I am confused on the negative reviews Dr. J received. She has been wonderful. I have been seeing her for 10 yrs. with my kids. She always accommodates us even in a busy winter season. I guess not all personalities match up, but I love that Dr. Jackson is straight to the point and explains everything in detail and explains her reasoning for any treatments she decides on for my children. I love that I have full access to her schedule through the patient portal and can schedule sick visits 24/7.

We saw Dr. Jackson today for the first time. We were very impressed on how thorough she is. She spoke to my child directly and explained treatment for him to understand.

Dr. Jackson has very poor listening skills. She does not values the parents input and tells them to not speak. A parent is with their child dailey where Dr. Jackson sees them briefly when they are ill. She needs to learn to value the patients caregiver and listen to them. I would never recommend Dr. Jackson.

We have been going to Gwinnett Pediatrics for the past two years and had Dr. Jackson at our last checkup. From the initial hello she started lecturing me on how things should be done and what I shouldn't do, never asking if I did any of those things. I was very uncomfortable and felt like she was very condescending and rude the entire appt. I will not be taking my son back to her ever again

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The front desk doesn't know what they are doing and can't look up insurance information for patients who accidentally forget their card. Dr. Jackson is UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL to parents. She treats people like they are beneath her.
