No one could diagnosis me, and he knew what it was right away,

Dr Sawyer really helped with my persistent acne. Made my treatment protocol very easy and efficient and was the first person in years to cure my acne. So thankful for him!

Very positive! Dr. Sawyer is very thorough, always doing a good job. His staff is very professional and nice. He has been my dermatologist for 15 years. I trust him to take care of my skin problems.

Dr. Sawyer was very thorough with his exam and clearly explained all my options to me. I’ve seen Dr Sawyer for over 10 years and wouldn’t ever see anyone else!

Donald Wattier arrived at his appointment on time today, January 30, 2020. He was refused to be seen because the receptionist did not accept the bleu cross blue shield insurance card. I was not with Donald Wattier at the time. This is not acceptable. Don has been a patient of Dr. Sawyer for many years. He is 94. Birthday : August 10,1925 Another problem with Alma dermatology.. no one answers the telephone..just a lot of advertising for dr.Kesler. Please address this issue as well. We love Dr.Sawyer and his excellent care. The least the receptionist showed have done is give Don another appointment.he is prone to cancer lesions.

Very professional and knowledgeable.

Very poor experience. Dr. Sawyer was extremely rude and our family will never go back to him or that practice. We live less than 10 minutes from the office and every visit is a 2 hour ordeal. Every time we go we see his nurse/medical assistant for what seems to be 3 times as long as we see him. He pops in for a 10 minute visit and today, was extremely rude and condescending.

They were on time and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.

Only doctor able to figure out my issue.

Dr.Sawyer is awesome he takes his time to assess his patients.

I've just called Dr. Sawyer's office to ask how to set my husband up on the Patient Portal and it couldn't have been easier. The wait to speak to someone was approximately 20 seconds and my request was immediately handled. I don't know who those other people who've replied down below about the office staff talked to but my experience seems to be diametrically opposed to theirs. I was helped and helped nicely.

What bothers me about this place was the attitude the appoint and front desk people treated me as a customer and the lack of care that I would be looking for a new place to go. I understand the lose of one customer hurts them little and the feeling that the front office staff was aware of this is unacceptable as a place providing service we are paying for. The reception at this place is very inconsiderate. Here is what took place. When I came as a new patient I had to wait being new, ok fine I can understand that. Upon first visit I was informed by Dr Sawyer that I looked to have a skin cancer that needed to be taken care. I actually had it for a few years not realizing what it was so he said I needed regular check ups so not to let it go. So I had the removal done. The wound healed well so I thought. On Sunday I looked at the scare and was pleased at how nicely it healed. Then Monday night as I took my shirt off I had what appeared to be a mole where the cancer was. When I woke up today Tuesday it was even bigger and bleeding. So I call Dr Sawyers office to get thus checked and was told that I could get an appointment in 2 months like I was a new patient again. Plus it's a cancer spot that the dr had already told me keep an checked up on. The lady on the phone showed no concern or need to do differently with scheduling. I felt brushed off for being concern about what appears to be a returning cancer spot that I had already been made to feel guilty about not getting taken care of sooner. Rudest scheduling desk ever. Never will I recommend anyone to go to this office

Had a cancer spot identified by Dr Sawyer and had it removed. He said I needed to regularly be checked with all my moles I have. The cancet spot began coming back quickly came back and when I called to get an appointment to check out this I was treated rudely by the front office staff and was given a schedulin date of 2 months. Seems a returning patient that has a cancer spot that is apparently returning and spreading would get more concern and assistance to get this checked on.

Office staff is awful. Long phone waits, rude staff, no privacy in the lobby when the staff grills you about your personal information. LONG waits to see the Dr. Sawyer is ok but I felt like I was on an assembly belt. Everything was quick and not very personable. I want quick in the lobby and slow with my actual appointment.

He didn't introduce himself or explain what he was doing before he started the treatment. It was painful and some explanation before hand would have helped. He took two biopsies and his scheduler called to tell me the results were cancerous. She couldn't answer my questions and Dr. Sawyer never contacted me to discuss results.
