Best Orthopedic doctor my son could ever have!!!!????

Dr. Valencia has excellent bedside manner. Very kind and knowledgeable. He spent plenty of time with us explaining options and seemed to really care. Highly recommend this place.

Dr. Valencia is absolutely AMAZING! Not only was he SO GREAT with my 7 year old son but he made our entire family feel at ease about my son breaking his femur and needing to have (2) surgeries. I took my daughter to another Orthopedic down the street. He told her there is nothing wrong with you. Power through the pain. She rolled her ankle and has had pain for over a year. I said no that's not right. I need a second opinion. I researched online based off his reviews I brought her to Dr. Valencia's office. He thoroughly examined her foot ankle area. After an Xray and MRI found there was a cyst in her foot!! Glad I got a second opinion!! Thanks Dr. Valencia!!! The best!!!! I took my daughter to another Orthopedic down the street. Best doc ever

Dr Valencia himself is a great doctor & is great with children. His admin staff is AWFUL! They call you a few days before your appt to tell you they need to reschedule you due to some reason. Then tell you the next appt is months away. When you do show up to the appt, expect to wait at least 2hrs there before seeing the Dr. Watch your referrals: the admin won't tell you your referral expired, even though they rescheduled the appt outside the referral auth dates. It's "not their job."

Well we waited for an hour past our appointment time in the waiting room, I had to talk to the reception staff so they knew (which they gave me a lot of attitude for), after which we sat in the tech room in the back for another 45 minutes before we saw the Doctor. This happens EVERYTIME we had an appointment they actually kept. We have had 3 appointments canceled without any notice or claims that they didn't make an appointment for us. Didn't notify us when our referral had expired.
