Dr. Higginbotham was my Mother’s doctor until Mom passed at age 95. She is also my primary care doctor. She is an extremely knowledgeable internist, but what sets her apart for me is her approach to treating her patients. She has a partnership with her patients. She will diagnose a problem, explain treatment options and come to a decision with the patient and, if appropriate, the patient’s family or caregiver. She wants to know about a patient’s lifestyle and environment - not just a set of symptoms. She listens carefully and compassionately. She explains until she knows you understand. I could not recommend a doctor more highly.

Very thorough, best primary doctor ever. Staff is great. She listens, thinks, diagnoses,.. takes time with you.

She is smart and she listens. I have recommended her to friends and they have all had positive experiences with Dr. Higginbotham and with her staff.

Dr Lisa is awesome! More importantly, she is smart and thorough. She’s been my personal physician for more than 10 yrs. and I feel very fortunate to be in her care. I highly recommend her.
