Glenn is an excellent surgeon. He is the best! He is equally a good man.

My son had a drain inserted in to an abscess. When we were discharged no care instructions. Nurse stated Dr. Ward had been paged but not response. We were concerned that dressing needed changing so after several calls finally found out what doctor did procedure. On call answering service connected me with doctor. All i wanted to know is what to do, how to take care of it and when would come out. Dr. Ward made me feel i was bothering him and very rude. I would not recommend Dr. Ward.

Very poor bedside manners, typical southern cowboy... Removed 10 incision staples to early not giving instructions to keep mobility at a minimum resulting in reopening the incision and a second surgery to clean and close it. Of course he expects insurance and myself to pay for his poor judgment. Avoid this surgeon if not an emergency, which was my situation.
