Friendly and experienced staff working together with a team approach. What a great doctor who performed my surgery!!! His precision allowed me a smooth and quick recovery.

Dr. Sheppard was very professional and had a wonderful bedside manner. My son really has a phobia with Dentists and he even said that he was not nervous to go back to Dr. Sheppard. Also, the office team was very friendly and everyone had a smile. I would recommend Dr. Sheppard to anyone that needs dental care.

I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Sheppard! The treatment coordinator was great and explained everything to me. My son had his wisdom teeth removed with Dr Sheppard and I was very pleased with our experience. My son ended up being allergic to the antibiotic that was prescribed. When I called them to tell them and ask some questions, they were so very kind. Answered all my questions and called us several times to check on him. Almost a whole month later, he developed an infection on the right side that most likely developed from a small piece of food that got into the original site. When his face started to swell and I had to call them, they were very quick to respond and get us in the office. Dr. Sheppard immediately saw the prob, showed it to me on the X-Ray, and explained to both of us what he was going to do. He’s very confident, kind, and just put me at ease from day one. He’s never in a rush, never made me feel like he didn’t have time for questions. He is a GREAT Doctor and has hired himself a fantastic staff. All of his nurses and front office ladies were kind and respectful. I will be bringing my other kids to him as well when it comes time.

Im so grateful to have been recommended to this office, there had been a past experience somewhere else that had me on the edge about ever having another extraction done, but life happens and sometimes another extraction is needed, so here I was… but the experience I had here today was completely different than in the past, as someone who has extremely high anxiety, they did not disappoint, the staff were very friendly / helpful, Dr. Sheppard was nothing short of amazing and all of them together made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Sheppard communicated with me during the extraction letting me know what was about to happen, and making sure I comfortable which is something i really appreciated. Hopefully I don’t find myself in the position to need another extraction lol but if I do, they will be my first and only choice from here on out

Very professional and he is genuinely caring regarding my appointment and surgery. If I have to have another oral surgery I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Sheppard. Dr. Sheppard took care of me so well, I recommended my wife to his office. Staff was also very nice and attentive.

Dr. Sheppard & his staff are such a joy to see & visit for my appointments. They are all very friendly, competent, & professional & provide a smooth uncomplicated atmosphere. The waits are quick & efficient & you are in & out before you know it. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Dr Shepherd from my dentist to extract a tooth. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr Shepherd was very nice and asked a lot of questions regarding precautions that will need to be put in place for my procedure. After receiving information back from my oncologist and cardiologist, Dr Shepherd will contact me regarding the next steps to take. I had a great experience and look forward to a long relationship with this dental center.

I was pleasantly surprised by how low the pain was. The procedure and extraction and the implant was under 45 minutes. Staff was very caring and monitored me closely. I will go to Dr. Sheppard in the future for all my oral surgery needs, without question.

The technicians as well as the oral surgeon were all knowledgeable and kind. You can tell they do this all day every day since they have the answers for everything medical related. The front office staff was pretty kind as well. They gave me plenty of info for scheduling my visit back which I appreciated. December 2023 update: I've now had my wisdom teeth extraction (all 4) and while the procedure went well I did have some frustration with the staff due to explicitly stating which pharmacy I needed my medication to go to, and they had to correct it after the surgery occured which meant it took time for me to get pain medication. Outside of this staff was great and I am happy to have done my procedure with this office. Just wish I got to see my extracted teeth!

I highly recommend the Center For Oral & Dental Implant Surgery. Dr Sheppard and his medical staff have made every visit pleasant and pain free. Also a big thumbs up to his front office staff. They are extremely helpful and efficient. Overall, his practice is a well oiled machine!

My teen had 4 wisdom teeth removed a little over a week ago. Everything was great up until we needed after care. I called concerning issues and pain about 5 days post surgery. His swelling didn't quite look right and his pain was still very high. He could barely open his mouth. We received a call back too late in the day to be seen and they couldn't find a time for him the following day. We were also denied pain management. We knew the amount of pain and swelling he was experiencing was not right but they just kept saying it was normal. We ended up in the ER the following evening with a golf ball size lump in his cheek. It was hard as a rock. His mouth was infected. Thankfully the ER doctor was able to give us proper help. After spending almost 4000$ for an extraction we expected better care. If they could have just let us stop by for 5 minutes they could have seen what we saw and helped us give him the appropriate treatment needed. He spent an entire week out of school, extra costs for an ER visit, and he's not exactly a fan of the dentist anymore. Hey guys! I had to write a review regarding my experience at Dr. Sheppard office! SIMPLY AMAZING! He has the best staff EVER! A few years back I had several teeth removed on the same day. Not only was the experience painful and rough but I had extensive bleeding for two days afterwards. I had to go back in for stitches. After everything had healed(took months) I went in for an implant Consult and I was told that the oral surgeon had removed so much bone and done a poor job, that I would have to have bone grafting done before I could get implants. I also now have TMJ on the side where the bone was removed and most of the teeth, I didn’t have TMJ before seeing this oral surgeon. This has completely ruined my future hopes of getting the implants I wanted on the top. They seemed very uncaring and doctor and staff are not very personable at all. Someone I knew was given a referral to Dr. Shepherd recently and I told them to look elsewhere. I would definitely get a second opinion before coming here. I was very pleased with the staff and support from Dr Shephard’s office. My recent surgical experience was better than expected. It was Fast and He completed the job well done! Ashley answered all my questions and was educated about the experience which comforted me. They deserve 5 stars????

I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. They make you feel really comfortable and the process is really fast. Swelling only lasted about 3-4 days and I was eating regular food within 2 weeks. Really recommend Dr. Michael Sheppard

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Rachel was my dental assistant and she made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Sheppard did a fantastic job! He extracted both teeth in just minutes and I didn’t feel a thing.
