Awesome experience from check in to check out!!!

Dr. Martin has been wonderful since I got my braces. My braces were taken off today and I am now in a retainer, but they worked and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Martin. His staff is also excellent, they are very courteous, and so nice. Any concerns or questions I had they were addressed right away. Everyone at this office is exceptional! My daughter felt so comfortable and welcomed from the moment we went in. Definitely recommend for all orthodontic needs!

Today was my 2nd time in the office. The staff are very friendly and polite. They have an amazing team and I love the atmosphere. I had my braces installed today and everything was explained on how to care for my braces. I truly enjoy being part of their family now. I definitely highly recommend them.

Some of the most wonderful people around.

This place is very unprofessional Had an appointment and when i arrived for my consultation i was told that the Doctor wasn’t feeling well.. it would’ve been nice to get a phone call to reschedule instead of me taking off work to come to this establishment and being told i have to reschedule NOT HAPPY !!

Came to this orthodontist in 2018 for braces I went to my dentist & was told I needed my braces tooken off asap in 2019 because of my bone lost which was on my x-ray before i got my braces after i got them off i got retainers both metal & plastic the metal retainers was not sitting right on my top teeth so some lady who don’t even work in the back pulled the retainer & made them look worst & it had a big curve then when they seen it they tried to make it seem like i was tripping . Great staff and service

The staff was great and the service my daughter received was wonderful.

Both my son and I have used Dr. Martin to brighten our smiles. My experience has been excellent and here is why I give them five stars... Ms. Terri, Ms. Sheila and every technician seen has went above and beyond to give us quality care. They communicated and worked with me to get my son to the finish line. They even went as far as to check on us , when we didn’t keep our appointments, never making me feel inadequate when “life happened”. The other thing is, they actually work! My visits were never prolonged, for the most part, we were always in and out. Lastly, it gives you the feeling of an old school family like practice (they still use medical records) along with new school technology for where we are in this day and age. I love that part because if anything catastrophic was to happen digitally, there is still a paper trail. Hope this reviews gives you a picture of how Dr. Martin’s office works. super friendly staff. They answer your questions in a manner where you understand everything they explain, and they are extremely patient. They do not make you feel like you are being rushed into making a decision. They offer AMAZING deals and 100% work with you in the finance area. They have fluent Spanish speakers for all the Hispanic families needing an orthodontist who speaks Spanish. They are all very great, I recommend this orthodontist to everyone. They will make payment arrangements with you which is great, BUT the office appointments are overbooked and their herd children around like cattle. Very disappointed. The management is overwhelmed and can't keep up with the slightest communications from parents. I will admit that I do see improvement in my daughter's teeth after almost 3 years. My daughter got braces and for two years did not miss a appointment and her teeth are worst then when she started. Her teeth are not straight and overlapping due to Dr. Martin never checking the work of his assistants. I am very upset and out of $2000 now i have to pay to have braces put on somewhere else. Worst experience ever! He compared my daughters under bite to a malignant breast tumor that I should have removed. Extremely offended as a woman!

THE WORST ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT EVER!!!! Horrible customer service and the Dr is a joke never even gets out of his chair. Don’t even get me started on how rude the office staff is. All they care about is getting your money and not their patients. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy! If this give could give no stars I would.

The WORST! I had my ortho with them and regret it! They ended up selling their gainesville location and when i told them i wasnt happy with my smile they didnt care! dr john martin said it was my bone and there couldnt be anything done. I got a second opinion recently from two orthos and i was told it could get fixed and i could accomplish the smile i want. John Martin is only wanting your money and cares little about patients. Please DON'T get treatment here i wish someone couldve warned me!

I had a pleasant experience years ago. I wore braces from 7th grade-9th grade. My teeth are straight. However, I am having severe bone loss and slight mobility in my mandibular anteriors (24/25). I take care of my teeth. I am a dental hygiene student. Every dentist I have ever spoken to about my issue asks who my orthodontist was. My teeth were shifted out of the bone. I had a jaw issue that needed to be addressed and no one said a thing. Dr. Martin just moved my teeth around instead of addressing the underlying issue. Now I am 23 and might lose my lower front teeth. I am going to try and get a graft to help but I will never get the bone back and the mobility will always be there. I love the Staff... Funny and welcoming smiles

Horrible disorganized staff. Not trustworthy. Too many mistakes with charts and overbilling.

My initial experience was great. I thought I was getting the best care. It wasn't until years later when I became better educated that I realized how much trouble I was in. I had a jaw issue that was not addressed. My teeth were shifted nearly out of the bone. My mandibular incisors have severe bone loss and recession. I take care of my teeth. Every dentist asks who my orthodontist was. If you choose Dr. Martin. Please get a second opinion!

The pros are that they will make payment arrangements. The cons are that they overbook and herd children around the office like cattle. Although they hound you to keep your payments current, they cant even remember the slightest communications from parents. No Bueno.

Dr. Martin put my braces on and I did everything I was supposed to and got out early! I was so happy. His staff is so friendly and funny, they made each visit fun.

Since day 1 my experience with Dr. Martin has been more than satisfactory. The staff are very professional but also fun and friendly at the same time. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Im getting close to the end of my treatment and have already recommended Dr. Martin to family and friends. I will continue to do so because at the end of the day they do their job.
