Dr. Ternes spent time to go over the medical history and addressed all of the concerns. Extremely helpful and thorough in approach.

We hadn't been residents of Pennsylvania for long and had to find a primary physician. Dr. Ternes "popped up" as a physician that accepted our medical insurance. We are not disappointed. He makes us feel very comfortable, he doesn't rush us out, and he makes sure we understand what he is describing healthwise. I'd recommend him without any hesitation!

Went with my mother to her appointment to discuss her concerns with Dr. Ternes. He was an hour late by the time I left! Had to leave my mother alone there to get my cranky toddler fed. Couldn’t believe she had to wait so long to be seen for her appointment. Have no idea when she actually was seen after I left, disgusted, at the 1 hour mark. All over the office were signs encouraging patients to wish him a happy Doctor Day. Yeah. Right.
