Dr. Khouri is wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and professional. My family and I have been going to his office for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I don’t care what others say. I been seeing Dr Khouri for the last 11 or 12 years and never ever had any problem with him or his staff. They are great people and Dr. Khouri himself has alway been very caring, concern and ready to help in any way he can.

Kind and caring doctor, and his staff is amazing. Wouldn’t want any other primary care physician. He is thorough and they always take the extra time to talk through any concerns.

Dr Khouri and his staff have always been kind and professional. The team is very knowledgeable and helped me and my family members with some complex cases. I have received wise counsel and great treatment so I highly recommend this office.

Neither doctor or staff care at all about the well being of there patients. The nurse practitioner will interrupt you while you talk about your symptoms and start acting dissmissive and saying your fine before you even finish telling them what's wrong. They will try there hardest to never let you see the doctor and only talk to a nurse despite how terrible she is. On top of everything the whole staff talks down to you. Top quality care with clinicians that are passionate about providing the best care to their patient's. Staff is professional and efficent. Couldn't have asked for a better practice I don't think people understand the lack of care that exists in many offices. Dr. Khouri is passionate, listens and genuinely cares. Once again the staff is very helpful and caring makes you a priority and that makes a huge impact on any office you are not just a medical record number.

Their practice dropped me without any notification. As I was going through the process of switching insurances I found out I was no longer a patient of Dr Khouri even though I was seeing by him and a nurse practitioner within the last two years. Find another practice that will at least notify you if they drop you! That's was just the final drop to leave this review. Besides that, the office environment is highly similar to Medi-Cal/Medicaid offices where you just a check-mark on their list.

I fired my primary care phsician yesterday. I called khouri"s office in the morning, and told them I had run out of pain meds and I couldn't last until my doctors appointment at 3:30. ( A flash fire burned my right hand and arm with extensive second-degree burns, and also my face forehead and ear on my left side) The front office agreed to call in a prescription to the pharmacy that morning. hour after hour after hour no such prescription was ever called in. I left two phone messages to his office which went unreturned and still no prescription. Finally I called and they picked up the phone and explained to me that doctor khouri did not want to issue a prescription without more info. I then asked if they felt it wasnt important to let me know that? I was in significant pain and anxiety. If they simply said no to it I would've gone with the emergency room for pain meds. At that point I would do almost anything for my growing pain. She started to explain how busy she was and i hung up to drive over there to see the doctor. They immediately put me in a side room, and khouri came in. Dr. Cory asked what happened? And I asked him with regards to the accident, or my difficulties getting a refill? Surprisingly enough he was asking about The refill issue. So I explained about the accident three days before, anyways. And added that my pain medications had run out this morning. And then I asked him if he was aware that I couldn't make it without pain meds to my appointment at 3:30. He said he had been told. I told him I understood about his decision not to refill a prescription without seeing me first, but to choose not to tell me or answer my phone calls was highly disrespectful and unethical.and I decided he wasn't the kind of primary care physician I wanted, and left his office and went to the emergency room for my pain meds. He is uncaring and unethical. He caused me to endure very significant pain for most of the day because he did not want to go out of his way to help. -Henry I fired my primary care phsician yesterday. Both the doctor and the staff are the best I have found. Staff is courteous and always follows through with what they say they will do. Dr. Khouri listens and takes whatever time and actions are necessary for the patient's best interest.

Unfortunately, I have to see lots of doctors. Fortunately for me, my primary care physician is Dr. Khouri. I never feel rushed with him and he takes whatever time is necessary to explain my options. Prescriptions, referrals and explanations are always offered as needed. I think he and his office staff are great! There is never a long wait for appointments either in getting one or in getting in once I am there.

Best doctor ever. Always on time and ready to work. Takes as much time as necessary. Explains everything so I can understand it. Explains options instead of just one way of dealing with the issue. When I leave, I know where I have been, where I am at and where I am going. Follow up is great. It is also important to understand how great the office staff is. Instead of feeling like a barrier to seeing the doctor, it is more a link. The office staff listens and understands.

Sami Khouri and his staff are amazing health care providers. My husband and I have gone through open heart surgery and cancer and were given the most valuable care we could have gotten. Thank you all!

After being referred to this office by my physcian. I had heard such great things about Dr. Khouri. At a time when I really needed medical help I was extremely dissappointed by his office staff. I was told he is no longer taking new patients and was left with no where to turn. His receptionist was short and kurt in her responses. When asking if she had any recommendations of who I should see or what to do she said she didn't have any and her tone was that of "sorry to bad" end of discussion. After that experience I don't care how great the doctor is his staff is a reflection of his practice and I am not interested in dealing with his staff when I need to make appointments or deal with insurance issues.
