Great staff, but doctor doesn’t take patient’s input about health matters. I prefer doctors that work with me and hear my concerns, not pass them off and treat me like dirt.

Dr. Kratz has been my primary care physician for over 10 years and has always treated me with compassion and understanding. I began seeing him when he was practicing at Herr’s Ridge Family Medicine (???????? to that place and the rude reception) and after two horrendous experiences w/ a specific doctor (I will be respectful enough of not to name him) I found out that Dr. Kratz was still practicing and immediately switched practices when I found out here he had relocated to. He is without a doubt the best doctor, and having Lupus has allowed me to meet several, I have ever had. The entire office is exceptionally clean, and the entire staff is so kind, nurturing, and helpful, and trust me, that makes more difference than you even know! Really good office visit. Professional staff who were very nice to me the 1st time i came there. I liked the office. There wasnt alot of parking tho.

I and my family members have been a patient of this doctor for many years as well. (20+) He has been through a lot with us through serious medical crisis, personally and professionally, He really cares about his patients.

Dr. Kratz has been my physican for many many years and he has seen me through many serious illnesses and personal family crises. I can't think of any other Doctor I would ever want to see for my general health. He's so compassionate and caring.
