Dr Raucher was very kind and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand.

If I could give this man 0 stars I would! I had a concern about my 1 year old daughter and he was the on call doctor for her pediatricians office! Let’s start with when I first answered the call back he goes “ yea did somebody call” then when I state my concerns he asked me what do I want him to do about it. Excuse me sir? I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week. I’ve left messages and did not receive a call back. I had to physically go to the office to speak to someone. After speaking with someone, I was told my prescription would be refilled after making an appointment. I made the appointment while there hoping my prescription would get refilled in a few hours. I called the office to get an update on the prescription and was told it was cancelled with an explanation the office staff did not understand. When asked why I was not notified the appointment was required or that my prescription was cancelled, the staff said they are working with a limited staff, which is not my concern. I would highly recommend you AVOID this doctor and his office staff at all costs and find a doctor who cares about his patients’ health and is much better with communication and follow up. Dr Rancher has been my doctor for years...a great human being. I recommend him highly...

If I could rate this office with ZERO stars I would. I think doctors forget that the patient experience starts at the front desk. So, it is extremely disheartening when a patient or potential patient calls an office seeking medical care and are crudely met. I personally feel that "Myketa" needs to be retrained as her customer service skills are subpar. Regarding Dr. L. Let's begin by stating the professionalism that this quack displays is by far the worst I have ever seen compared to McDonalds in the inner city. He had the nerve to actually tell me to google something because he did not know what it was. He is very impatient, rude and sarcastic. His patients are just dollar signs and nothing more. I recommend not using this guy if you happen to come across him. Had a great experience. He took the time to explain everything and was genuinely concerned about my health.

Dr. Raucher is the Man patient and thoughtful. Available on short notice .Always makes me feel better.

To begin dr.Rauncher is definitely not what I would call a friendly doctor . He tries to smile and act the part . But that is ok! My final straw was the woman at the front Desk who often gives me a hard time. She is so nasty and I cannot understand how she is still there ! I did speak with one woman the manager and she does the best she can but her efforts so late in my experience couldn’t mend this . Hopefully at some point the woman at the front desk who name starts with a letter ” M “ receives some training to deal with the stress . I get working at a doctors office is challenging . Office staff are very unprofessional! Never give messages to doctors or other office staff! Doctor rosen is rude and rushed me out of the office because of my medical insurance!! Very very bad experience!!!

Dr Raucher seems well versed in the medical issues that are relevant to "older" people. He is competent and understanding when asked questions. He doesn't "lecture" if you have bad habits , jjust gently reminds and is done. He seems genuinely concerned about his patient's well being. I was very luck to have found him.
