Dr. Reed is the absolute WORST! QTC contracted this provider to conduct my VA exam and she did not conduct an actual exam. I sat in her office for over an hour in SILENCE while she just typed on the computer. She didn’t ask me about ANYTHING other than when I was diagnosed with something! STAY AWAY!! She didn’t actual lay hands on me to conduct a physical until the very end and spent 5 mins!! She is a joke!

FIRST I LOVE THIS PLACE THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND SINCE DAY 1 HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL ON MY HEALING JOURNEY. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO SEE THEM IF YOU LOOKING FOR A PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND NOT JUST AN0THER CLAIM TO BE BILLED. 5 STARS NOTHING LESS *****

If I could give this provider ZERO stars I would. She shouldn’t be allowed to practice or work with veterans. She was contracted to conduct a physical examination & did no such thing. I was in her office for over an hour & all she did was sit & type on her computer in silence. She actually laid hands on me for all of 5 minutes at the end. ABSOLUTE WORST! Stay away. Find another provider!!

Reeds office manager Mr Reed (husband) is a key factor to the diminishing of the practice, due to his rude and unprofessional level of service, poor business practices concerning insurance billing and etc. He doesn't properly do his job and when he's addressed, he's allowed to be rude. I've never experienced a doctors office were the help ( Mr Reed) is allowed the power to determine if a patient can or can't see Dr Reed at their scheduled appointment due to him being kindly addressed about misleading information he was giving concerning insurance billing / claims. Trying to falsely collect funds not paid ,due to the practice not properly submitting claims in proper time span. I'm sure Mr Reed is most likely one of the reasons for the constant turnaround of staff. I find it hard to believe with reading many reviews addressing Mr Reeds unprofessional behavior that Dr Reed is not aware.

From start to finish, it's a bad office. I went to my appointment and the 2 people up front don't have a clue about insurance. Tried to make me pay when my deductible had been met. And after me telling them that I don't owe anything. The guy up front tells patients to wear a mask and his mask is on his chin. Both of them breaking all kinds of HIPAA violations. The MAs are extremely rude. You can tell they are there for a paycheck and nothing more. I tried to discuss an issue that I have been having this year and, one of the interns that saw me told me to just take such and such, you'll be fine, and then rushed me out the door with my next appt time frame.

Every time my wife and I go in there is always a new receptionist, and as well all new nurses and most of all new nurse practioners. I have not seen Dr. Reed except for a brief chat at the desk. I understand that Dr. Reed has been added to the VA care providers and that takes up 99% of her time. I don't understand why office visits are every 3 months and you can only get 90 day refills. The last time in it felt like a 3 stooges movie go here go there no no stay here. They always screw the medicines for Medicare by using the wrong code sent to the Pharmacy, there must be a time limit on how long the nurse practioners can only take with each patient. Had Tele health the other day and it was a nurse practicioner and not Dr. Reed what the heck? I believe it might be time to look for another Doctor. I have been going to Dr. Reed for years. She helped me stay on the right track with my health. Her staff is friendly and professional. I recommend people to see her all the time.

I was DENIED service by this doctor on Aug. 9 2021 because I have a service dog. I was given 4 excuses as to why they would not see me, The most outrageous was covid 19 restrictions. Worst doctor ever! If you value your life and well-being please stay away from this office. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refill on my meds.

Let me tell y’all something, these people are the BEST people out there. This was my first time going to a doctor and filling out all the paper work so I was super stressed and nervous. The lady at the front desk and so helpful and made sure I had everything right. The. My nurse was so happy and cheerful and it calmed me down so fast. The lady that took my blood (y’all I’m scared of needles) made me feel so relaxed while I was getting my blood drawn. Then my nurse made getting the flu shot so easy. When it came to the doctor, she was so helpful and good at her job. I went in the get a referral and not only did they explain everything to me, they even called me later and told me about the place I would be going to and gave me all the info. I will ALWAYS be going here. If you are looking for a new PCP THIS is the place to go. Hate to say it but I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I tried to establish a family doctor with Dr. Reed, but was treated very rude by A nurse. She commented my English accent and grabbed my purse from my hand (without asking me) just to comment how 'heavy' it was, before passing it to the another nurse so she can feel the 'heavy' purse. NO professionalism at all! The worse part was that other nurses had no objection to the incident as they were all just watching. I did though see 1 nurse started shaking her head to the whole thing. I forced myself so hard from running my mouth at her as I realized that I would just put myself to her level by doing so. It is kind of sad to see the reputation of a doctor can be damaged just by 1 nurse, but.. it really does not matter since the doctor did not come and see me as a new patient anyway. The PA Karynthia was great! She was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I was nervous about my visit, but she definitely put me at ease.

Dr Reed is amazing ! Her office staff is so helpful and always available . Actually getting a nurse to call back instead of always being brushed off.

Dr. Reed and her staff is Awesome! Me and my family have been with her for 8 yrs. So I don't understand the 3.3 reviews. If something you don't like or understand talk to Dr. Reed, or the office manager. I love Dr. Reed and the staff.

I called and told the lady Karen at the first desk I think I broke my foot!! She told me come in and get a referral for a x- Ray. And once I was there the Doctor told me I shouldn’t have come there I should be at the hospital but wait I called and told y’all everything before I came you told me to come and now telling me you to go to the ER!!! And now after waiting almost 2 hours just to get sent to the ER!!! I’ll have to wait again at he ER!!! I will call my attorney to see what steps need to be made. Its not ok to treat people with so much disrespect. After the office spoke to and got confirmation from my insurance that I was covered I was still unable to be seen because it wasn't active in the system. Wouldnt be such a big deal but I have only been able to eat 2-3 bites a day for almost 5 weeks and have lost 25 pounds. The office was concerned that my delay with insurance would effect their lunch time. I am unable to eat so this was especially aggravating. I let them know if the doctor cared so little about the health of her patients then I would prefer to see someone else. I am writing this review so that others may save themselves the trouble. I started seeing Dr. Reed ten years ago. She was very personal and a good doctor at the time. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I am now looking for another doctor. She has students that intern with her. You rarely see her , but the student interns.

I have been going to this office for almost two years. I have dealt with the unreasonable ask of making an appointment every 3 months, only getting a 90 day supply with no refills, and the refusal of the office providing a years supply of medication. I called the office on 5/30 for a 7 to 10 day supply for a trip that I'm going on next week. I left a message for the nurse. No call back. I called again 5/31, left a message and recieved a call back. The "nurse" had to ask if it was something they could do. When she came back, she had me on speaker when she said no I'm sorry we can't do that. I went on to explain that I did not want to take the supply that I have remaining due to it possibly getting lost etc. and there was a lady in the background, did not know who she was, that said can't you get the little bottles at the pharmacy? No I CAN NOT! I altered my doctor's office to call in a supply and it should be that simple. I asked again if it was something they could do after making a few points about traveling with medications and was again told no. I said that I would have to find another doctor and the response was "that's fine. " Never have I ever dealt with this. I work in the prescroption benefit management field and most doctors offices have no problem doing this at all. This office is a complete disaster. I will never refer or go back to that office. You know it wouldn't be so bad if you got to see the doctor. I went there my first visit and I loved Dr Reed. From then on after that I see practitioner's whoever they are. If I'm new to this doctor why wouldn't the doctor keep seeing me to get to know me and my health. Every time I go there there's a different person I see. I really could care less about the new practitioner to me she was kind of rude and mean. My insurance would cover a prescription if they would okay it but she told me that because she gave me coupons that the insurance said to use the coupons and buy my own medicine. All of the staff I've encountered have been very helpful. They all listened to my concerns and helped me resolve the issues. I will continue to use this practice for primary care.

Dr. Reed saw me through some aftermath care of a horrific car accident i was in. Not only was she outstanding in dealing with my , at that time, feeble mind; but she listened , was genuinely concerned for my family and i and treated me accordingly. So far, she’s my go-to.

Dr Reed has been my family doctor for the past four years. Dr Reed is very professional, kind, and very helpful. The staff are also professional and nice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reed's for 10 years. I really appreciate how kind and caring she is. Her staff makes me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Reed.

I love Dr. Reed she is an awesome doctor and actual cares about her patients. I have been coming here for about 10 years. I have had a few billing issues but they have always been resolved with ease. She has referred me to several doctors as needed and very quickly gotten back with me with any questions or concerns. The nurses are amazingly nice and understanding. They also accept walk-ins which is great for when I am sick and unable to wait until the next day to see her. She has a nurse practitioner Julia who I haven't seen in a while but she too was nice. I would definitely recommend this office for all your medical needs. I love Dr. Reed she is an awesome doctor and actual cares about her patients. I have been coming here for about 10 years. I'm not a patient of Dr Reed. But trying to assist one of their patient's, I had the most HORRIBLE conversations I've ever had in my life with the "Office Manger" / Mr Reed her husband. Unprofessional, rude, overbearing and just plain out of line. I wouldn't refer ANYONE to this practice all due to they're poor choice in management. I have been trying to get some genetic testing done for having a strong family history of breast/cervical/ovarian/uterine cancer and she has been nothing but a pain in my butt. She refuses to refer anyone to specialists that she deems "not medically necessary" even if the doctor you are trying to get a referral to says that it is vital that you see them. I have called multiple times trying to give her the "proof" that she needs to let me see this other dr and she still refuses and I have even been hung up on and told that "people do lie about family members having cancer". So finally after a battle with them over needing "proof" of my grandmother having cancer, I had my grandmother's doctor send her a letter stating that she did, in fact, have breast cancer before. I call Dr Reed's office back 3 days later to ask them about it and no one knows where the letter is. "It may be in the big stack of records Dr Reed hasn't gotten to yet" the woman on the phone told me...are you serious? I will never return to Dr Reed's office and would advise others to steer clear also. This place is a joke. They will bring you to the back to just come up with assumptions. Never drawn blood or taken any urine. Refer you to another doctor & no one ever contact you with any info.. so you'll be stuck with the same issues you had before you came.... & they aren't ashamed of letting you know thT they don't care. They just want to get you in& out..
