After many test and medications done by my primary care Dr. for a rash on my back for the past 8 months, I made an appointment at Dermatologist that turned out to be with a " nurse", he gave me steroids and antihistamine, had he listened to me he would have known those were the firsts meds administered in trying to cure the rash. I had an odd rash but couldn't see the doctor for three months. I had another appt. for a skin check several months later. She could have easily done the skin check at the first appt. She kept recommending costly procedures (tracking my sleep) that was not anything to do with my problem. She was not personable at all. For the skin check, I waited 30 minutes in the lobby, and a full hour on the table. Once, her assistant came to the door to ask if I had ever had any pre-cancerous spots removed. I told her about several. When the doctor finally came in, she didn't apologize for the wait at all, never smiled, didn't ask about the precancerous spots, one of which was on my head. OK with the doctor however I'm looking for a new doctor because of the office staff. They never answer their phone so you have to keep calling in order to make an appointment If they care that little about their patients that they feel they don't need to call back then I feel my time is just as important and I will find a doctor that feels the same way. It's ridiculous that you have to call four or five times in order to set up an appointment.

They charged a lot of money for no reason. A lot of insurance is not covered

Dr, Hoang is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I have been to in years. She takes all the time needed for each patient and asks incisive, relevant questions to get to the root cause of any skin problem. She is also honest about costs before any procedure or test is done. I highly recommend zDr. Hoang

I had a horrible experience with this office staff in Mansfield. It took 2 weeks to get my appointment scheduled because I had to talked to 2 different people. One side for cosmetic and one for medical. The phone always went to voicemail or stayed on hold. When I finally got my appointments scheduled on the same day back to back it was 3 months out. We see PA Tiffany by choice. I have nothing bad to say about the providers, nurses, or most of the front desk staff. However, I have had 2 phone calls with April in the Mansfield office at the front desk and she makes it a point to argue or be contrary. In this day and age, not only is Exceptional Customer Service a must, but creating an Exceptional Patient Experience is even more important in order to create Lifetime customer relationships. This is an area of Opportunity for April-1 Star!

I've been a patient for 6 years. I appreciate the caring doctors and staff. I highly recommend them to everyone I know !
