Dr. Davis really did a great job with my issue. Like anything like this, I wish I hadn't needed surgery, but they took very good care of me. I would recommend him and New South anytime!

I don't know...Never been to a Dr office that didn't check ur temp or bp...In my review and opinion this should be ashamed...I have been sick for over 6 months...He was my 4th opinion...3 agreed I had serious disc problems... He lied for the insurance company. ON A REGULAR BASIS, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND DR DAVIS TO AN OWNER' DOG.. U take a medical oath...Don't sell it out for a dollar!!!In my opinion Be aware and cautious with Dr Davis...

I am very pleased with care and professionalism provided by Dr. Davis and the entire staff at NS! I would highly recommend NewSouth Neurospine to anyone who is in need of spine care, etc.

Dr. Davis is professional, compassionate, and very knowledgeable in his craft. Above all, he shows good christian values. The moment Dr. Davis acknowledged God then I knew I could entrust him with my care.

Very pleased with the attention and care I’ve received from Newsouth Neurospine. Staff is always professional and proficient. Appointment time is always correct with very little wait time. Dr. Davis has solved my problems with neck and back. This is definitely the right place to go. I highly recommend it. Thank you Newsouth!

He is one of the greatest -if not THE greatest- surgeon ever! He was willing to listen (without judgement) and addressed what was bothering me. He gave excellent advice and incredible service. This is one heck of a doctor!

I went to see Dr. Davis for a herniated disk. I had a history of 3 previous back surgeries. He recommend a spinal injection..... I said fine although I had my doubts of this being successful. After the 1st one, no relief. Dr. Davis suggested a 2nd one.... Complete success !!! Some MD's would have had me on the table cutting for the 4th time. Not Dr. Davis..... A great surgeon and a great man !!!!

Had a ruptured disc and Baptist hospital sent me and said there was no reason why I could not walk. Thanks to Dr. Davis he found the problem and did emergency surgery. He is a great doctor

Totally Please with Dr. Davis (Microdiscectomy L4 L5 back surgery)! He's very optimistic and will tell you the pros and cons of prescribed treatment.

Dr. Davis performed an "anterior discectomy and fusion" on my neck. Prior to the procedure, I had terrible pain and some loss of muscle functions. I awoke the the recovery room, feeling great! No adverse affects. I would recommend Dr. Davis to anyone. I understand he was at the top of his class at Johns Hopkins Medical School. We are lucky to have him, here in Mississippi.

These claims are completely false. We would be notified if any such investigations were currently taking place. We are sorry that you had a negative experience, but your comments here are simply not true.

I just completed my 2nd neck surgery with Dr DaviS. Nothing but praise and respect for this man & his team. Instant relief & the recovery is SO easy.

Excellent bedside manner. Wonderful, caring staff. I had major neck surgery and am doing fantastic! Dr Davis did an excellent job.

Dr. John was very helpful articulating to me risk vs reward of a discectomy for treatment of my sciatic nerve pain. He was very optimistic he could help alleviate my leg and knee issues. Post recovery I am happy to say no more constant pain or irritation. I'm only a few weeks along in my recovery but I'm very optimistic for positive outcome. Dr. Davis is the BEST! He shows complete interest in his patients & takes time to explore all options before doing surgery. He shows total interest in your problems. I would never consider any other physician for my back problems. His office, NewSouthNeuroSpine, is the only place to go. John R. Elliott, Sr.

Great doctor. Took lots of time to answer my questions and help me understand my options.

He's great. He listens to his patience and is very caring. He point out the issue other doctors looked over for years.

Dr. Davis was so good at asking questions and explaining what he thought was the problem. He made sure I understood what he said. I would recommend him highly.

I appreciated how he explained why surgery at this point was not the best option. It made feel he has the patient's best interest and not making the money.

Dr. Davis is great! He is honest and caring! For him surgery only happens if there are no other options. Thank you Dr. Davis, while I’m still recovering from surgery a couple of weeks ago, I do not feel the pain that I was having before. Highly recommend!!!

Caring , will sit and talk to you. Actually will touch you for your neuro check. Does not have computer in hand he actually looks at you .

Dr. Davis thoroughly reviewed my MRI, explained the conditions and gave appropriate advice. He is not a typical surgeon, in that he's not eager to schedule a surgery.

Dr. John Davis is an excellent doctor and even better person. He has operated on my neck and helped with lower back issues as well. I referred my mother to him and she is constantly singing his praise! Thanks John for all you have done for me and my family.

Dr. John Davis is the best doctor. He has successfully treated my neck and back (2x) and I am SO grateful. When you are in severe pain, you appreciate a doctor’s wisdom and healing capabilities. Thank you Dr. John Davis for helping me!

I was in tremendous pain when trying to walk due to spinal stenosis and bulging disc. Dr Davis has relieved that pain with surgery. I was able to stand and walk without pain almost immediately after waking up. It has been 6 days and am steadily improving each day. Thank you so .much. Patricia Proctor

Saw Dr Davis for 30-45 seconds entire time I was his patient. His nurse performed al neurological pre-testing on me and was the one I corresponded with the entire time. He was VERY rude and at one time cursed at me. Told me there was nothing they could do for me and offered no referrals or additional help for my problem. Worst doctor I have ever been to mainly because he leaves HIS job up to his very rude nurse who I was always nice to.

He has a great nurse practitioner, but I didn't see Dr. Davis until after an MRI. When I did see him, he never came all the way into my room and spent less than 45 seconds telling me that he couldn't help me. No explanation, no theories, no suggestions and no clue of what to do next. He obviously had something more important to do that afternoon. I've never been more disappointed in a Doctor.

I have been to Dr. Davis before with a neck problem with great success. This time I call the office and waited three days with no response to my call. I finally call back to talk with a nurse and she was sharp and offered no help. Bad second experience with the office.
