Shaikh Ali

Dr. Ali has done an amazing job getting my lifestyle under control. He is very concerned about me losing weight and helping me keep my Lupus pain at bay. You are an incredible doctor and knowing a lot about Lupus SLE educated me as well. I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for Dr. Ali. He always makes sure I get what I need to make me comfortable in my situation, I thank Dr.Ali and his staff for all they do for me. I don't want to change doctors and will recommend family and friends to the best Rheumatologist in the Northwest area of Houston.

Dr Ali has been heaven sent since 2007. He is wonderful. Always listens, we plan things together. I would not be as good as I am without him. He has my 100% trust. He treats my RA, OA, Osteoporosis. Kelly is a doll; gets my vein for infusion first try and not much more than a prick. The group also stays on top of my scheduled bone density, Prolia injections not to mention reminders for Flu Shot and other vaccinations.

Dr. Ali saw me for a total of 10 minutes over the course of 2 separate appointments. I was seeking an initial diagnosis for my widespread pain and general fatigue. After running $300 of unhelpful and generalized diagnostic tests, he concluded that I needed sleeping pills and maybe had a “touch” of fibromyalgia. Being totally unsatisfied with his lack of concern, lack of ability to ask questions, and total disregard for my complaints, I saw a rheumatologist in the med center who has since diagnosed me with psoriatic spondylitis. This, after one appointment, bloodwork, MRI and X-rays. I feel so much better cared for with my new doctor and am glad I wasn’t satisfied with Dr. Ali’s diagnosis. My condition is serious and degenerative. It requires medical treatment and the sooner I start, the better. Don’t waste your time with Dr. Ali. Extra special. Keeps my RA controlled. Now treating my daughter for beginning of same. Explains all, ready to listen. Patient, caring and always available for sit down to chat. Provided me with perfect choice with regards to medical insurance. Best of the best and my hero.

The phones are always busy. It says they’re out at lunch from 12-1 pm and they don’t answer until past 2 pm.

Always professional. Often suggests non prescription foods and supplements. Been seeing Doc for about a decade and always provides me with all the time I need to explain things. Office staff is always happy and helpful. I do not know what I would do without Doc who treats my RA, OA, Osteoporosis and keeps all in a check.

Have been with Dr. Ali since first diagnosed, many years ago. He is always attentive and listens to everything I have to say. Clearly explains blood draw results. His staff is cheerful and dedicated. Without Dr. Ali, I would probably be handicapped. Right now on Metho and monthly infusion of Orencia keep joint pain down and easier movement. Dr. Ali is my HERO.

He has been my Doctor over ten years for Wegners and Arthritis. He is very soft spoken and direct and we get along great. I trust his judgement and he has taken good care of me. Would never want to change Doctors! At one time staff was not at all responsive on occasion, but that was a long time ago. The last year or two, I have noticed a tremendous improvement and his present staff is excellent.

The very best! Kept me working many years and now mostly comfortable in my retirement. Staff is always kind and caring. Have referred my daughter who has just been diagnosed with RA and Doc starting her on early drugs. I do not know what I would do without Dr Ali. He has been and is still my Guardian Angel handling my disease and treatment.

Dr Ali has been great, very helpful and listens well! I was have problems with some medicine working and he found a great solution. He checks and rechecks all my problems and finds great answers.

This doctor saved my bacon. I have a very painful medical condition and he did everything possible to alleviate it... and it worked. He knows what he is doing and I recommend him to everyone who needs a rheumatologist. In fact, were it not for this guy, I probably wouldn't have much faith left in the medical profession. A real doctor in the best sense of the word. I can't praise him enough.

Dr. Ali does not care about the well-being of his patients. People go to specialists to feel better, not worse. He is not compassionate. I will never go back. I had more family medical history to share at my follow-up, 2nd, appointment and he would not even listen to me. He spent 3 minutes with me, was rude, gave results, said he couldn't do anything to help because I don't have RA or lupus. I have osteoarthritis ...which his website says he treats. If I could give ZERO stars I would. His phlebotomist was terrible. Empty blood vials were disorganized and falling from overhead cabinets and off the counter. She dug into my hand, felt like she hit my bone, which hurts a full week later. Dr. Ali does not care about the well-being of his patients. People go to specialists to feel better, not worse. I only saw Dr. Ali once for Lupus symptoms. I thought he had a great practice, but I live in Houston. The distance, plus cost of lab testing he ordered kept me from making a return visit. The drug he prescribed for my condition was something many others could tolerate, but the side effects were too extreme for me. I was not willing to live with the side effects. That was no fault of Dr. Ali. He was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and I wish I lived closer or had more money!

Dr. Ali is awesome doctor I have been going to him for 16 yrs now, and his has a friendly staff that works for him. He was able to find the right meds that worked for me and never gave up on me ... So if you are looking for a great doctor to give the relief your body needs without having to take meds all the time, he is your DOCTOR!!!!!

Best Doctor in Tomball, Dr Ali and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. And will take the time to talk with you and find out what you are feeling and help resolve you problems... I have been going there for years and would recommend him to anyone ??

Excellent doctor. I had tried 3 different med from my internist for RA with no rrsukts. Dr. Ali prescription med that worked immediately. I have been seeing him for 7 years.

Dr. Ali is awesome! His nurses are HORRIBLE!!!! They NEVER respond to pharmacy requests for refills on time and will actually make you go through the weekend WITHOUT meds often even after you've called them to confirm receipt from the pharmacy. My heart and pain level are dependent upon my meds and his nurses would rather skip out the door for the weekend than be concerned about keeping me alive.

I will never go back to that dr for my RA he doesn't care about his patients he only went in and out like it there isnt anybody else able to get the next patient. the tratment that he gave me didn't work instead of making me feel better emotionally he made me feel worse and told me if i wanted to know what to eat too look it up on Google! I have been going to Dr. Ali for over a year now. I can now walk around the block and pash the vacuum- things I could not do before I started seeing him. I was referred to him by a co-worker who now can do jazzercise. I would not go anyway else beside Dr. Ali. for my RA
