Dr. Koenke is the only chiropractor I will see, or will refer my family and friends to. He operates on a whole different level than other chiropractors. His care is truly customized to the patient, he never tries to push you into multiple sessions or “upgrades” to your treatment. He does just run you through a bunch of adjustments and send you on your way- he looks for the root cause of your pain and treats THAT. I've never been to a chiropractor before because I was always afraid of them. During my pregnancy, that fear became worse, but I had severe back pain, so I asked some friends for recommendations and found Dr. Koenke. He has a table that is very accommodating to all body types, including pregnant bodies. He was very gentle and walked me through everything he was going to do before he did it, which helped alleviate my anxiety. I have always been very skeptical of chiropractors. I hear stories about being roped into long series of treatments with little benefit or return on that investment. But one day I woke up and couldn’t turn my neck at all. I was rear ended by a drunk driver 25 years prior and had never been treated. Upon recommendation from a friend, I went to Dr. Koenke. I couldn’t walk without it hurting. With some treatment and Stretching exercises I now can walk without it hurting. Very happy with everyone there! Highly recommend them.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! I’m visiting Mesa from Maryland and was in need of a chiropractor for my neck and lower back. I asked around and a couple people mentioned North Mesa Performance Chiropractic. During the initial examination of questions and movements, Dr Koenke noticed that I also had issues with my right hip. (Which I didn’t even realize) He explained that since my right hip wasn’t moving very well, it was making my lower back do all the work. After the first treatment, my hip movement increased by 30 degrees and my neck and back feel good. I have seen him three times and every time I come away with the feeling it’s the best money I have spent. My movement is better and I have less pain. Completely different approach to therapy that was very successful for an old shoulder, back, and hip problem. Everyone was pleasant and I was very pleased with the results I gained. My first time going to a Chiropractor. I’m 54 and had some chronic lower back pain that I was convinced was arthritis, compressed disc or maybe even a tiny fracture. Two visits and my pain went from an 8 to a 1. I was amazed. Dr. Koenke took the time to discuss my pain and more importantly, he listened! I’ve been to a few chiropractors. Always helps in the moment but i find after i leave the pain almost immediately returns. Well, that was until i came here. Felt great after i left and the pain never came back. also learned a few techniques to stretch and build strength in my back to prevent future problems. thank you!

Dr Koenke fixes my problem areas and doesn’t have me come 3 times a week for the rest of my life! Dr Koenke listens to me and adjusts the areas that are bothering me and sometimes even an area I didn’t know was bothering me. Koenke spent the time to learn about me and my situation. He then used drawings and 3D models to teach me about what causes my back pain. He taught me about things that will aggravate the problem and how to address the problem with exercises and stretches. I highly recommend him.

I was having issues with some tingling in my hand. I was able to get in quickly and Dr Kyle found the issue right away. This was my third visit to Dr. Keonke. Fantastic staff all the way around, from the time you enter the office until you leave. My first visit there was thanks to a recommendation by a friend when my back went out. I was in severe pain and could barely walk and Dr. Keonke recognized right away that it may be a neurological issue. Thanks to his insight, I was able to get to the core of my back issue by seeing a neurologist. I am now seeing Dr. Keonke regularly for maintenance as my back is starting to act up a bit from becoming more physically active at the gym. I have been seeing Dr. Keonke for 10 years. He is by far the best chiropractor I have gone too. I would not trust my family’s health with any other chiropractor. Melissa, the officer manager, is always kind and accommodating to busy schedules. She constantly displays stellar customer service.

Dr. Kyle and his staff are amazing! I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Kyle took the time to listen to my description of what was happening before coming up with a plan to treat me. My visits to the office were quick and effective and he has always given me excercises to do at home.
