Dr. Mark D. Le

Forget coming to this doctors office at all, his staff is extremely rude and always have been, when you call they immediately put you on hold without even saying anything to you at all. I tried to make an appointment to give this place one last chance but I was hung up on, and when I called back was given an extreme attitude. They are even worse when you go in to the office, none of them want to be there and you can tell, it is not a welcoming place at all.

Don’t come here because they treated patients like viruses when you told you just have like little cough and you have appointment they told go wait in the car. I don’t what is doctor for?!? And I been to different around tomball all of them are like that.

Staff is a joke! Forgetting there job and responsibilities they have for elderly patients. Dr. Lee said himself didn’t care if we had to change doctors instead of fixing the problems. Dr. Le is an excellent doctor. When our family retired from the city to country, we had to find a new doctor. Dr. Le and his staff have always gone out of their way to help us. No matter the situation, they give their all in service while showing respect, compassion and professionalism to us. Dr. Le has been our doctor for over 9 years and we have no complaints about his service or staff. Thank you Dr. Le & staff for always being so wonderful and kind to our family.

Have been going here for a very long time. He is all my family's doctor. Very caring and kind.

Front office staff rude and nasty. Told me to come in then said it would be a 90 minute wait. I cancelled and just went to the er instead. I will never go back

Dr. Le is not friendly. Very unprofessional. When i had come after almost 1 years since the last time i visited. When he saw me he asked what i need. I said i Just wanna a blood work to check my health. Then he told me that I was young, so i didn't need to check regularly. ( lol but he didn't see me almost 1 year). So that was the last time i came. I changed doctor. Recently, my sister came to check her health and she got the same situation, dr. Le still treated patient very rudely. He has a lot of staffs, but when my parent has problem in health insurance with them and asked them for help. His staffs ignored my parent. My family, 4 people, chose him because we thought he is vietnamese. We might understand what he say and work with him effectively than american doctor. But we were wrong. I'm writing this review for my husband as he doesn't have a Google account. Here is what my husband has said: Dr. Le was very unprofessional. This was the first time my husband had been there, and will be his last! Dr. Le questioned every single thing my husband had to say. He started off telling him and I quote "you are too fat, you loose weight". He then tried to argue the fact that my husband had an issue trying to find a doctor that accecpts both of his insurances. This is true, as it took us calling around for 2 days to find someone that accecpts both. The main reason we were trying to find a primary doctor was because my husband's sleep doctor said he needed one. Dr. Le just couldn't figure out why my husband even needed a primary doctor. He kept questioning my husband as to why he needs a primary. What kind of doctor questions why you need a primary?! He also stated that my husband doesn't need a new sleep study and his machine is just fine (I remind you, he has never seen my husband before or has ever read his card from his CPAP). Mind you, his study was done years ago and in alaska. He has never been seen since getting his CPAP years ago!! The new sleep doctor he saw was shocked, and said he needs a new study right away, as it was never even done right the first time!! These are all the reasons why we ended up at Dr. Le's office. My husband has had extreme leg and hand pain for the last few months. Well, Dr. Le says that it is his arches in his feet, and that he needs to see a pediatrist. Last time I checked they only deal with feet!! My husband has high blood pressure, and has been on the same medicine for years but Dr. Le thought he needed a new kind (even though he didn't know if what he currently takes was working, as he was out at the time). He also questioned why our son wasn't in school and said I should turn you in. Seriously?! He knows nothing about our family or our son!! Our son happened to be sick and had a doctors appointment after we finished with Dr. Le. Last but not least, he also made a rude statement as to why are our children born 8 years apart. He told my husband that was too far apart. Who is he to tell is when we should have our children?! Even our 8 year old son couldnt believe how he treated my husband. He just kept saying that doctor was so mean to dad!! I would highly recommend another doctor, especially if you are looking for one that actually listenes to his patients and really cares!! It is a joke to even make attempt to schedule an appointment...They finally answer the phone say hold please and then hang up.

Dr Le is an excellent Doctor, very friendly and shows a very special interest in his patients. He is my primary physician & I highly recommend him!

Best Dr ever! Very thorough, accurate diagnosis, excellent bedside manner. Very personable, listens and takes time with you. Always works us in even though his office is busy. Highly recommended!!!!
