Dr. K is exceptional. Speaking from my experience, his superpower is that he is able to pair the nuances of real-life circumstances with evidence based medical practices in order to find the best healthcare outcome for his patient. I'm thankful for the thoughtful care and experience he puts into his work!

Highly recommend Dr. K and his staff! They have gone far and beyond assisting me with my needs. They seem to truly care and they don’t make you feel like a number. They are very responsive as well which is a huge thing for me. I worked with Samantha a little bit too and I really enjoyed my experience with her as well. Dr K made sure that I had a full understanding of what was going on, what to expect, and made sure that I knew that he and his office are available to me if I ever have any questions, concerns. 5/5 stars for me! I will continue to come here as long as this type of service continues! :)

If you are looking for a down-to-earth, tells-you-like-it-is OBGYN you can trust, go to Dr. Kilianski. Both he and his office were fabulous to my husband and I through the whole pregnancy. I always felt informed and well cared for from start to finish. He will tell you everything you need to know, explain what it means to you, and help guide you to making your own decisions easily. I especially like his willingness to speak candidly about tests and treatments; you never feel that you are getting lots of unnecessary things prescribed or scheduled just because. You get the real story, and he lets you make your own decision on each. I always felt comfortable that he had my best interests I mind. The office staff have also been great. Barbara even went out of her way to personally talk to a lab rep in order to resolve a billing mishap for us that was the lab’s fault. I imagine she saved us hours of time and headache on the phone. The office staff gets you in and out of appointments smoothly and quickly. Every now and then, I have had to wait a bit (understandable with the schedules babies keep when they decide to arrive), but I have waited here less than at any other doctor’s office. The appointments are usually right on time, and you always feel that the staff gives you as much time as you need. Dr. K. is amazing. He is very professional and quite comical. He is very knowledgeable. He examined my neck and found a thyroid nodule. I was given a referral to an endocrinologist. He has a great office team. They are all very personable and friendly. Dr. K also delivered my 9lbs 14oz baby boy safely. He was very attentive to my needs. Amazing and nothing short! He is there for you and your family!! He is caring and down to earth! He has made the journey with us a couple times and each time so thankful for him and how he has handled our different situations!

I will never again choose to go to anybody else. He delivered my angel baby and my rainbow baby. I have never had a doctor care for me and my little family as much as doctor K has.

STAY CLEAR. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I was excited to see this doctor because I actually went to the same school as his children from K-12. However, I will be notifying all my htcs and nchs alumni never to go to this office. Unfortunately the office manager “Shelly” is not someone you want with you on your journey in pregnancy. Especially any first time moms. She will wait to call you the DAY before your appointment or even an HOUR BEFORE to tell you of any administrative or insurance issues. She had TWO WEEKS to figure this out and waited til the last possible minute. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY. She did this to me TWICE. I myself was a Director for a group of 7 Medical Practices so I know exactly how to deal with patients and the steps to take to ensure a smooth running organization. This lady I can clearly tell is uneducated and doesn’t want to work. Don’t make the mistake of getting involved with a very poor run and lazy organization. She doesn’t even know how insurance works, she said it herself. I even offered to be a Self-Pay patient, but she was too lazy to take any effort. Not an adequate space to go when pregnant. They will make pregnant women cry. No knack for customer care. Very last minute, so you can tell there’s no structure. No matter how good a doctor could be, if his people are bad that’s a poor reflection on you. You’re as good as your people. I don’t want any other expecting moms to experience this. Dr. K has been the most professional, attentive, compassionate and wonderful OBGYN I’ve ever had. After just having moved to the area from out of state, I relied heavily on reviews to select a new provider during my pregnancy and I am so grateful I chose correctly and found Dr. K! He made this such a positive experience and went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. Just as important, his staff is absolutely incredible. After a not-so-great initial pregnancy appointment with a different doctor/office in Grapevine, Dr. Kilianski was recommended to us — for good reason. The entire office staff and Dr. Kilianski treated my husband and I with respect and like real people, not just another patient. They are all very personable, thorough, and kind. We never felt rushed! From the beginning this staff and doctor k have been the absolute BEST. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else but dr k to deliver my baby. Lisa and Barbra are amazing and everyone in the office makes you feel like family ❤️

They would always return my calls quickly and took care of any concerns I had whether it was medical or related to insurance. Dr. Kilianski and his staff took very fine care of me and my baby. This review is long overdue. I can not say enough good things about Dr. K and his staff. You will never find a more knowledgeable and caring Obgyn office. I had a very complicated pregnancy that ended in the best outcome possible because Dr. Kilianski knew just what to do in my situation. Not only is this office so friendly, I rarely if ever have had an unreasonable wait time for my appointments. They are also on top of scheduling/billing, are easy to call and talk to a person that truly cares, and will call you back promptly if needed. I love that I have never been treated like I was “just a number,” no, you are treated like a family member that gets the best care possible. I’m so thankful I found Dr K! This review is long overdue. Would definitely recommend! I've been going to Dr Kilianski since we moved here about a year and a half ago, and so far he has helped me through a miscarriage as well as a successful pregnancy. He is super knowledgable and very patient. He addressed every single one of my issues and concerns without being condescending or rushed. His office staff is AMAZING and they make sure you are well taken care of. They've definitely been a bright spot for me during my crazy Covid-time pregnancy and I appreciate them so much! One of the best OBGYN's I have consulted so far. He is a doctor with tremendous patience. My concerns/questions were well addressed. I delivered my second baby under his care and I had the best experience. His staff is friendly too. I would recommend Dr Killianski anytime.

I found Dr. K when I moved to north Texas and found out I was pregnant. He is an amazing doctor with a fabulous staff. He delivered my beautiful baby girl just two weeks ago. He has taken excellent care of me throughout the entire process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an OB/GYN.

Dr. K has been a life saving grace for me and my baby. He is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, compassionate and has an excellent polite helpful staff. We moved from Boston in our last trimester and were really worried about pregnancy as was blessed with this blessing after 8 long years. I developed a preeclampsia in last month of pregnancy but my condition was so so well managed by Dr. K. He listened & replied to all our questions very politely and clearly. His staff and he was always available for us. Doctor follows a realistic approach to help you in best possible manner & politely address your concerns and takes extreme care for his patients. I strongly recommend him as OBGYN. Believe me you are in best safe hands if he is ur doctor. Me & my baby are safe today only coz my him considering the condition we had and the way he & his staff handled it is extremely commendable.

I had previously been at a practice that’s very well known in Grapevine which I found to not have very good bedside manner. I switched to Dr K, and WOW what a difference. You never feel rushed. The practice is small so you don’t feel like just a number. All the ladies are so nice as well! I had to have a c-section, and he did a wonderful job. I bounced back very quickly. By the time I left the hospital I was only taking Motrin. He’s also very calm which, being a first time parent, is a plus! He really listens to your wants as well. You can tell he really loves what he does!

I love this OB, he delivered my daughter. He has a great since of humor & has great patient presentation :) His nurse Barbara is outstanding! The office staff is very respectable too :) I will continue going to him. However, I have a friendly suggestion for the office staff... if the patient is a cash pay, while they are scheduling the appointment for a procedure, that gets sent out to a lab to be tested or read separate from the office, as a patient courtesy, inform the patient of both the office price of the procedure & the lab will charge. This way the patient isn't shocked/confused when they receive the bill in the mail a couple months later. I love this OB, he delivered my daughter. Dr K was amazing. He delivered my second child and I couldn’t have asked for a better OBYN. He is friendly, relatable and answers all your questions. You never feel like he is in a hurry he really tajes his tone with each patient. During delivery he was dancing to the music we were playing on the background ! The entire staff at his practice is a joy to work with. Highly recommend him .

From check in to check out, the staff is amazing and so friendly. Dr. K took his time with me and made me feel like I was the only patient he had to see that day.

I cannot rave enough about Dr. K! He is truly a great doctor! I have delivered two of my boys with him via C-section following high risk pregnancies and he has been my OB/GYN for the last six years. He is kind, smart, and compassionate. Both C-sections I bounced back very quickly and I contribute that to his awesome care. In 2013 I also had an ectopic pregnancy and he not only saved my life, but he also sat with me and my husband and make sure that everything was OK. He truly goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about his patients. His office staff is fantastic and I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for an appointment. If you are looking for a great ObGYN Dr K is the best!

Dr kilianski is amazing he took me in my third trimester I was worried because I switched doctors so late, however from my very first visit he was on top of things he did test and everything he felt needed to be done. He went above and beyond during my pregnancy he genially cares about his patients. My delivery experience was amazing me being a first time mom he made me feel very comfortable while delivering my baby. Dr. K was absalutly wonderful. I always know I am in great hands with him. He deliverd my son and it was the best birthing experience I could have hoped for. He is always so layed back and even funny. His relaxed demenour was so wonderful during my delivery he even made a joke and made me laugh. His Nurse Ann is an angel and When ever I have a question his other nurse Barbra is always quick to call me back, answer my question and put a smile on my face to. I love them all.

Dr. Kilianski is my OB/GYN doctor. He managed my pregnancy with my son which resulted in a C-section. I was so pleased with his positive attitude and care during my unexpected c-section. It helped make a scary time much more bearable. He has a dry sense of humor which sometimes I don't favor, but overall he is a fantastic doctor that I will continue to use for my future pregnancies.

Kind, very knowledgable and extremely helpful and compassionate. As long as I lilies here he will be the only ON/GYN I will use. Expert in complicated and high risk issues. If you need help and a dr who cares and listens and helps you in every way in his vast scope of practice go to this one. He will not let Ypres down!!!!

My teenage daughter had to have a specific procedure. Dr. Kilianski had been my doctor, but it was my daughter's first time to go to the gynecologist and she was very nervous. Not only was Dr. Kilianski very thorough and comforting, he explained everything to her and was very patient with her questions and comments. On the day of the outpatient procedure, Dr. Kilianski was fantastic; he put her (and me) at ease and made the whole experience as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Kilianski is wonderful! Excellent bedside manner and listens well to my opinions and concerns. I did not have insurance during the first part of my pregnancy and his whole office team was very accommodating and willing to work with me.
