Broken 2nd metatarsal. Unending confusion in trying to get an appt with Premier including when I arrived at the office. I completed online forms, but when arriving I needed to complete again. Then it was explained to me how that was my fault. They literally sent me an email with specific directions for seeing Dr Bash. Electronic sig and everything. Then evidently I wasn’t pleasant enough for their PA who didn’t seem to care I was in pain with a multi-colored swollen foot. Swiftly unwrapping it and letting it hang so it swelled even more. She told me she didn’t like my attitude when I didn’t give enough color about how the car hit me and at what angle. Then Bash came in and give me his prognosis before also telling me PAs are just trying to do their job. I may have been abrupt, but I certainly didn’t deserve his lecture. I gave him one back and left. It was like a Seinfeld episode. Clearly I was labeled as “difficult” as soon as I disagreed with the front desk about needing to complete the form. Dr. Bash was totally unresponding to the pain I am having with bone spurs in my heel. I am trying to deal with the pain and he suggested ice or surgery. I will never go back.

Dr bash was great. First off he had great music playing very mellow for a dentist. Let be real no one wants to go to the dentist. He was very kind and knew his stuff. He was priced right and came in on a Sunday to help me when I was in a lot of pain. I would recommend him to friends and family. Great job dr. bash.

Pretty good they made sure that I had the information that I needed

I sought out Dr Bash for a second opinion. I found him to be very forthcoming with what he thought would help me. He explained everything and answered all my questions.

Dr. Bash and all at the office could not be more attentive and kind.

I was in a lot of pain and Dr Bash was patient and kind. He has excellent follow up, and almost immediately returned phone calls over the next few days. I am following his recommendations and hope to have relief soon. Overall very impressed with doctor and practice overall. Excellent patient service.

I was so happy to immediately got an appointment for my knee problem. Dr Bash did a wonderful job, kept me comfortable and listened to my problems with no hurry. He explained how the needle goes in and where and what it will do for my knee. He did it so gently I hardly felt it go in. I haven’t been so happy in a long time to have a normal feeling knee. I had a good night sleep finally and managed a 2 hour walk this morning without pain Thank you Dr Bash for my new knee

Had foot surgery in July, went back to work in November where the same foot was reinjured. Never gave a second thought about who I wanted to treat me, or where I wanted to be treated!

Dr. Bash is always so kind, patient and understanding!

Dr. Bash patiently listened to my concerns and provided a course of action. The office staff was efficient. I highly recommend the practice.

Absolutely no complaints! Dr Bash and all of his staff were great with Children and understanding and calm and pleasant ! Also intelligent and capable and very helpful in explaining every aspect of an elbow fracture at growth plate to an 8 year old child and her grandmothers ! Thank you very much !

Dr. Bash is an unassuming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable physician. The care he shows for his patience is exemplified in every aspect of treatment, from surgical to office visits. His bedside manner exudes caring and empathy. I have his patient for almost 15 years and I would never go anywhere else but Premier Ortho and Dr Bash.

Caring, good listener, answers questions (portal makes that super easy), Gives you options and explains what he thinks is the best one for your situation. Two weeks after my bone spur surgery, I am pretty much pain free, walking and easing back into my busy life.

Dr. Bash is very professional. He took the time to explain to me what the procedure I was having entailed and what i could expect in the coming weeks of recovery. He is friendly enough, not overly so but pleasant enough to make me feel totally comfortable the day of my surgery. A very calming demeanor, comes across very competent. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands. I didn't need Dr.Bash to be my best friend, just to fix my ankle.

Rude, had no idea what was wrong, guessed maybe plantar fasciitis. Ordered rolling foot over a frozen water bottle. 2nd opinion Dr. ordered an MRI to R/O achilles tendonitis and told to stop the bottle rolling which was aggravating the foot.

I had a broken and dislocated arm after a falling. At saint Francis Hospital they recommended Premier Orthopedics and Dr Bash. It was a big dissapoint! From the start they did not care or respect at all your time. Every time I had to wait from 2:15 to 1:50 hours after my appoinment. Dr. bash was extremely vague and indiferent. This has been the worst experience with a doctor in my whole life.
