Worst experience ever. I made two appointments with this doctor and was a little concerned when the parking lot was empty upon arrival. I was still forced to wait almost an hour for both appointments. There's a lot more but just don't go here. This is my first bad review for any medical professional.

Horrible experience for two office visits. Was forced to wait nearly an hour for both appointments despite the parking lot being empty. Was there for a specific test and when I got my results back on the following visit the specific thing I went for wasn't tested. I'm filing a grievance with my insurance company.

This was easily my most horrible experience with any medical professional. Was forced to wait nearly an hour each time despite the parking lot being completely empty. I went for a specific test and when I came back for second visit to discuss the results, and the specific thing I needed wasn't tested for. I'm now getting a bill for a missed appointment that was a month before my original 1st appointment which was made a couple days before. I'm seriously considering submitting a grievance to my insurance company for all of this.

Husband and wife Steven Lincoln and Jeanette Banta have Healthfirst Health Insurance, since Jeanette is employed part time by Healthfirst. We selected Dr. Erich Arias - Healthy Living Clinic as our Primary Care Physician since he was accepting new patients and was listed in the Healthfirst Physicians guide as accepting this insurance. Between March 2018 and November 29 2018,a nine month period, both Jeanette and Steven had numerous problems with Dr. Arias and his Healthy Living Clinic. The problems include serious patient neglect, misfilled and unfilled prescriptions, patient abuse and harassment, failure to perform duties, false advertising and terrible quality of care. Over 20 problems arose during the nine month period from March through November 2018. Please see attached spreadsheet (Item A.) listing the individual failures of Dr. Arias and the Healthy Living Clinic in Rockledge, Florida. Many of these problems resulted in risking the health and safety of the patients, including ignoring a patient after being hospitalized for heart problems. The doctors advertising and web pages (Item B.) falsely state the high level of care and compassion that the doctor and the Healthy Living Clinic provides. We both found this to be entirely untrue. The doctor had an excuse for every error and issue. He blamed the pharmacy, the diagnostic labs, the hospital, the Healthplex facility, the phone system and the fax machine. I felt it necessary to notify the doctor of the many failures of his office as a courtesy to him. I even made an appointment and offered to pay for that appointment, so he could understand the problems and try to remedy some of the issues. The doctor arrived an hour late for the appointment and he would not even look at my list of numerous failures. He had excuses for everything and would only blame everyone else for his dangerous failures. After being frustrated that the doctor did not care about the problems, I stormed out of the office. He then had the nerve to send the police to my residence. March 2018 Jeanette goes to Cape Canaveral Hospital emergency room for Heart Issues, since Dr. Arias lists that he is associated with that hospital. 1 Hospital notifies the doctors' office. He never showed up or called to check on her condition. 2 After she was released from hospital she was told to follow up with doctor. She made appointment with doctor's office. 3 She was given an appointment for a holiday, she was later notified and they changed her appointment and delayed her examination by primary Care doctor. 4 She went to the appointment only to learn she was not on the appointment list and doctor was not available, so she wasted her time. She was not notified that the doctor cancelled. 5 Finally in September 2018 she was seen by an assistant or nurse practitioner, not the doctor. 6 As of November 28 2018, she still has never been seen by her primary care doctor after being hospitalized for heart problems. There have been over 20 other issues, too numerous to list here, with this doctor and the Healthy Living Clinic. Please be warned if you choose this doctor. Dr Arias is an amazing compassionate physician ! He has hired new staff and they all have huge hearts and compassion for their patients ! Anyone reading a negative post needs to stop by and experience the compassion in action ! As with any office there are things that need a little tweaking to make it optimum and expressing things to the staff and the physician in a professional manner is always welcome ! You'd get better and more answers off of Google/Web MD. My wife's "tummy ache" was actually pain caused by her inflamed appendix and gallbladder. He almost cost her a life.

Unfortunately never got to meet the Dr. He cancelled and rescheduled my son's appt 3x. The third time they called I told them I would find another Dr. Apparently he works in another state as well.

He's done well by me & my husband . Takes time to listen to us and responds. Maybe it is the patients attitude toward him & staff. I'm happy to have him for my family dr. Will continue to see him as I have for the past few yrs.

His front staff refuses to answer the phone. Despite over 5 attempts kver a week to get through and leaving voicemail, not one returned call. Had to drive to office to get a refill for sons asthma medicine and they lut i. The wrong refill. Wouldnt amswer phone to fix. So i drove to the place. Again. They were closed at 1pm on a Friday. So it's urgent care for us. Crazy to think that you get better care at urgent care or an ER than from your PCM. Staff absolutely do not care about the patients or followup. I will be lodging a complaint with Tricare to remove this office from the list. Perhaps i can save another military family from such unprofessional behavior. This doctor is such an ASS. He will talk over you, tell you are wrong and blatantly not listen to any of your complaints regarding your OWN body. Will not take the time to look at films that were just taken, will NOT look at any of your documentation and will treat you like a piece of trash for seeking help for your ailments. The front office is an absolute joke! Of course the doctor won't listen to you if you have a mild complaint about the front office giving wrong information, not collecting information or taking five days to return a call. Just brush it off and assume it's the patient who has been waiting for a call back's fault! There are other doctors who care and will take care of you. Bypass this one. This doctor is such an ASS. Dr. Aries has been my doctor for over a year and he has always listened but he also has a lot to say about my health so I have to listen he is a good doctor and some people need to learn patience. I've never left a review in my life but there are unkind words about him in a review and felt that that just wasn't right..

A doctor who does not listen to anything you have to say!! Will yell at you and continuously talk down to you because you are trying to get your side of what is happening to your OWN body. The front office is very unprofessional. A whole week to get back to someone regarding medication, no call backs when trying to reach someone. I've never met a doctor who made me feel so TERRIBLE for seeking help for my ailments. Go elsewhere.
