Wonderful Dr. Wonderful person she tells you like it is you know what to expect.

I am a cancer survivor. I was told by several oncologists to be screened for cancer recurrence every few years. New to the area, I booked an appointment with this doctor. It lasted less than three minutes and consisted of her telling me that if my cancer did not come back in the first few years, it wasn't coming back, and I need to stop seeing oncologists. She wrongly accused me of believing I have cancer when I do not, said I was wrong to have chosen her, and told me to seek better advice from friends and family in the future. She was rude and projected that she cared nothing for me, my health, or my reason for booking an appointment with her. This doctor is a hard pass if you're looking for professionalism, compassion, or common human decency. A worse-than-typical experience with doctors in the greater Cleveland area.

Dr. Esther Rehmus was my doctor for 6 years as I fought cancer. I'm not sure how anyone could give her less than 5 stars, but lete tell you about this amazing oncologist that I swear was with me through everything. I could talk to her and cry. She was very thorough in my care and it was the best care I could have ever asked for. I toldt husband the other day that there isn't an oncologist that could even stand next to her for there would be no comparison. My husband looked at me and said your right no on could stand next to her, she's to short and he laughed and then said I know she took excellent care of you. Now 4 years ago we moved back to Mobile, AL my home town. I must be honest every oncologist pales in comparison. I am meeting my 4th new oncologist next week and I can't even come close to finding my Dr. Rehmus here. It's hard to settle for so much less when you had the best. I am dealing with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer now so I have to feel confident in my oncologist for I am placing my.life in their hands. I can assure you though I won't find a Dr Rehmus here and that can be unsettling. Dr. Rehmus if you ever read this please know that I believe Jesus works through you to save us. Very caring and professional.

Dr Rehmus listens to your concerns & addresses any questions you have. We have complete faith & confidence in her decisions about our health & always request she be consulted when my hubby is in the hospital for any reason.

Dr Rehmus is a good oncologist, but has a reputation for belittling nurses. As a family member and Healthcare POA of a patient of hers, she was rude, condescending, and unwilling to communicate in regards to our ill family member’s condition.

I absolutely love Dr Rehmus. She was nothing but honest and professional. She saved my life. She was always there when I called always listened to my concerns.
