Dr. Janice G Johnston

I was not happy with her office or service so I never went back. She billed a very ill disabled woman $150 on top of what she billed to Medicare because I refused to switch my Insurance Provider to her. I’ve been asking her to remove it from my credit since 2016. Horrible person horrible place horrible people

I was a potential new patient and scheduled an appointment with this doctor who was going to be my new primary care provider. Two days prior to my appointment a receptionist called saying the doctor would not be working and she would TRY to have another doctor see me. I am 61 years old and have numerous health issues and require a reliable health care professional and demand consistency. If I wanted an HMO I would have one and pay far less. My previous doctor is out of state so I must find a replacement after 15 years. Clearly Dr. Janus Johnston is not concerned about her patients. Another month wasted at the holidays. Never saw her and was charged for MRI w contrast

Dr. Johnston truly cares about her patients. She is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever had and is personable as well.

It take Dr Johnston 5 days to refill my prescription! This is the second time. How difficult is it?

Straight shooter. Always gave me good advice and care.

Mgt. Is poor. Unable to fix constant problems with office staff. Can't deliver or give msgs to Doctors from Patients. Just excuses,always the same excuses. Harder and harder to get an appt. Where doctors use to care about their patients, it now turned into the new modern,streamlined cattle Co. They heard you in, poke you a cattle prod to push you thru in lightening speed. They don't care what your name or problem is. Only thing they need to know is your debit card#.

Does not understand that the PA-C under her effects her reputation. It's been over a month and I can't receive disability due to a single form not being filled out and no return phone calls from any party I've tried to contact.

I would recommend Dr Johnston to my family or friends. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers any questions that you may have. Dr Johnston truly cares about her patients and it shows.

Dr. Johnston is the Best Doctor we've ever had! She is thorough, sweet & doesn't Rush you thru your visit. She genuinely cares. Her office staff is the best! Latest in technology, shortest wait and at times live music playing in waiting area. You're missing out if you don't select her or her staff.
