Called to make an appointment. I wanted to get my lungs and breathing checked out because I have a lingering cough. I was told the dr will not accept anyone with any covid related symptoms. I told the front desk girl that I had two negative covid test and she said they will never take me in because I have some similar covid symptoms “even if it’s not covid” that I could either try urgent care or the ER. You guys realize that not everything is covid and covid symptoms are similar to many other virus’s, infections etc. Does not seem ethical to refuse a patient because of this. Terrible Dr. please do yourself a favor and do not see this “Doctor”. Patient privacy is not followed as we had an argument and he talked over me and raised his voice in the hallway, not the room I was being seen in. I’ve had issues for 3 months now and I have test I wanted to be ran and he told me “Youre not a doctor, you don’t know what you’re doing”. Please save yourself and do not see him. A waste of time and an absolute risk for anyone with health issues.

I called to make an appointment for my parents. They were previous patients in Dr. Pascua's office 2 years ago, my parent's moved back to Phoenix at least 10 mins drive to Dr. Pascua's office so they wanted to go back . The weird thing I ever heard... The lady who answered the phone 1/25/21 around 1:32 said that they can't take them as patients because they changed provider. Period! Wow! Dr. Pascua is my mothers Dr.. I just met him & instantly liked him. Very personable & caring. His assistants are pleasant & caring especially Maria.

Great Doctor snd Staff members,been going to this place for years now...many yrs.

Super nice doctor and staff. Seemed to care about my issues which is not always the case in some doctors offices. Would definitely recommend to others!

Im a patient to this office for more than ten years and i have been treated very well, the staff here is polite and very caring. Front office personal are rude will not refill prescription until patient comes in for follow up because doctor needs to get paid. Last follow they charged us $100 for doctor to basically come in the room and say hi

Their services were NOT good. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment since I was told I would be the first patient seen. However, despite me arriving ahead of time, I was given the paperwork I needed to complete 10 minutes after my appointment. I was seen 30 mins later. Doctor Pascual was not professional, during our meeting he stepped outside to have a conversation with another patient for about 5 minutes while leaving the door open for me to hear and spent more time talking about non-medical matters with me than the actual reason I was visiting their office. Additionally, they do not do blood work in-house so I am going to have to make another appointment to get this done. Lastly, I went to pick up my prescription that I have been taking for the past 3 years and it looks like Doctor Pascual requested a new prescription despite my request to continue with my same prescription. Needless to say I have already called my medical insurance company to get a new PCP because this doctor is a joke. Their services were NOT good. Dr. Pascua has been my primary care doctor since I was in high school! Now almost 15 years later he is the doctor for my wife and my little ones even though we live in Yuma! Staff is friendly and they put in the extra effort to find me great appointment times.

Dr Pascua is very knowledgeable. He lead me in the right direction and referred me to the correct specialists to get my shoulder surgery. He also helped me with internal medicine for my chemical balance. He is honest friendly and kind. Dr. Pascua has taken care of my son and my husband who was high risk due to renal failure and did an awesome job, pre and post transplant as his primary care Dr. He is personable, careful, and kind. He's a great doctor.
