If I could give 0 stars I would. This office is completely incompetent. Started dealing with them in February. They have messed up paperwork for my work countless times, called in wrong medications and doses for those medications. Ordered tests that will not show anything because of the medications they put me on. Wrote me back to work notified my disability group of me being able to return, but never notified me. Then turned around 4 days later and wrote me out until July 6th. When the disability group called the office staff followed the note dated 4 days prior to the newly filled out information. Upon bringing this to their attention it was said, "the provider made a mistake" meanwhile my symptoms haven't resolved or even improved they also scheduled me for more tests and another procedure costing thousands of dollars. Then I got a call from my pcp saying they were told there was nothing wrong and I have just been lying to get out of work. With evidence of my symptoms, er visits, doctor visits, testing, procedures and all showing something is wrong but they dont know what it is. The physician assistant Andew contradicted paperwork several times until he refused to fill it out anymore because he couldn't follow simple directions on the paperwork or listen to the company telling them where he messed up. I am getting a 2nd opinion. The office manager even had the audacity to say "if I was truly having these issues I would have had testing done sooner" I cant have a procedure if I have no child care or if I already have other appointments scheduled that day for myself or my children. I have audio evidence of this comment and physical evidence of their contradiction between paperwork filled out only a few days apart and without having being seen between the different paperwork and no results from anything coming back in between. Personally I think they have a problem being shown where they are wrong or made a mistake and dont want questioned on their information If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to him for 4+ months, 3 of those months he false diagnosed me and had me on medication after medication that wasn’t working. Finally diagnosed with Ulcertive Colitis he put me on medication and pretty much told me I was on my own. Dr. Hakki, his office staff and his medical team for procedures are great. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Hakki at the office visits is very caring, has a great sense of humor, listens, is not arrogant, and explains in understandable terms what is going on. He has been in practice ~31 years. My Crohn's is in remission and I am given fantastic care by him, and Summit Health in Waynesboro, PA (Waynesboro Hospital). 501 East Main Street. Waynesboro, PA 17268. I was a first time patient with Dr. Hakki. I didn't meet him until the day of my endoscopy. They changed my appointment time twice. I arrive at 8:30 am and I waited until 10:30 am to finally have my procedure. The doctor was quick to rush me out after my procedure and said he would follow up with me. I never received a follow up call. He charged $4160.00 for the endoscopy and my insurance only payed a small portion.. just be aware. I was a first time patient with Dr. Hakki.
