Dr. Harter is the best Dr. I've ever been to. She is very thorough and answers all your questions and concerns. Never has she made me feel rushed and she really cares for her patients. She's the only Dr. that has ever called me at home to follow up on my well being. She has been my Dr. for the last 8+ years and hope to have her as my Dr. for the rest of my life.
