I needed full mouth perio deep cleaning - Dr. Segrest (My New Dentist to be) referred me - I found the staff and doctor extremely personable, expedient and up front regarding the costs (billing of insurance for any reimbursement) and honest. I paid for my first visit and Donna billed my insurance and I was reimbursed the correct apportioned share. I paid up front the for procedure (as most periodontists are out of network and requires prepayment) - yet this was 5 X less that what another perio wanted for a similar treatment. As Donna at the desk reassured me- "don't worry, you won't even know you were here." And she was right -- next day -- no pain whatso ever - not even a stiffness from any anesthetics - They used conscience IV sedation - I have pain pills I do not even need. And the Doctor called me on his cell phone the evening of to insure I was OK -- I don't know about your expectations, but Dr. Hammond and his staff far exceeded mine. So "Don't think twice, It's alright"

Went in for deep cleaning - over charged me by three times allowed by insurance. I had to pay in full up front and told insurance will pay me back. I had double insurance, came to find out they lied to me. Triple charged me and did not even file through the insurance. Did not want to accept amount set by two insurance companies. Additionally, did a very horrible job, started having way too many issues after the visit. Bad practice, deceiving, will over charge you. The only thing they have right is a clean clinic and nice folks working till they get you to pay and later to tell give you excuse why they deceived you. Will not recommend this clinic to anyone I care about. I wish there is less than 1 star rating option.

The whole office and Dr Hammonds are all great! Helped me and my wife out tremendously !

I have seen Dr. Hammond several times for extraction, bone graft, implant. He is attentive, caring, and meticulous. He told me exactly what to expect after each procedure (and was spot on!) He also called me personally after the two major procedures to see how I was doing. I could not ask for better results, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have been through the mill with a re-worked root canal since January. My dentist sent me to Dr. Hammond and I am so impressed. I can hardly explain how at peace he and his staff made me feel. He did some tests and led me back to the Endodontist after calling him and telling him I either have a cracked root or one of the roots got missed. He was so thorough and kind. I highly recommend this doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hammond for last five years. Obviously I like his work since I've not changed doctors. He has my confidence as a professional that knows what he's doing. I recommend him to my friends.

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Hammond. He does outstanding work, is very professional and keeps us fully informed.
