Dr. Michael W Brown

I have been a patient of Dr Brown for a very long time. I definitely would refer him to anyone who needs a professional and caring Doctor.Yes there may be a wait time but that is because he take time with his patients and doesn't run in and run out he take time with his patients.

Every time I call I’m on hold for at least 30 minutes. When I have an appointment I wait 45 minutes to an hour.There’s always a long line to check out, see a pattern here? The office is in an old building and last time I was there the A/C wasn’t working. It’s impossible to change an appointment, they don’t want to work with you. I think they overbook and cut back on staff at the same time. Find another office if you can.

Every time I see him it’s like hour wait before I even get back room. If was like couple times but it’s every time

I have been seeing Dr. Brown for three years now. Dr. Brown diagnosed me as having Prostate Cancer whish I will tell you is not a good experience Dr. Brown spent a large amount of time with me, explaining all the options. I underwent Robotic surgery which Dr. Brown conducted and Radiation at CCI. I have been cancer free now for over a year. Chuck in Madison, AL July 31, 2020

Dr. Brown is through and gives you all the options. Sometime the option aren't great for bladder drainage problems. He follows up and provides the best care he can.

Dr. Brown is the greatest ever. He is polite, straight forward, answers any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him and his staff. May God continue to bless him.

I've never left a review on a doctor before but never was as disappointed in one before! After waiting for close to an hour and a half (husband in wheelchair) dr Brown graced us with an appearance, promptly announced my husband's bladder was ruined, that he would need a ",pipe," installed or wear a catheter rest of his life and his prostate was irrelevant...didn't discuss it.then said his urine in the Foley bag looked cloudy..it wasnt. he didn't examine my husband, in and out in 3-4 min.wasted

Dr. Brown is one of the greatest doctors I have had. He was always straight up with me about my health and he kept his word to me and he took care of me I love him dearly one of the best at what he does

Dr. Michael Brown has been treating both my husband & myself for several years. He is very professional,courteous & treats his patients with utmost respect. We feel he takes genuine interest in his patients & always keeps them informed. Very friendly, helpful staff.

He was rude and hostile to me for no apparent reason from the first moment he spoke to me. He berated me for not bringing copies of medical scans although I wasn't instructed to bring them and the hospital wouldn't give them to me anyway. He then disrespected me by not taking my medical problem seriously and suggesting that my symptoms were all in my head. I don't know who pissed in his cornflakes, but he was a class-A jerk and I won't ever be going back there.

I've been with Dr. Brown about 4 years now and I must say he is a truly genuine dr. He is one of a few who doesn't rushin and rush out. He seems to actually care about his patients. I don't think I would want to see another urologist besides Dr. Brown. Thanks a million doc

I would never go to any of the doctors in this practice. I was called 1 hour before closing and informed that I needed a referral. I do not. I tried calling many times. Only heard that calls after 3 will be answered the next day. As this is after my appointment time I made an appointment for another issue (time is limited and valuable). I was finally able to reach someone there to explain what had happened. Did not raise voice nor use improper language. Lady got pissed, yelled, hung up.
