My experience over the years finds Dr. Lisa to be knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.

Have seen her on numerous occasions she has been excellent, found my broken rib, my back surgery and now my knee just scoped am 78 years old and love her, she is kind attentive, and makes me laugh she really gets it.

I was wondering if it was me but this doctor always leaves me feeling unheard, and she does not consider my input when it comes to my care. She doesn’t smile so forget small talk or any others gestures of civility. I always leave the appointment vowing never to return. Her practice is always open I wish she could be nice but after several interactions I doubt it will swing the other way.

Impressive first visit...

I have a variety of medical issues including type 1 diabetes and heart failure. Lisa is very good at treating me with these and other general problems I am an older patient in my mid seventies.

Lisa is knowledgable and well balanced in her opinions and suggestions. I like that she considers both the holistic/alternative ways of doing things, as well as the standard western medicine approach. She's assertive and curt but also friendly and connecting. I trust her.

Explained problem and treatment well. Through. Nice manner. Did not rush me or look at screen when we were talking.

She is a decent doctor. She rushes through appointments and can be curt. Not especially friendly. However, I think if you are stuck in the Kaiser system she one of their better doctors. I suggest assertive patients only with her.

I had on appointment with Dr. Szczepanski, as my primary care physician was not available. Dr. Szczepanski was very helpful and informative and has a pleasant bedside manner. She gave me a thorough examination and good information. She researched my questions and advocated for me to get the tests that I requested. She is not judgmental, and was very comfortable dealing with sexual health for men who have sex with men.

Went to see this doctor for a yearly physical exam as Kaiser recommended. Had never met this lady before. Rude. Horrible bed side manners. Demeaning comments. No eye contact. Reviewed the history and informed me that she did not have time to do a physical examination and to schedule another appointment for a physical examination. Had to pay deductibles twice. Disheveled. Don't be surprised Hair in thresholds. . Do not consider her. There are plenty good physicians at Kaiser.
