Excellent Doctor and Staff

The Best! Doctor and Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’ve seen Dr Pham numerous times in the past. I’m scheduling an appt. today to see him. I’ve read a few bad reviews and shake my head at them. I’m in my 60s and been to his practice since I was in my late 40s. Some people want miracles and can not be satisfied from treatment that is normal technology. I have family and friends who complain about everything no matter how well they have been treated. Dr Pham is an excellent Ophthalmologist and can not make some folks happy no matter what. I read one persons review from Galveston Texas and had to laugh. This person drove 80 miles to his office and I ask why? His major complaint was his co pay of $40 and I’m supposed to figure the Drs the bad guy. Come on people if you have eye problems no Dr can make it 20/20 vision. Even with lens correction you will never be 20/20.

Dr. Pham has great bedside manner and is great at what he does.

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Pham. I did not get the lenses I wanted. Dr. Pham works extremely fast and as a result I did not get the RX I wanted for reading music at a specific distance. I have found another doctor.

My 71 yr old mother in law had an appt with this so-called eye doctor. We drove 80 miles from Galveston to Tomball and once we arrived they informed us that there was a $40.00 copay which we didn't have at the time but would have the money when the frames were ready but the doctor was unwilling to work with us over $40.00 knowing we would pay it in order to get the frames. The doctor refused to help her over $40.00 knowing medicare was paying him a small fortune. Pitiful excuse for a doctor and i Strongly suggest finding someone else to take care of your eyes. Dr.Pham is a very thorough and very polite eye doctor. I have been seeing him for several years and he and his staff have always been very friendly and polite.

Please stay clear of this doctor. His unprofessional mannerism proves that he is not a proficient doctor. On Feb 23, 2018, my mom who is 78 years old woman was sedated to have her cataract removed. Dr. Pham told the surgery staff that his hands were cold or the room was cold and he can not perform the surgery. I can understand that. However, what I can not understand is that he left the surgery room without communicating with the family. He never returned my call to explain what happened.

Dr. Pham diagnosed my vision problem very quickly. I very much appreciate his knowledge and experience and look forward to seeing him again. I am thankful that my family care doctor, Dr. Irfan, chose him for me to see about my eyesight. Mary Ruth Koonce
