time for me.

She is a caring diabetic healer who displays patience in listening to the patient's symptoms and problems and chooses the best medical path for that patient. I am incredulous at some of the poor reviews for this wonderful doctor. She came highly recommended from a friend who has had type 1 diabetes all his life. He said she is highly sought after and be patient: 4 months before I could see her because her initial session is 45 minutes. But it was well worth waiting for her. She's great

Please read my review regarding my rating. I would give Dr. Gronski herself 6 stars across the board. However I gave the low rating because of the office staff. I am at the end of a three week process to order pods from a new distribution. I will not go in to details however I have learned to expect to wait 45 minutes when calling. Everything concerning the office staff has gone wrong. They tell me things were sent over and have not, they are sent to the wrong place, I tried faxing to the office to avoid the wait time. They claim they aren't received. They tell you they will call in a prescription and then don't. Was told by the on-call dr that she doesn't call in prescriptions because when she on on-call she only talks to hospitals. I will wait a month until my next appointment to talk to the Dr, and spend my appointment time talking about the office staff before talking about my other concerns concerning my medical history. Update: I sent and email to the corporate office, email list in reply to another review on here. I did get a message from Oscar, who said he was a supervisor with the dr's office. I tried to reach him at the number he left. The number is for the dr's office. I tried to return his call however, I cannot wait on hold for 45 minutes. I guess that I will continue to see the dr only because she is so good. I have switched dr's before only to find the same problems. I went 2 weeks without pods for my insulin pump and was told that the the medical assistant was sending the information to the wrong "office" when replying back to the distributor. That was one excuse that I heard. I now know that I have to call the supply company and allow enough time to prevent being out of pods again. Dr Gronski was great I recommend her to my friends and family

I have had several diabetic doctors(endocronoglist) and Dr. Gronski is head and shoulders above all of them!! She cares about me more than just my diabetes. She is smart, listens well, knows her stuff and I always feel better after seeing her. She is not a push over and I need someone I respect and will follow her instructions. She is the BEST,,,????

A compassionate physician who actually listens to her patients. Did a fine job of analyzing my diabetic syndrome and am most happy with her. Highly recommended but she is so in demand that sometimes the initial appointment is months away.

I have been going to dr gronski’s Office for 8 plus years now and she is the best but the assistant and the front staff not so much. It is rediculous trying to get prescription refills!! I have been trying to get a refill to my specialty pharmacy for 3 weeks now and it is a struggle every time. Not to mention you can’t leave a personal message for the assistant without going through the front office. And when they say they will send it urgent, that doesn’t mean anything.

Great doctor I really enjoyed my first couple visits with her. But when my insurance company changed my Farxiga to $300 a month. I called and ask her what other drugs would work for me doing the same thing for my condition. She said talk to your insurance company. I called back and asked for just list of drugs she thought would be good for my condition, maybe even increase my metformin and I will research them and then ask insurance company how much they cost. She said don't bother me, ask your insurance company, then receptionist hang up on me. Never asked how my blood sugar is doing etc. Oh last week after waiting 6 months for my yearly checkup. I got a call and they said that she will not be there for my next appointment, her PA will handle me. If I wanted an appointment with her, I have to wait 4+ months. I will not bother her any more. Dr. Gronski is fine. It is her very incompetent staff that Is impossible to deal with. I have had more problems with their office more than any other one I have had. They don't call in for my prescriptions, call to get my labs like they said they would, or arrange for my ultrasound to get scheduled. I had to go into the office and watch them call the office in front of me and them handing the phone to me to confirm the pharmacy took the order from the office manager.

Wrong prescriptions called in. I have been going over 2 years, overtime my refills are due , they are called in wrong. The dietitian, in this office is completely a joke. See another doctor! Run!!!!

Called for several weeks to get answer to problem with meds.last couple appts was in and out in 5 mjnutes. Did not seem to care about me as a patient.

Not responsive, doesn't care about you, refill on medication a royal pain. Plan at least 2 weeks and advance of running out.

Dr. Gronski is great, but the patient customer service provided by her administration staff at Banner Health Endocrinology is extremely poor. Took 2 months to get a biopsy lab appointment. Took senior management to finally get that. Appointment with Dr. Gronski was switched to another physician without patient's awareness. We were told we have to wait at least another 5 months if we were to see Dr. Gronski.

I like Dr. Gronski very much but as others have said her staff is very poor. I have had to ask three times for a prescription to be called in and it still hasn't been. The girl at the desk didn't know how to run my insurance card then ended up not giving it back to me which makes another trip to their office which is out of the way. They really need a whole different staff. I also get a robo call telling me I need to call to make my follow up appointment when I actually was just there.

Dr. Gronski is a nice doctor and I have seen her for several years for thyroid treatment. However, her support staff tend to be rude and unhelpful. Twice, paperwork in my file for my yearly routine visit was actually of another patient so review of lab results was in error but I was still billed for the time "seen" by the doctor. Office billings are inaccurate for amount of time seen by staff and doctor. I am thinking seriously of changing to another doctor with better office support staff.

Dr. Gronski is a very caring and wonderful physician. Unfortunately, her medical assistant, the office staff, and office management are the most uncaring group of medical staff I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I have been unable to get an important lab test that Dr. Gronski has advised I take for over 2 months. I have tried to escalate the issue to two different levels of office management and they have never had the decency to return my call.

Although Dr Gronski is a nice Endo, I find her clinical staff incompetent. They missed sending over prescription refills and after leaving messages for her clinical staff 3 days in a row, I never did get a response. This has happened on more than one occasion. The only reason I have stayed with this office is because she's the only Endo that I've had that doesn't run hours behind schedule. But I am now looking for a new Endo because I need to put my health above convenience.

Diane Gronski is the very best endocrinologist I have ever had an experience with and I have had several in the Phoenix Area. But, Banner Health is about the worst for patient service that I have ever experienced. I have been placed on hold for over an hour several times. Their employees seem to care less about the patient. It's almost impossible to get them to get a message to the doctor. Even when they call you and ask for information for the doctor. Dr. Gronski needs to find another place to work. Nothing in this review is negative towards her. Banner Health is the worst!
