Dr Futscher is excellent.

This was my first PCP experience since I was younger so I did not know what to expect. I’m hard to schedule with and they were very easy with rescheduling me as needed. Dr. Futscher came in within 10 minutes and was very thorough and straight to the point with his plan. I had my next appointments scheduled before I even left the room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The phlebotomist (Yvonne I believe) is absolutely stellar. I highly recommend this office.

It was my 1st time talking to do... - It was my 1st time talking to doctor Fisher and.I was off my medicine for various reasons and he just kept telling me I was as a bad patient and basically he was treating me like I was a. Little kid he was talking very loud made me feel uncomfortable shut down I just want to get out of there.

Asking me for my SSN and address over the phone when trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Never been asked that by any receptionist ever in my life.

Dr. Futscher is always a good pr... - Dr. Futscher is always a good provider and knows what questions to ask. He always listens and then reviews my past treatment. He will always look for the best action plan to help me get well and heal in the most effective way.

All they want is your fees for visits. I am up to date on my blood work, but they wouldn't give me my antacid prescription without an office visit. I had been there 3 times in the prior 6 months. There was no need for an office visit. You will never see the old quack anyway. You will see his PA. For years I was on a drug that worked, but the one time I saw him, he changed my med for no reason at all. You will spend 45 seconds listening to his recorded message before you are directed to a voicemail.

By far my best experience with a Doctor in over 10 years! Dr. Futscher represents and set the example as how a Doctor visit should be. During my visit he asked a lot of questions, listened to my symptoms and explained the course of action.

I went through MULTIPLE doctors prior to finding this office. Oddly, I should mention considering that this is my Wife's doctor, lol. I guess what impresses me the most is the way the staff work together. That, and the level of genuine interest shown in managing your healthcare needs, from the women who answer the phones to the actual examiner. Seriously. If you elect to get to know these people/this doctor's office, you will be pleased and satisfied ,ultimately, that you did. Never wait more than 10 minutes to see Dr. Futscher, staff is always courteous and professional. Dr. Futscher is very thorough in questions and explanations of any questions asked. Plus he is very personable, which is a definite plus. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a PCP or family doctor.

If you call their COVID hotline, just be prepared to quarantine. I received BOGUS guidance about my COVID risk, which ruined plans with family. My doctor's office couldn't take 2 minutes to talk to me about my risk. Instead, had to wait 3 days for a doctor's appointment. Great revenue-raising approach for THR health system, crappy healthcare delivery!

My family has been patients here for over 25 years. I was told to find a new provider because I haven’t had a visit in more than 3 years. I just got slapped when I needed help .

Timely and carrying staff . Listen to you and cares about your health

The visit was on time, staff/physician was great and location is easy to reach!

Same day appointment to get checked for flu and strep. Dr. And staff are awesome. !

Great visit! The blood draw was painless, and the visit with the doctor was pleasant with a nudge to exercise more.

Dr. Futscher is the best family physician I've encountered in Grapevine in my 20+ years of living here. 1.His staff is great. Not like many poor office service I've received at other offices. 2. His nurses are excellent, kind and understanding. 3. Dr. Futscher's bedside manners are professional and kind. Very nice Doctor. He listens.

Has stopped giving prescriptions in writing said it was better to call them in. That does not work. Called ask for prescriptions to be call yesterday sitll no prescriptions. Malinda Nolt

Dr. Futscher is the type of doctor that you see in a movie that goes above and beyond. I'm still in awe that this type of very attentive, proactive, patient, and uber knowledgeable. He's one of the doctors they come and collect on the end of the world movies because he's so smart! He doesn't push medications if they aren't necessary, he doesn't ignore your concerns, instead he talks to you about them and finds a solution. I've been seeing Dr Futscher for more than 10 years. He is like an old friend of the family who knows his stuff and takes time to educate you on your health. He's the kind of doctor who will work with you on how to improve your health without first resorting to taking a pill.

The attention of Dr. Eric Futscher is excellent, he is in every detail of the health of his patient, he asks the right questions to help you in your state of health and makes you feel taken care of. He also speaks different languages, very important in the area of medicine that your doctor can communicate with you in your native language to clarify your doubts and that you can be satisfied. Came in looking for a doctor to just become my regular doctor and I found him. Dr Futscher is great and personable but most of all knowledgeable. The front office staff is friendly and it’s close to home so very convenient. Glad I found them!

I let them know I have have symptoms of Adhd, they let me know they dont treat that so gave me referrals for doctors to go see. I called the doctors they preferred and had them transfer over my files to that doctor that would treat me for it. I called today to see if they would be able to go ahead and take over treatment since I was seeing a psychiatrist and would rather see a family doctor that treats everything rather than one doctor treating one specific issue. Amanda, called me and let me know they dont take patients back that had their file transferred to another doctor. I am very confused at the fact that they gave me a referral, but yet wont take me back because they weren't able to treat the issue in the first place. Amanda had no reason as to why they do that, she just said its "office policy". If I could give negative five stars I would! One of the worst doctors I've ever been to. I went after not seeing a doctor for eight years because, in the human medical community, if your patient is overweight, everything can be blamed on that and it is always their fault. After joining a fitness bootcamp, going 4ish times a week and doing powerlifting as well as following a nutrition plan, I hadn't lost any weight so I thought maybe it was time to seek help...again. My first appointment went great. It was pretty much a consolation and they ended up getting blood to run, etc. A follow up was scheduled to go over the blood work. I had also told the doctor everything I had done to try to lose weight and he seemed positive that he could help me. I also needed a full physical and my womanly exam since I hadn't had one in 8 years. Fast forward a few weeks, I go in for my blood results and physical. Bloodwork is perfect...according to him. I just need to start exercising and cut out starch to lose weight. Lolwut. My full physical and exam also consisted of him listening to my lungs and pressing on my stomach q bit. Dr. Futscher has been my doctor for over two years, and very glad I made the choice to call his office. Although my experience was great with my previous Doctor in Seattle, prior to moving to Texas, I have been even happier with the service I receive here, especially through his medical knowledge, professionalism, and how Dr. Futscher performs his job in general, something which he takes very seriously. Additionally, his co-workers and Staff are very responsive, pleasant and great to deal with. Dr. Futscher has been my doctor for over two years, and very glad I made the choice to call his office.
