The staff and doctor are always professional and nice. I've been seeing Dr. Tilak for years and he's helped me immensely.

Both my husband & I had been going to Dr Milind Tilak, when we moved to Middleburg after living in St. Petersburg FL., for 18yrs. We moved here 1955. My huband only went a couple of times as he had health complications that started in Illinois & has since gone to a better Place. I have been going to DR Tilak for my shots every 4 - 6 weeks since 1955 & will continue to do so as long as I can. The whole staff, INCLUDING DR. TILAK, from Day 1, have always been very friendly & helpful. I would & do on occasion, recommend him to my Family & friends. I trust him & have been going to him since 1955.

A very caring Doctor he is also my primary Doctor. Takes the time to talk to you always informative. His staff is wonderful always helpful kind caring Dawn is so friendly and Amanda is the best nurse she is very caring very hard working

Very attentive to me and always asking if there’s anything else that has been bothering me or that I need to check on, staff is always getting me in and out very quickly!

I’ve been a patient for a few years and never had any problems. Dr Tilak and his staff understand my busy schedule that sometimes takes me out of town on days I have appts and they always work with me if they can to reschedule to a day that I’ll be available. Great Dr and staff.

Thia place is absolutely pathetic. My mom has been going there for 15 yrs, she was hospitalized for cardiac/bp and was given prescriptions upon her release with orders to see the dr. The earliest she can get in is a month and a half later? Really? As far as her prescriptions, his physicians assistant cant find them or her records and now she is out .how incompetent this place is that she cant get her dr but only an incompetent physician's assistant. Im sorry but an assistant is not a dr but someone who hasnt passed a test. I will be reporting this office to the AMA for their malpractice incompetency Thia place is absolutely pathetic. This doctor has zero integrity. After being a patient for over 10 years my insurance cancelled coverage for his practice. A few months before this, he quoted me price for services if I wanted to self pay. However, when the insurance cancellation actually occurred, he charged me almost twice what he had quoted. After reminding him of his previous quote, he claimed he never said that. Obviously that office visit was my last. P.S. I was informed by one of his employees that I was the third person that week that had this same issue. He obviously had no intention of keeping his word.

The last place you want to trust for your healthcare. Anesthesia for neck shot not in effect during painful procedure, then unable to move top half of my body for the rest of the day, could barely drive and messed me up for several days after. Dr.Tilak has been my doctor for well over 10yrs now. To be honest, I didn’t even like him in the beginning. But…I was okay with that because I never had to see him. However, as time went by, I managed to not only get clean and sober but I’ve remained clean and sober to this day. Dr. Tilak is actually a rather nice young man that sincerely cares about his patients. He has the best staff in the tri county area. That I will swear too. Give his office a call. Both my grandparents, parents & myself, Have been going here for a couple of years now. The staff has always treated us well & acted in a professional manner.

The services that I receive from this practice are excellent. Dr. Tilak and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. Have been a patient for 6 years, referred by family and would refer others to this practice.

Have nothing but great experiences with Dr. Tilak and his staff. My PCM ANRP OBREN is phenomenal and always attentive to my medical needs. The receptionist and nurses are aways courteous and friendly. Highly recommend these medical professionals!

I don't understand the poor reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. Tilak for about 20 years. He is very caring and so is the staff. They care about my pain and emotional well being. When I went through problems with money he would adjust the bill. This is an excellent doctor's office

I have been going to Dr. Tilak for about to 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience. I have always been treated great by the staff and Dr. Tilak, himself. All my questions and concerns have always been answered and explained very well. The office is always clean and I never, in the 2 years I've been going, had to wait to be seen. Horrible Dr, charges for services that he does not provide, constantly lies and makes up Florida laws to make you come in more often so he can bill Medicare. They tell you not to worry because it isn't costing you anything, it's the insurance company the is paying. Dr's like this are why our healthcare system is so expensive. When I informed him that I will contact Medicare about his fraudulent charges he became upset and told me to contact them and find another Dr. His childish behavior is to be expected since he was already busted once for Medicare fraud and was scared by me saying I will call Medicare. The great thing is I have recordings of his lies. Highly skilled doctor gentle spirited and caring

Medical staff and receptionists are EXTREMELY rude and condescending. All about money no care for patients. Stay far away from this practice if you want to be treated courteously!

Staff is absolutely rude, its 2021 and they have no option set up to send medical documentation securely. I gave multiple options to include uploading it to MyChart and the staff was not even knowledgeable, became rude due to their lack of intelligence and told me the only option was a fax or mailing the documents. Another prime example of medical offices soaking up 100% Tricare insurance and not taking care of their patients to the best of their ability. I am active duty military trying to register my son in the Exemptional Family Member Program and once again the only one who helped me was Patricia she was great. The rest of the staff are incompetent and unaware of current technology or taking care of their patients. If I could give 0 thats what it would be. Most UNPROFESSIONAL "doctor" I have ever met. I suggest you pay CLOSE attention to how you're being billed. Ask for documentation when he wants to suddenly switch things or for anything you think seems off, and contact your insurance company to verify what he's told you. Found out he was lying about quiet a bit. This is a money driven man who doesn't care about his patients. Comes off as a nice guy, but once confronted you then start to see his TRUE colors.. He then denied to give a prescription for my mother's depression medication, refused to speak with her or I, walked out of the room and also refused to print any documentation. Mind you our approach was in a nice manner. We are currently in the process of getting a lawyer. I hope this is able to save someone from the headache he has caused my mother. Been going to dr mel for 6-7 yrs, best Dr I've had in yrs. He's caring takes time with you and does what he can to make you right. His staff is great! Melissa is a absolute sweetheart who goes out of her way to make sure your needs are met, as does the others. The P.A. is very knowledgeable and helpful also. It's a win win people. Go see him!!

Excellent Physician, really cares and listens.

Very happy with the care that my husband and I have both received since becoming patients of Dr Tilaks almost 2 years ago. While we primarily see the Nurse practitioner Melanie, Who is very helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. We have also seen Dr Tilak who is very knowledgeable and kind as well. Glad to have found a Drs office where all staff seem Happy to be there and willing to go above and beyond for their patients.

Love the staff and Dr. Mel, family friendly and they will go out of their way to find a best solution that fits your symptoms.

It is really amazing why some patients have rated this practice poorly. My guess is that this practice allows no nonsense when it comes to controlled medications. The practice follows DEA guidelines and more importantly practice safe medicine. If you are a drug seeker, this practice is not for you, and they will discharge you, which probably results in poor ratings.

Dr. Tilak and his staff have always been very helpful and informative. they have treated me with the utmost care and kindness. I have been a pt. for over 10 years. I also take my children to the pediatric side. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive been a patient of Dr Tilak since April 2010. Dr. Tilak has shown his passion for me as a patient from first visit He has always token the time to answer my questions and concerns in a language I able to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Tilak to anyone who's looking for a Doctor who truly cares for his patients

Excellent staff and Caring physicians, always willing to go above and beyond to help. I can call and get an appointment on the same day. I feel a lot of the negative comments are not entirely true because I have never experienced any such problems. I feel that this office takes the correct precautions to keep their patients healthy and safe so frequent follow ups are necessary. There billing department has always been able to answer and resolve any problem I have had. I love this office!!
