I visted Dr. Netzley and had a routine ultrasound done on my legs. I asked before the procedure was done if it was an inpatient procedure (knowing my insurance does not cover outpatient bills). I was told it was, which meant that it was covered by insurance. Two months later I get a bill that is for almost $1,000 dollars because it was billed as outpatient. The office told me that all bills are outpatient and there was nothing they could do about it.

I was by the staff that an ultrasound was an inpatient procedure which meant that it was covered by insurance. I received a bill that it was an outpatient procedure for almost $800. I was misguided in order to get the procedure. I asked the right questions to the staff who lied to me and now I have to pay a bill that I would have refused if they had given me a truthful answer. I would not recommend this doctor’s office due to lack of staff knowledge and not being transparent about procedures.

Excellent surgeon who takes the time to explain procedures, answers questions, makes sure patient is stable following surgery before he leaves the hospital, visits patient while hospitalized and treats patient like a member of his own family even though he just met the patient on an emergency basis.

Dr. Netzley did a quad bypass on me in 1995 and i have been doing very well every since. Many thanks to him and his team.

Dr. Netzley saved my life! After a botched surgery, he rushed to the outpatient surgery center to save me! He came to see me every day I was in the hospital. I saw him in his office once I was released, and he answered every question I had. He made sure his answers were in lameman's terms so I understood. He is extremely professional, but also goes above and beyond.
