Was referred here for treatment of my back pain with reduculopathy. Never was I given a choice of treatments. Refused to give me pain medication while waiting for the ONLY thing they would do....spinal epidural injections. Then said that it may or may not help and I most likely would need a 2nd one. My biggest problem with is 1. The cost. I have to pay 100% out of pocket. They didnt seem to care. 2. Refusal to order any kind of pain medication while waiting. Told me to take ibuprofen. I told them it doesnt help, again they didnt care! I have been taking 800mg 2 sometimes 3 times a day and it doesnt help. I told them this and again they either think I am a liar or drug seeker! I'm DONE killing my liver just to ease some doctors mind that he will not recieve a sanction. If that's what they think, they need to re visit the FDA rules. I AM a medical professional (nurse) for over 20 years. And as I am also a patient with chronic pain, I follow these ruling and read medical journals and publications regarding the treatment of pain. Horrible. Hendrickson & Hunt refuses to treat patients anymore with pain meds. First off, as pain management doctors one would think prescribing pain meds would be standard and required medicine for chronic pain patients but not the case with Hendrickson & Hunt, dropping their patients and refusing to treat them and saying good luck trying to find another doctor and good luck with your untreated pain in the meantime, treat you like you're cattle, very heartless & refuse to provide referrals.

I just saw Dr. Hendrickson for the first time and he was wonderful. He took the time to listen to me and talked to me like a human being. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. His nurse, Allison, is fantastic as is the rest of the staff.

This office is a joke. Totally unprofessional. I was originally told the only thing that would help my pain was pain meds. Then after 5 years they said they are no longer prescribing them and scheduled a bogus surgery on my spine. Of course it did no good (which Hendrickson originally said, before changing their story) They made big $$ on it by ripping off my insurance company. Needless to say I have since fired them!

Initially you see the doctor but after that it is just assistants. I had multiple surgeries since I first saw them. The last one they took over the pain management but under prescribed what the surgeon recommended. This led to a 5 day pain medication shortage. I tried to get in touch with the doctor to speak with him. Explain the situation. However the receptionists/assistants would not allow it. I explained I would be in intense pain for the next five days. Her response was "Oh well."

Worst experience ever the actual dr is great if you ever see him but good luck staff is a joke PA is a joke and don't EVER expect any communication or a call back from the staff!!!!!
