Plz update your hours of operation, also why no one answer the phone calls

I was well pleased at my first meeting with Dr. Mattia, He took the time to discuss my problems and treatments. He made me feel welcome as a friend as well as a patient.

I moved here from Dallas several years ago and wanted to find a Dr. that I could build a relationship with. A good office that was organized and responsive. I was referred to Dr. Demattia by a co-worker. I have been going there for approx 3 years and it has gotten worse and worse. You will NEVER see Dr. Demattia unless it's 4 or 5 months out and just when you see one PA they leave. I had an appt tomorrow for a refill for blood pressure. They tell me today I need a physical. Both of those things cannot be done at the same time because I have to have blood work. So, OK - I will go get bloodwork in the morning after my "physical" and then you can call in my prescription. OH, NO - that cannot be done. You have to come back for the results. I am so disappointed. I really like Dr. Demattia the one time I saw him however this is getting nuts. Who has the time to go back twice when you could do it in one visit? My husband and I will be leaving his practice as well as the co-worker who referred me. The worst experience I've ever had with a private practice! This so called doctor has no idea what CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS are! His statement to me: "your rights end where my private practice begins". Excuse me?!? You need to look up and fully understand the definition of constitutional rights! I have a medical issue that prevents me from wearing a mask. I was told I wouldn't be seen without one! Please beware. This practice needs to be investigated. Doctors & PA's only care about money and keep creating new policies that make you need to schedule more appointments. Even during the pandemic. They don't care about patient care now-only how much they can get you to pay. Their refill policy and self-pay rates are based on greed and harm the patients while lining the office's pockets. Patients with bad insurance/no insurance are really taken advantage of. The front office staff in both upstairs clinics are rude and force you to discuss protected information in front of other patients in the waiting area. Office wait times are long. They are terribly rude & impatient to the elderly and those with mental health issues/challenges. I cringe taking my mother here every month, but am glad she doesn't have to go alone. I hate to imagine what happens behind the closed doors to others because their treatment of patients in the waiting area is horrible. Go anywhere but here if you can.

One of the most gifted doctors I've ever met. His ability to listen and be patient is outstanding.

This doctor is rude and belittles his patients. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to him.

This doctor and her husband are the prescribing physicians at C.A.R.S methadone clinic. They are both some of the WORST people you could ever meet in your life. The husband is especially is rude and belittling all while making up rules on the fly. If you have the audacity to challange them, you'll be punished. They do NOT understand the medication they prescribe on bit and treat everyone like a bunch of junkies regardless of their reason for being there.

Been in Texas for a couple years and decided to look for a Doctor. Wanted someone with whom I could build a solid Doctor/Patient relationship with for my current and future medical needs. Read as many reviews as I could and decided that I was going to try Dr Demattia. Booked my appt in mid-June and earliest I could get in to see him was July 23. I planned my work and personal life around this week to be available for the appt. Showed up and found out I was booked in to see a Nurse Practitioner. Needless to say I was highly disappointed after waiting that long and not able to see the Doctor. I asked when the next appt was when I could see the Doctor and it was Sept 11. Decided that this first impression told me everything I needed to know about Dr Demattia and will be looking for another Doctor. On a positive note the facility where he is located is very nice and I will be looking to see what other Doctors are practicing there. awful. Dr Jason and staff are rude and unprofessional. I was a patient of Dr. Murillo for 15 years. Now that he has retired I have been putting up with his replacement, Dr. Jason Demattia. It's disgusting the way patients are treated by this practice. Feel like a criminal submitting a urine sample every 30 days to make sure I'm not selling my prescriptions. The cost of the office visit depends on how many prescriptions you are getting. This is just wrong. An office visit should be one flat fee. Looking for a new dr.

Enjoyed my experience with Dr. Demattia when I saw him but he is booked up to months ahead of time. Also, the other option I could see I think Holly which I didn’t enjoy my experience anymore.

Dr Jason and his wife are great and willing to help the best they can if you don't have insurance. However, the staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. On many occasions numerous things have happened to both me and my wife. The "ladies" at the front always seem to come up with some sort of bill that they say my wife owes when I know for a fact that we owe them nothing. Highly considering finding another doctor just because of their staff. Every time I leave I'm even more stressed than when I got there and I don't think a patient who has been there for over 3 years should be treated in such a way. He is so knowledgeable. Took my son to see him the day after Christmas. Tested positive for flu. Dr, was quick, thorough and was pleasant to speak with. They offered IV treatment for my son who was incredibly hydrated. All around great experience.

Although I love Dolly, I can no longer tolerate the rudeness and disrespect I’ve experienced from this staff. It is no longer worth the effort to travel from Magnolia. My Wife & I found this place a few years ago, and it has changed both our lives in the most amazing way. That is why my Wife & I still and will continue to come here, and have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. We both highly recommend Dr. Jason DeMattia's office & staff to everyone. Love this office and all the staff!!! They all r so great and do their jobs very well.

Dr. Jason is a very good doctor in all the extension of the word very knowledgeable in the treatment of everybody, and of course of the elderly .I thank God for him and willing to be there for us.

I appreciated his attention in addressing my health issue. He put me at ease. His office followed through on scheduling tests. I have recommended him to others.

Wonderful staff! I love coming to this Doctors office! My Dr. As well as her MA is Friendly, understanding, and very supportive of you as a patient! I definitely reccomend this office to anyone!

I was very pleased with this Dr. I really had a feeling that he cared about me and wanted to help. I had a feeling of finally finding a Dr. I had been with another Dr. for more than 20 years but never felt like I had a real Dr. Or like something was missing.
