Absolutely the best..staff and Dr. B are friendly and comfortable. You can speak openly and to the point.

This practice is absolutely the WORST doctor's office I have ever been to!! They simply do NOT care about their patients at all. They will let your refills from the pharmacy sit and when you call to find out why, they will tell you they will send it in, only to make you call back to tell you you must come in for a visit. They also didn't tell me about an abnormal test for a month that ended up being Cancer!! The only way I found out it was abnormal was by asking about it a month afterward when I went in due to having an infection. WHO treats the patients that way???!!?!!??!

He LISTENS to our concerns and gives easy to understand answers. He asks specific questions to narrow down possibilities. My old doctors prescribed every test in the book just to cover their liability, without concern for my cost, time and the unlikelihood of the condition. I never feel rushed, and conversation is never wasted on topics other than our health, our life stresses, and how to deal with them.

My son has been a patient with this practice for years, and we are extremely happy with Dr. Braeutigam, he is a great doctor. Yesterday, we had an appointment with Mary Jo. She is extremely nice as well, but scheduling her is a nightmare. Yesterday after waiting for over an hour, we finally were given another appointment with Heather, and she was great. Really good provider, but back to the scheduling issue with Mary Jo, it always seems to be this way. Wait an hour in the waiting room, and then wait an hour in the examination room. No respect for your time at all. , and when you bring it up you are treated like you are out of line for asking what is going on. Hopefully from what they told me this issue is going to be resolved, the office manager assured me it was going to get fixed, but I felt strongly enough about it to post. I would gladly go back to see Dr. B or Heather, but if you want to see someone else, you better plan for a minimum of a two hour visit. I have been his patience it's 1999. I enjoy using him so much that even though I have moved to the North side near the airport I still spend almost one hour traveling to his office. I would not go anywhere else!

Great Doctor

Dr.B..has always been a GREAT doctor...very relatable ..listens to his patients and takes care of you with care and efficacy!!!...

Dr.B has been my doc for 16 yrs. He's always listened to what I had to say. He's got a wonderful sense of humour as well. He'll direct you to specialists as needed. He knows me like a book, and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Yes, he's an hr away from me since I moved...But I refuse to find a different doctor, when Dr.B knows me so well thru all the surgeries I've been thru.

Staff doesnt seem to care at all. Very rude!

All of my experiences have been great...the wait however is usually long but worth it. My P A is very caring and always willing to listen

Dr. B is great. I’ve been going to him for years. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions. I never feel he rushes me or brushes off my concerns. The staff used to be rude but new people are there now and it seems to be getting better each time I go.

Dr. B is awesome. Real good down to earth guy. Been going here 6 years. No complaints other than some long wait times the first couple years I started coming here.. But that's much better now. I highly recommend him.

The Doctor's we have seen here are great. The front office staff is very rude, and unorganized. They make appointments, and on a regular basis are 45 minutes or later calling you back. If you inquire, they act as though you are bothering them. They tell you the patient's chart is back there, and it will be a few minutes. 30-45 minutes later, they continue to say the same thing. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty, dated patient rooms. Some patient rooms look like converted closets. Please do the community a favor, and hire some real staff, and get together with scheduling. Dr Braeutigam, is the kind of doctor that listens and genuinely cares about people. Trusting a doctor is high on my list and he is one I trust!

He's a kind and knowledgeable Doctor. The staff are always kind and good listeners and work quickly and efficiently.
