Dr Jordan Stewart is a terrific foot and ankle surgeon. I could not have had a better experience. I consulted with Dr Stewart for a growth/mass on the outside of my left foot that had plaged me for years. Not only unsightly, but after a full day on my feet at work, very painful! Dr Stewart and his staff were exceedingly professional, polite, helpful, and exhibited great empathy towards me. The staff worked hard to get me seen in a timely manner originally and continued to work with me setting up a timely schedule for surgery and follow up. Thank you all so much!! Great experience with my 8-year-old daughter in treating a wart that was causing a lot of pain. We had a misdiagnosis with another doctor but as soon Dr. Stewart saw her we had a treatment plan and 2 months later she's back to normal. Definitely recommend. Office staff is also great.

Great experience with Dr. Stewart! I'm realtively healthy but had some concerns with pain while running. He explained how orthotics would help - didn't give me a high-pressure sales pitch - and let me decide how to proceed. I got the orthotics and LOVE them! Feel like I'm running on clouds! Would highly recommend!

I can’t thank Dr. Stewart enough for his care after my twin pregnancy. My feet and body have gone through so many changes and I really needed help alleviating the chronic pain I was waking up with and living with on a daily basis. He was able to outfit me with a new pair of orthotics, but also went beyond treating my feet by recommending a nutritionist and getting a physical with a primary care physician. I wish I could convey how much pain and time I was spending thinking about my feet. The orthotics have been wonderful, paired with Hokas (in a larger size now) - working 12 hr days have been so much easier. The recommendation of a nutritionist has completely changed my life for the better and am now at an almost 25lb weight loss over the past 4mos. Having Dr. Stewart open and honest about what I needed to do to alleviate the pain by his recommendations has just really changed my day to day, but also making me a better parent and partner. Unfortunately, I injured my ankle on 12/18/21. I tried some minor treatments because I was scheduled to go on vacation 12/25/21. Upon my return in January I visited my Podiatrist (Dr. Carter). After several weeks of trying different treatments and an MRI it was determined that the extent of the injury would require surgery to be repaired. I was devastated! My Podiatrist referred me to Dr. Jordan Stewart. My first visit to his office was 04/11/2022. I was greeted by some pleasant, smiling, ladies who made me feel comfortable which helped to decrease my anxiety. In Spite of my injury and impending surgery it was a pleasure to meet Dr. Stewart. He provided clear and detailed diagnosis and other information about my injury as well as my best option for rectifying the issue. I was given two dates that he was available to do the surgery. I opted for 05/26/2022. My second visit was for my post-op on 05/20/2022. Honestly, I was scared going to this visit, however at the end of the visit I was peaceful, joyful and confident about Dr. Stewart’s ability to fix my ankle. I received detailed and clear explanation about the surgical procedure, the do’s and don'ts of the healing process, pain management, post-operative medication and possible issues I will experience if I did not follow his Pre and Post surgical instructions. He was adamant that I follow all his instructions as outlined for the best outcome. Finally it was surgery day and it entailed a Lateral ankle repair, Peroneal tendon repair, Gastrocnemius recession left side, and removal fracture fragment left ankle. I am happy to report that my surgery went well and Dr. Stewart did an awesome job. The day after the surgery I received calls from Dr. Stewart, a member of his staff and a nurse from the surgical center. These calls were greatly appreciated. I am a satisfied and joyful patient of Dr. Stewart! The incision on my ankle is small and neat. The healing process is going amazing. In fact it’s occurring faster than I expected. I am an elementary school teacher, so I am on my feet most of the time. I was able to return to work at the end of August.. My ankle is getting better and stronger as I continue to heal under the guidance of an amazing and talented surgeon. Every aspect of my journey with Dr. Stewart and his staff at Timonium Foot and Ankle Center has been awesome. I would like to thank them for taking care of my mental, emotional and physical needs. Dr. Stewart and the staff at Timonium Foot and Ankle Center are exceptional. I felt comfortable, listened to, and very well taken care of from the first phone call. The only issue is, I wish I didn't wait 5 years after my foot pain started to see him. I'm back to my usual activities and stronger than ever. Very comprehensive diagnosis and well researched treatment.

I have been to several doctor for chronic pain in my right foot with minimal improvement. I've spent a lots of money on Dr. Visits, home remedies, and new shoes and inserts, but I am still have so much pain. I found this practice by reading great things about them on the internet and a friend of my saw the doctor and was also happy. The doctor explained my condition and treatment thoroughly and I followed all of the recommendations and after 2 visits my chronic pain was gone with some simple treatments including a brace and custom orthotics. My insurance isn't the best, but the staff explained all of my expenses ahead of time and I appreciated this so I knew what I was paying for. The staff was helpful and kind. I would highly recommend the doctor and staff to anyone in need of a foot and ankle doctor.

I had a terrible experience with this practice. They have some very shady billing practices. When I questioned them about it, the Dr. Himself came out to yell at me and tell me get out of the office. I was very polite but had some questions about a charge. His behavior was completely unacceptable and I don't understand how people rate him so highly. I found his overall bedside manner to also be rather short and not friendly but I would have dealt with that if not for the way I was treated. Will never go back.

Dr. Stewart is a true gem. He has an outstanding practice with professional and welcoming staff. Our podiatry needs were assessed and addressed with attention and care. Without any hesitation, my husband and I recommend this practice. It's one of the very best in Maryland!

I had multiple bone spurs on the top of my foot..with excruciating pain..level 15 out 10...used a cane for 4 or 5 months. Dr Stewart performed the surgery and he was shocked at how many I did have. By the day after surgery level of pain was minimal and was mainly just the incision.. Dr Stewart was very thorough with all follow up before and after. He is very kind and professional. Also, with appointments I have never sat in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes also once in the exam room The same thing before he comes in. My father had a very serious matter occur with his foot. It was being treated by another doctor, but getting worse with each passing day. Then I called Dr Stewart, and he instantly recognized the life threatening problem that was occurring. Three months later, his leg is back to normal. Dr. Stewart took great care of my son for an injury. He came in the office to help us. He took the time to explain all of the treatment options. Turns out my son badly sprained his ankle. He went above and beyond and made my son feel very comfortable, which is hard to do with kids. Great doctor!. Highly recommend.

Had surgery January 2019 and now experiencing some much pain in my toes that weren't even an issue before surgery. This has been an horrible experience for me. The screws in my toes are causing pain, bleeding and swelling. Dr. Stewart doing this surgery has made my life miserable.

In the September 2016, I first met Dr. Jordan Stewart after seeing him for a second opinion evaluation for chronic pain in my right foot related to running. I had previously been under the care of an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed and treated me for neuromas, and I was not getting better. Dr. Stewart diagnosed me with joint pain across the ball of my foot and I was treated successfully with a walking boot, laser therapy, and custom orthotics and I was extremely happy with the results and went back to running without any issues. I was doing very well until the summer of 2018 when I severely jammed my third toe. I initially did not think much of the condition, yet over time I started to have significant pain and difficulty walking. I had my walking boot from my previous treatment, and I wore it for about 2 months, but the pain was not getting any better and I decided to go back to Dr. Stewart. When I went back to see him, x-rays followed by an MRI revealed that I had severely damaged my joint and fractured my third metatarsal bone. I am extremely active and exercises a big part of my life. I exhausted all conservative care and it was obvious that I was going to require surgery. On February 1, 2019, Dr. Stewart performed a complex reconstructive surgery to rebuild my damaged joint and correct my toes and metatarsals that led to my initial problem in 2016. After a successful surgery, he suggested that we use laser therapy in his office 3 times a week for about 4-6 weeks. I was initially told that my recovery would be a minimum of 12 weeks before I would be able to be very active. However, within 8 weeks of my surgery the swelling in my foot and toes had made significant strides and I was able to resume intense workouts for my legs and starting to perform aggressive cardio workouts including 45-minute workouts on the stair climbing machine. I have no doubt that the combination of the surgical correction and the laser therapy enabled me to make rapid progress in my healing. I continue to use my orthotics on a regular basis. I am very thankful for the care that Dr. Stewart provided me throughout the entire process. He always gave me the time that I needed to answer all my questions and he utilized advanced technology to aid in my recovery. His constant counseling and encouragement made the process very smooth and I highly recommend Timonium Foot and Ankle Center and Dr. Jordan Stewart and for anyone needing great foot and/or ankle care. Dr. Jordan Stewart is amazing. From his friendly, capable staff to his incredible attention to detail, my visit to his office today was remarkable. Some background: I broke my tibia and fibula bones, just above my ankle, when I was skiing at the age of 23, some 44 years ago. I fell wearing rental skis and one of the skis did not come off when I fell, Both bones broke as my foot did a 180, with the tibia bone coming out of my leg. After 9 months on crutches, I was told I would never be able to run and would always walk with a limp. I was still able to ski although my leg would not bend. I continued to ski for the next 44 years, eager to live my life to the fullest. However, the past two weeks have been painful at my ankle, making me curious enough to check out my ability to still do things, like skiing. So I made an appointment with Dr. Stewart. This is not your typical doctor or staff. From the friendly receptionist to the nurse who took X-rays of my ankle, everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor was like a breath of fresh air. He was very honest with his assessment, offering me ideas and therapy - with the goal of fixing my ankle as much as possible. While I expected to hear bad news, Dr. Stewart was encouraging and positive. I will be going to therapy soon. After leaving his office, I enjoyed the experience of walking with no pain and having more movement in my foot than I have had in 44 years. Dr. Stewart is a man who loves his job; it's obvious by the way he treats you. I feel so lucky that I went to him today to examine my ankle. Dr. Jordan Stewart performed 1st MPJ surgery on my left toe in January 2016...I missed one day of work and followed his specific orders for follow-up care and PT...I was back in high heels within 8 weeks (first time in years)...I heartily recommended Dr. Stewart to family and friends!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Stewart. I have been to see him on several occasions, most recently for an in-grown toenail procedure that has been bothering me for a long time. I am a triathlete and therefore rely on feet more than most --so this was very important to me as my training can be time consuming .I was afraid of being out for too long as I have a race coming up in a few weeks. Dr. Stewart was able to schedule me very quickly and did the procedure on 8/21 which was a Monday. I am already pain free and will be back in the pool on Thursday! Dr.Stewart really knows his stuff. He also greatly helped my wife with her plantar fasciitis which she had in both feet and is now playing tennis pain free!! Thanks Dr. Stewart for all you did for us! Doc fixed a complicated left foot and ankle issue requiring 4 areas. It took over a year to recover. 2 years later, no fascia pain, tendon repaired, bone spur removed, and ulcer nerve unpinged. Back to walking golf and playing tennis after 20 years! Love this guy!

the journey with dr stewart started one year ago in july 2015 I could not walk on my left foot without a tremendous amount of pain .dr stewart diagnosed the problem on my first visit I had a cyst growing in the joint of my toe . three weeks later he operated and fixed the problem unfortunately we were unaware that my body developes a great deal of scar tissue.,five months later he operated again to remove extra scar tissue that was causing me a lot of pain,by this time most doctors would give up and shuffle me to another doctor but not dr stewart he stuck with me.after surgery the scar tissue wouldn't let my wound heal so I had an open wound.he suggested a hperbaric chamber but because of my spinal cord stimulator I was not allowed this procedure.god love dr stewart he still didn,t give up thank the lord by that time I was a nerves wreck thinking there was no solution, but as usual dr stewart had a brilliant idea he called a plastic surgeon for me dr Schreiber on falls rd I made an apt with him and together they re-operated on dec 2 2015. today is august 2016 and my open wound is totally healed. I'm writing this because I have never had a dr who went out of his way to help me and to find a way to close the wound even telling me to call him any time which I often did with a very qiuick reply . I first visited Dr. Stewart for a bad case of tendinitis on my left ankle about 10 years ago. I was very impressed by his bedside manner and knowledge and I responded very well to the treatment he provided. At that time he placed me in a soft cast and made me orthotics and within a few months I was better. I had a recent flare-up of severe pain in my right foot and I recalled my positive experience with Dr. Stewart and went to see him to find out what was going on. When I saw Dr. Stewart 10 years ago, I had great insurance coverage with only a copay. This time around I had a very high deductible. Not only did he take the time to clearly explain the multiple conditions that were causing me to have pain, but Dr. Stewart treated my problems in the most cost effective way possible. I really appreciated this and it was a great example of how he genuinely cares for his patients. I never felt rushed with any of the visits. His office is clean and the staff is efficient and friendly. I have referred several friends and family to his office and they have had similar experiences. Dr. Stewart helped me once again and treated my tendinitis and plantar fasciitis and I am back in the gym and feeling great. I did not feel that he took the time with me. It seemed that he was more interested in giving me products to cover up the issue which cost a good bit of money and did not fit the problem.
