I met with Dr. EdelsteIn two times before deciding he’d be my choice for my eye enucleation. I had met with other surgeons in an effort to decide which procedure was right for me. On my second visit Dr. EdelsteIn explained a different idea that other surgeons hadn’t offered. It sounded like just what I needed. My husband and I believed this procedure was the best. Dr. EdelsteIn used Dignity Arizona Specialty Hospital for his surgeries. They are adjacent to his office in Chandler, AZ. My surgery was scheduled within 2 weeks. The surgery went smooth, and the staff at Dignity was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. EdelsteIn.

This hack deformed my face 13 years ago and every time I look in the mirror which I hate doing now . I think of that short stubby fingered greedy lying piece of fecal matter . Do not step a foot in that door go any where else . He is a bad man and doctor

This man is the worst plastic surgeon on the face of the earth!! He’s so unprofessional he’s all talk with no results, he performed surgery on my mom‘s under and upper eyelids, her main concern was her under eyes that look puffy, she went through the whole surgery the whole recovery, she saved money and this is something she has been wanting to do since she was in her 40s and she finally decided to do this for herself!! By six weeks we noticed shes looking exactly the same as she did before surgery (!) so disappointed we made an appointment to talk to him about it . We were certain that he would be unsatisfied himself and he would want to fix it too because this is his reputation and his name and something is very wrong, as it doesn’t make sense no matter what for someone to do plastic aesthetic surgery and look the same right?! So instead he acted as if he doesn’t understand what we’re talking about he said my mom didn’t communicate properly and it’s our fault My mother felt humiliated and so disrespected and just a note to Dr. Edelstain when you are the surgeon it’s your job to understand what your client wants and I’m pretty sure that when anybody comes in for plastic surgery their goal is not to come out looking the same. He is such a disappointment and my mother that finally decided to do something nice for herself is absolutely crushed that now he wants to charge her money to fix his horrible mistake How can we trust him again?? Dr Jeffrey Edelstein preformed cosmetic surgery on me for upper and lower eyelids after him seeing me and consulting with me about the surgery at least three times . The results were very bad nothing changed after the surgery the before and after results were the exact same , none of my family or friends saw any difference in my look , when I told him and he agreed that their was no change in the results , he wanted more money for an additional corrective surgery, he refused to own his bad work , a very very bad doctor . His staff is very nice but Dr Edelstein is very unprofessional he is just about the money I paid him 7000$ and wanted more to correct his bad work .

Very unprofessional. Really really poor services from the doctor. Front staff was great though.

Went in for a consultation and ended up with a $200+ bill in the mail a few months later. A big chunk of that was from him taking 2 or 3 pictures of my eyes on his digital camera, which took seconds. Another big charge for a 'visual eye test', which was him waving a stick around in front of a black sheet inside a closet, and stopping when he wanted me to say I couldn't see. Sketchy much? I have had two cosmetic eyelifts performed by Dr. Edelstein; the first one 16 years ago and the second one just recently. Both times the results were totally consistent with the established goal, and I could not be more satisfied. Additionally, he still employs the same office staff ( Brandi) from 16 years ago. Needless to say that is a rare find these days, as it also reflects very favorably on any business. This guy may be ok for glasses but when it comes to anything else do yourself a huge favor and don't walk in the door . Edelstein deformed me for life . He is a prevaricating overly self injected with botox scum bag with short little stubby fingers and no talent. An absolute piece of fecal matter

Dr. Edelstein is one of the best doctors I have ever been to!!

Very competent and successful surgery on my eye. Did a reconstruction of the eye socket for an artificial eye. The results were excellent, had good recovery, the eye socket healed properly without problems. The new artificial eye fits comfortably with good appearance.

Amazing doctor. Two of my sons see him and he is absolutely an expert, can deal with unusual things, performs surgeries really well, is patient and explains things well without being condescending. He is super down to earth while also being an excellent professional. He is very prompt. Also, his office staff are great, super friendly and competent, never had any issues with scheduling or billing at all. I have been routinely seeing Dr. Jeffery Edelstein since my brain tumor surgery in 2017. I can recommend him and his staff with full confidence! He has performed several reconstructive surgeries on me and continues to help me with botox injections to minimize the effects of the resulting facial paralysis. I also recommend his office staff. Terrible doctor. Will perform things like photos and tests extremely rushed and of low quality during your consultation and charge you hundreds of dollars afterwards. Poor explanation of his diagnoses and treatment plan. Super rushed appointment. Go somewhere else please.

This doctor was literally an answered prayer. My husband was in a great deal of pain and needed an enucleation, his doctor wanted him to wait over a month. I called this doctor he saw him one day and performed surgery the next. We already had all the medical records and clearances he needed, and he got it done. I I just want to share that we are very grateful to this man, he acknowledged my husband’s pain, he understood the urgency, he had compassion. That is what a good doctor does. Thoughtful conservative treatment. Friendly staff. Everyone is very helpful. Patients feel they are old friends. Dr. Edelstein explains everything in detail and makes sure the patient understands.
